WaPo Report: Robert Mueller Investigating
“Obstruction of Justice” Claims…

Original Article

According to a Washington Post report, based on two more unnamed “officials”, special counsel Robert Mueller is investigating President Donald Trump for ‘obstruction of justice’ presumably based on the firing of FBI Director James Comey. This report/outcome is not unexpected as it would be part of Mueller’s investigative duty to follow-up on any assertions made in this regard regardless of merit.(Washington Post) […] Trump had received private assurances from former FBI Director James B. Comey starting in January that he was not personally under investigation. Officials say that changed shortly after Comey’s firing. Five people briefed on the requests, who spoke on

Is is possible to have obstruction of injustice?

If he´s investigating obstruction of justice, why isn´t it already concluded? Seems simple to know one way or the other. How in depth does such an investigation need to go?

Now, if he´s going after Loretta Lynch, I can see the tangled web they wove taking a while to decode.

I am truly puzzled by Sessions, I thought he would be stronger than this. This investigation will go on as long as Mueller is alive.

What ever happened to the new FBI Director? I´m truly sick and tired of reading about all this mess. Sessions testifies, Comey is a Liar, I don´t know who´s side Rosenstein is on and Trump doesn´t seem to have anyone with Balls on his side. Maybe he should have hired Christie, at least he would be doing something more than sitting back and turning the other cheek. I want to see SOMEONE stand up and say ENOUGH! Fire Mueller! Who cares if the Democrats hair is on Fire! This has to stop!

This could easily lead to real violence. The FBI is NOT obligated to investigate any and every accusation made by some fool. Many non-credible charges are made every day and the FBI spends 10 seconds deciding the charge is not credible.
It is also already past the point where the general public no longer places any trust in the FBI or the DOJ; this is why it will spawn violence

Any investigation of the Russians "hacking" the November election as the Democrats repeatly charged was and is a hoax and a sham designed by the Democrats as a basis to undo the election and ultimately remove President Trump from office by charging him with some process or cover-up charge.

Since that Democrat conspiracy started, how many Russians have been interviewed by the FBI, or have been called to give evidence and/or testimony? The answer is Zero, you can bet on that, as if they had it would have been leaked.

In that respect the Russians, just like a lot of other foreign countries try to influence US elections and US politicians to the benefit of their individual countries. That´s been going on back to colonial times. There is no way in this Internet era and vast global instant communications that anything substantial can be done about that.

As one example Mexico very publically through their agents in the US Spanish radio and television networks clearly favored the Democrats and attempted to influence the election, and as many US politicians as possible, to grant an amnesty to millions of Mexican illegal aliens. The Democrats clearly went along with the Mexican position that the US immigration laws should not be enforced, in order to secure as many Mexican-American votes as possible. The Democrats also consider just about all illegal aliens to be prospective Democrat voters and at every turn defend and protect illegal aliens from deportation.

I’m still of the mind that President Trump is using the system to break the system. He’s utilizing Alinsky’s axiom making the opposition live up to their own rules, sort of a “live by the investigation – die by the investigation.” I’ve a feeling that all the rabbit trails will lead back to Clinton and Ozero. At the right moment the “unmasking” will be very public, very brutal, and very final.

Meanwhile back at the swamp, each of the cabinet secretaries are implementing MAGA within their respective agencies; the hands of coal miners are untied, oil pipelines are completed, federal land grabs are being scaled back, green energy is headed for the trash heap, and our military has a Commander in Chief who values their lives as much as their parents and spouses.

Our President Trump is a master at asymmetrical political warfare against an Old World atrophied opposition that hasn’t had an original idea in 150 years. The Deep State is just that, and very deep indeed. It cannot be ignored - it must be gored, and it will be messy and very distressing, especially if RINO Stockholm Syndrome rears its ugly head. It is so easy to think that previous outcomes for the Republican Wing of the Uniparty, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, will be the fate of Donald J. Trump. I just don’t see it happening. Whatever various outcomes may materialize; Hillary! is not president, and our national political landscape will no longer hide the Progressive Socialist trees in the forest of legitimacy. Patience, dear Trumpers, it’s a complicated business, a very complicated business.

MAGA

This is very complicated. I think Sundance is making the case that Comey wants Mueller fired, because Comey is the one who committed the crime. Comey is trying to bait Mr. Trump into firing Comey. I think that´s what Sundance is saying.

