Trump’s reversal allowing amnesty for
Dreamers enrages conservative base

The Trump administration has approved tens of thousands of temporary amnesties for illegal immigrant Dreamers, according to numbers released Thursday that underscore a major reversal for President Trump. The decision has enraged the president’s conservative base, which hoped he would make good on his promise to revoke the policy, known in governmentspeak as DACA. But immigrant rights advocates, who were harshly critical of Mr. Trump during the campaign, said he deserves some credit for defying his right wing and keeping the program intact. “I definitely think that he does deserve credit for continuing a very successful program for young people

This is a very tough situation for Trump. Many of these young people know no other country but America and really have no other country to return to. Mr. Trump is deporting the criminals within the group.

Trump is not a God or a King. The GOP Congress could do something, but this is Friday, and they have nothing on the agenda. I wonder if the GOP has anything on the agenda next week. I know there is a week off for July 4, the August recess, so the GOP is not planning to do anything until September, if then. I think September is Labor Day, so not possible for the GOP to do anything there. Then October is Halloween. So the conservative base maybe should call their Congressman, and ask them if they ever intend to do anything.

Remarks are made about the Republicans in Congress doing nothing. Sadly, many of them that are doing something are stabbing the President in the back.

Keep in mind that Trump was a left wing independent running as a Republican, and had to get Conservatives to vote for him to win the nomination. So he made promises that got him Conservative support. Now he is walking it back to keep the left wing happy. He is no Ronald Reagan, unfortunately.

God. Get real. this mess is not going to go away just because we elected a guy who does not like it. I don´t like it. My friends don´t like it. But, it is what it is- a mess that dates all the way back to the Reagan Administration and Teddy Kennedy and the BS the Democrats played hoping to get illegals to vote for them. This is where we are now. And some of this crap is just unfixable. All we can realistically hope for is that President Trump starts to fix the problem. Dealing with the aftermath of an insane problem that has been festering for 70 (since the end of WWII) years is a whole other pack of mules.

Perhaps this is an effort to admit defeat for now but to stop further intrusion by invading forces.... nah, this is permanent damage done by Nobama that he is going to let stand.

Follow the law as written, and things will take care of themselves with proper enforcement.

There, THAT was simple.

The real question is do we have the integrity and WILL to defy the demonrats who want to breed a permanent dependent class of welfare recipients, or do we care to defy the RINO/Chamber of economic slavery constituents?

Follow the law as written and ENFORCE it.

It will anger some who have political or economic motives to continue breaking the law, but it will be better for the country.

Then workers here will not be supplanted by those taking their jobs, and there may be a chance the economy will grow instead of be burdened with higher and higher welfare "entitlements" which don´t create economic growth.....

What happens in the future? Does this become an expected reoccurring amnesty every few years, as once all the "Dreamers" (illegal aliens) are given a legal immigration status, such an action is bound to encourage an indefinite number of intending illegal aliens to bring, or have their foreign born children smuggled into the USA believing that they will eventually be granted "Dreamer" status with the entire family then being allowed to stay as is currently happening.

Today´s "Dreamers" range in age all the way up to 35 years of age, the Democrats who know the immigration game recognize and consider the vast majority of "Dreamers" to be potential future Democrat voters and are willing to promise all sorts of benefits and rights to secure the prospective over 700,000 "Dreamer"" votes that will eventually be up for grabs out of this one amnesty alone. The Republicans will never be able to out bid the Democrats on that score. There is no numerical limit as to the count of "Dreamers" who could be legalized, as that is determined by their illegal alien parents who bring or have the "Dreamers" smuggled into the USA.

Building a wall along the borderline will not stop perspective future "Dreamers" from entering the USA as most intending illegal aliens with children walk into the USA through official ports of entry as tourists with border crossing cards or temporary visas with time limits for their stay that they do not abide by and just stay on in the USA illegally. Those illegal aliens come from all over the world.

Oslo — On January 9, 2009, Grace Gao woke up with a strange feeling. She sensed that someone was going on a long journey. Yet no one in the apartment was packing. Everything was normal — as normal as it ever was. Her dad was holding her brother tightly, however. Then he held her and her mom tightly. So she knew: It was they — mother, daughter, and son — who were going on a long journey. On that day, they escaped China. First they went by motorbike. Then they hid in the luggage hold of a bus. The pact is a voluntary agreement among countries including the world´s worst polluters (this is axiomatic, since only Nicaragua and Syria are not signatories, and thus far, chemical agents dropped on civilians have not been classed as "pollutants"). Nearly 200 countries are encouraged (not required) to make plans based on their own priorities and commitments to their own people – except the United States, it appears. The deadly collision between a U.S. destroyer and a container ship June 17 took place while the freighter was on autopilot, according to Navy officials. The Philippines-flagged cargo ship ACX Crystal was under control of a computerized navigation system that was steering and guiding the container vessel, according to officials familiar with preliminary results of an ongoing Navy investigation. Investigators so far found no evidence the collision was deliberate. Nevertheless, an accident during computerized navigation raises the possibility the container ship´s computer system could have been hacked and the ship deliberately steered into the USS Fitzgerald, an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer.
