Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones hemmed and hawed when pressed repeatedly by Megyn Kelly to admit he was wrong to call the Sandy Hook massacre a hoax. But the controversial Infowars host never gave a direct answer in a segment on Sunday night on NBC´s Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly. Kelly had been plagued with intense criticism for giving a platform to Jones - with critics labeling the decision to air the interview on Father´s Day as ´disgusting´ and ´shameful´. Yet following the show, many on Twitter applauded the NBC host for the interview that Jones had earlier tried to discredit

Jones is a nut, but there are a lot of strange things surrounding Sandy Hook that make it look staged.

Is this high school? She was dressed in a simple, unadorned, high-necked black dress, later in a black, not low-cut, V-necked dress. As for the interview, it turned out better than I expected. She had a relaxed, and fair, conversation with Mr. Jones.

Megyn is doing the President a favor. The sooner such sick, conspiracy-minded individuals are exposed to the light and phased out of his presidency, and thinking, the better for his legacy.

P.S. I´ve read the allegations about Sandy Hook and think that if people are looking for something, they can find it.

The Sandy Hook incident occurred during the Obama administration and once Fast & Furious was exposed people started questioning everything that happened while that corrupt bunch was in power. A hoax in this case would be an impossible thing to pull off but it does fit in with the other outrageous things they tried to spin that turned out to be complete lies, like Ferguson, Benghazi, the Navy swift boat capture by the Iranians, the Stimulus, the Arab Spring, electric cars, relations with Cuba, etc. When somebody stabs you in the back once, you tend to turn around and look for the knife every time.

Sandy Hook was no hoax, it was a major tragedy, (imho at least in part due to psychiatric drugs which seem to have been a constant in a number of similar tragedies). But indeed as the above poster mentioned, the Obama Administration was lawless, and with willing media accomplices, did lie (it went beyond spin) to the American people about many major incidents over the last eight years.

As for Jones, he says many things that are true, and then destroys his own credibility by claiming things that are outrageous, false and terribly offensive.

As for Kelly, she is an incredibly beautiful woman with a poisonous mind. Shame on Fox and NBC for giving her an ostensibly legitimate platform. By right she belongs on one of those "Real Housewives..." tv shows.

The US needs a voice like atones. When you have CNNMSNBCABCCNNFOX lies now, there isn´t a voice of opposition. And with respect to Rush, Sean and others on the right, they are mouthpieces of the RNC telling us the central message "Democrats are evil".

Back when FOX was actually news, the only place to get alternative media was from the John Birch flyers at DFw. Then Chuck Harder started the People´s Radio Network reporting about Ruby Ridge, the truth about Waco up until he left the market due to death threats and bankruptcy.

Nature abhors vacuums and gave rise to Alex Jones. For kicks, I started listening to him in 2005. For the most part, he´s harmless. But it seems that he got a bite during the recent campaign and is now a threat. LOL. I remember when Rush wasn´t a threat, and then they went after him, how Bill OReilly wasn´t a threat, and now he´s gone, Sean was recently attacked. Now AJ.

Sure, he´s a kook of the first order. But you have to wonder why they are trying to take him out? Is it because he´s sometimes right? Exposes the crimes of the government?

Illinois is like Venezuela now, a fiscally broken state that has lost its will to live, although for the moment, we still have enough toilet paper. But before we run out of the essentials, let´s finally admit that after decade upon decade of taxing and spending and borrowing, Illinois has finally run out of other people´s money. Those "other people" include taxpayers who´ve abandoned the state. And now Illinois faces doomsday. So as the politicians meet in Springfield this week for another round of posturing and gesturing and blaming, we need a plan.