We the people are frustrated when we see trumped up charges pursued with vigor while real law breaking has occurred by the Obama administration and is ignored. I hate to whine, but how is this fair? We have been waiting for eight long years to see the Obama hacks held accountable for their blatant lawlessness. I guess the democrats decided that the best defense is a good offense and it appears to be working. When will this madness end? Everyday we fall farther down the rabbit hole.

Mueller is sympathetic to dems as we can see by who he picked for staff. Dems/media are going to keep pressure on him to investigate any and all possibilities.

The thing is, Mueller is a Special Council, a dedicated investigator working within the FBI, NOT a completely independent special prosecutor assigned outside of the DOJ. Mueller´s scope of investigation is defined by the DOJ.

The case for obstruction of justice is barely a wisp, a hope expressed by Trump that the investigation into Flynn could be completed soon and without significant repercussions for Flynn. Major legal players have expressed their disdain for making anything of that.

As to Comey´s firing, the reasons were laid out clearly and are completely valid. They have nothing to do with the Russian investigation or specifically with the investigation of Flynn. It was about Comey´s poor handling of the Hillary investigation. So where is any obstruction there? Could Mueller make a case that Trump found Comey unloyal, uncooperative, and annoying and that was a veiled reason for firing him? That´s a stretch even if it was in the back of Trump´s mind. Comey certainly could have been fired for those reasons or no reason at all, as Comey himself pointed out.

Dems are getting their dragged out investigation but that doesn´t mean there is any more evidence than there was before, being NONE.

Mueller might say actions hint at certain behaviors but if that is the best he gets, he may as well conclude things now.

If Mueller never goes near BO´s people, we will KNOW that the bias fix is in. THAT is where the true illegality lies.

FTA~"Stop and think about it. McCabe was telling chief-of-staff Reince Priebus not to worry about a NYT report based on leaks coming (first, second or third-hand) from James Comey himself. Priebus asks McCabe for help, James Comey then tells McCabe the FBI cannot publicly refute the story which is based on Comey’s leaking."

And you notice, the actual letter authorizes looking into "Trump" collusion with Russians, nothing about Clinton.
Why?

Comey had kept all information from congress for 8 Months! about the so called Russians interference. Why?

McCabe can put a lot of this to rest. Sounds like he knows the truth, and is willing to tell it.

There is a part of me that feels like Pres Trump has been his own worst enemy. He should have fired ALL Obama people the 2nd day in office. He was relying too much on a decades old book. Art of the Deal. Times have changed since then. He was/is up against evil like we have never known before and still he wouldn´t go after the insiders. Only tweeting about the press etc.. He needed to get someone in there who knew what the hell was going on and not his daughter and husband. Yes millions voted for him but those millions have jobs and are trying to support families and like me, just myself. We do not have time or resources to do what the basteds on the left do.. I am disappointed in Sessions. Where the hell has he been and what is he doing about the crimes Hillary, Obama and black woman in the DOJ have committed.. Why not go after them? I am truly ready to give up on the Repubs ..We have a militia in this country. I am waiting for SHTF.. Maybe someone will put the fear of God into a few people. I believe a civil war is in the making and the Dems and the media liars will be the losers. Actually the whole country will be. Thank you Repubs for nothing. Cowardly no account fools..

Almost everything about the Charlottesville riot was disgraceful except the conduct of the president. The move to take down the statue of General Robert E. Lee was nonsense. Lee has few rivals as the greatest general in American history (Grant, Sherman, MacArthur, and Eisenhower perhaps). (Snip) Paul´s exit comes amid backlash over the president´s response to the violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va., over the weekend. Mitt Romney fired back at President Trump for saying “both sides” were responsible for violence at a white supremacist rally over the weekend, claiming that the two clashing groups were more “morally different universes.” “No, not the same. One side is racist, bigoted, Nazi. The other opposes racism and bigotry. Morally different universes,” Romney tweeted Tuesday. (Tweet) Romney was responding to Trump’s comments Tuesday that “both sides” were to blame for the violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va. on Saturday. Trump drew fire for saying Saturday that "many sides" were to blame for the violence at the

