Is Kamala Harris the Future
of American Politics?

National Review Online, by Jonathan S. Tobin

We should all hope not. Democrats may not have gotten everything they wanted out of a series of recent televised Senate Intelligence Committee hearings that ostensibly concerning Russian interference in the 2016 election. But as the party of the ‘resistance’ shifted its focus from alleged collusion between Moscow and Republicans to President Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice, the hearings also produced a new heroine for the anti-Trump Left. Senator Kamala Harris emerged from confrontations with the three national intelligence chiefs and Attorney General Jeff Sessions with her reputation enhanced. Her manner of attack was praised and she was acclaimed as

Comments:
We should all hope not indeed. If they did choose and groom her like they did their messiah Obama, they will be making a huuuge mistake. She may be more attractive and well dressed than the shrieking harridan Clinton, but she is still a radical leftist. She would be even worse than Clinton because Harris brings with her the same disgusting behavior as Obama, Holder and Lynch, et al related to racism.

Contd. That´s the only card Clinton was unable to play and if she could have she sure would have. Harris´s rude, condescending and arrogant behavior at those hearings with Sessions and the Trump security team would not go over well with the American people.

They´re going to try, no doubt about that. I question whether they can make it work. People will remember the fake charm and phony intellect of Barack Obama, neither of which Harris can pull off. Harris is going to remind people of Michelle Obama, without Michelle´s (cough cough) class and charm.

And then there´s that adage about not making the same mistake twice.

So she checks off the most diversity boxes and is therefore highly qualified??

In the latest interview with Camille Paglia, Camille is brilliant on every topic, except one: she says she hopes Kamala Harris runs for president because she´d support her. I don´t know what power Harris has to cloud minds, but it doesn´t work on me. She strikes me as a viciously partisan idiot, and her playing of the race and womyn cards when she was properly reprimanded for breaking Senate hearing rules, just as any white male would be, reeks of the type of entitlement that should embarrass women and minorities who earned their positions honestly.

If you want to prove you can compete on a level playing field, then don´t admit your own weakness by demanding special treatment because of your race or gender.
