A slew of attacks Saturday evening that left a man dead and at least 13 injured in the span of about three hours marked the latest spat of weekend violence that has seen at least 30 people shot, including two fatally, across Chicago since Friday evening. More than 200 people have been shot in the first half of June, and more than 1,500 have been shot this year, according to Chicago Sun-Times data. Of those victims, 276 have died. Despite the carnage, this weekend is far behind the pace of the same weekend last year. From June 17, 2016, to

This must be a UN Agenda item for that new world order to reduce population. If you can´t abort them as babies, then kill them when they get older.

Lol, at this rate in 20 years there will be only about 100 people left in Chicago. You really have to wonder why there is no lock down or curfew. I mean its the same areas all the time. On top of that what are all of these teenagers doing out at 2, 3 and 4am. Don´t these kids have homes. You´re on the crazy streets of Chicago after midnight & you´re asking for trouble.

If they ever start welding sights onto the side of their pistols, the killed to wounded ratio will be inverted. We should be thankful they hold their guns sideways to look cool as opposed to actually aiming.

Democratic message discipline

When it comes to message discipline, the Republican Party can´t hold a candle to the Democratic Party. Democratic lawmakers and their allies are remarkably adept at presenting a united front. Dissent is practically a foreign word. The GOP, in contrast, is home to lawmakers whose personal brand hinges entirely on opposing leadership. Public squabbling is the norm for Republicans, not the exception. On Thursday, the Democrats´ ability to stay on message was on full display as they locked shields against the new GOP healthcare bill. For the opposition party and its allies, the Senate proposal is actually worse than the House´s

Democrats pulled out all stops in their effort to show that the #Resistance isn’t just about marches and slogans and insulting the president, but also about flipping the House in 2018. They poured tens of millions of dollars into what became the most expensive House race ever, trying to elect 30-year-old nonentity Jon Ossoff to fill the seat of HHS head Tom Price. They cast the race as a referendum on Donald Trump, and a bellwether for 2018. Republicans will be elated with the outcome, and hopeful

Jon Ossoff was on a trajectory to defeat Karen Handel narrowly, poised to deliver a humiliating blow to the White House in a race billed as a referendum of Donald Trump’s early months in office. Then the Republican voters in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District unexpectedly showed up in droves. Pollsters say sky-high turnout drove Handel, the GOP nominee, to a nearly 4-point victory on Tuesday, despite most pre-election surveys showing Ossoff with a small-but-shrinking lead. Mathematically, a 4-point loss for a Democratic House candidate in a district that has traditionally elected Republicans by wide margins is an encouraging result for