A crowd of ignorant protesters pulled down a bronze Confederate statue that stood before a county government building in Durham, North Carolina — the angry national backlash to the Charlottesville brouhaha over the Robert E. Lee monument. This is not how civil societies operate. And yet this is what the left has brought, and now cheers. What’s next — burning books with offensive content? Burning books written by those who used to own slaves? At the very least, museums will have to go. The problem with revising history based on a standard of “feeling offensive” — as this anti-Confederate craze is rooted — is that someone,

President Trump should have left well enough alone. His Monday denunciation of costumed sheet-wearers and Nazi wanna-bes could have cleared the way for Americans of all stripes to focus their outrage on things that matter more than presidential words. That would be the violence that is infecting our politics and the frightening acceptance of it as the new normal. But Trump’s defiance yesterday is sure to keep the media pot boiling over his rhetoric instead of an ominous reality. Namely, that real protestors don’t carry baseball bats, crowbars and mace. Yet Saturday’s bloody clash in Charlottesville showed that many on

Former presidential candidate and current Republican Ohio Gov. John Kasich may be moving closer to mounting a primary challenge against President Trump in the 2020 election. Sources close to Kasich told Willie Geist of the "Today Show" there is growing a sense of "moral imperative" to run against Trump for the Republican nomination in 2020 following his controversial statements on the deadly protest in Charlottesville, Va. (Tweet) Kasich has long been critical of Trump. On Tuesday, Kasich criticized Trump´s Charlottesville comments, saying "there is no moral equivalency to Nazi sympathizers" following Trump´s tumultuous press conference. Kasich, who lost to Trump

Some House Democrats renewed calls for Congress to impeach President Trump on Tuesday after he resorted to blaming "both sides´ for a violent rally in Charlottesville, Va., this past weekend organized by white nationalist groups. "POTUS is showing signs of erratic behavior and mental instability that place the country in grave danger," said Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Calif., in a tweet Tuesday night. "Time to invoke the 25th Amendment." (Tweet) Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wis., also called on Republicans to initiate impeachment proceedings against Trump. "As we once again hear Donald J. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has weighed in on the weekend´s violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, castigating Donald Trump without naming him. ´We can have no tolerance for an ideology of racial hatred. There are no good neo-nazis,´ McConnell said in a statement. The choice of words, while careful, appeared to push back against Trump´s claim on Tuesday that some ´very fine people´ were among a crowd of white supremacists who rallied in the college town. McConnell´s wife, Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, stood next to Trump on Tuesday as he insisted both sides of the weekend´s clash bore some responsibility for

Trump ignited a political firestorm yesterday during an impromptu press conference in which he said there was "blame on both sides" for the tragic events that occurred in Charlottesville over the weekend. Now, the discovery of a craigslist ad posted last Monday, almost a full week before the Charlottesville protests, is raising new questions over whether paid protesters were sourced by a Los Angeles based "public relations firm specializing in innovative events" to serve as agitators in counterprotests. The ad was posted by a company called "Crowds on Demand" and offered $25 per hour to "actors and photographers"

Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina warned President Trump on Wednesday that his “words are dividing Americans, not healing them” in the wake of the bloody clashes in Virginia that has sparked a national conversation about white supremacists and race. Mr. Graham also vowed that Republicans will “fight back against the idea that the party of Lincoln has a welcome mat out for the David Dukes of the world.” “Through his statements yesterday, President Trump took a step backward by again suggesting there is moral equivalency between the white supremacist neo-Nazis and KKK members who attended the Charlottesville rally and people like

Former RNC chair Michael Steele says there is no other conclusion to be drawn: President Donald Trump is a racist. Speaking on the Steele & Ungar show — which airs on Sirius XM’s POTUS channel — the former RNC head blasted Trump’s response to Charlottesville. “This playing to the – it’s not even baser instincts. This is just raw, ugly, racism and hatred,” Steele said. “What, for votes? And so this is the Frankenstein monster that’s been created from a campaign that gave license to that.” Co-host Rick Ungar mentioned that a listener sent him an email asking if Steele thinks Trump

Fox News viewers were livid after Dana Perino—long suspected to be someone, like Megyn Kelly, who cares more about the opinions of elites in New York and D.C. than Fox News’ viewers—smeared Breitbart News as a site for Nazis on Monday. It seems like the vapid Fox News host knows less about Breitbart News and the alt-right/new right than the Cuban Missile Crisis, which is saying quite a lot. Perino lashed out at President Donald Trump on The Five for allowing Nazis and the alt-right to seek “safe harbor under his wing” before adding that “the
