FBI warned Rohrabacher that
Russia was targeting him

Yahoo News, by Caitlin Dickson

In 2012, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher received a warning from the FBI that Russian spies were attempting to recruit him as an “agent of influence,” the New York Times reported Friday. Although the California Republican has long been among the Kremlin’s most outspoken defenders on Capitol Hill, officials told the Times that Rohrabacher was not believed to have been paid by Russia, nor is he considered to be actively working with Moscow’s intelligence officials. Rather, he was unwittingly being targeted as someone who could guide U.S. policy in Russia’s favor. In an interview with the Times, Rohrabacher confirmed the 2012 meeting

Comments:
EGADS. What is WRONG with Kevin McCarthy??? Rohrabacher is a favorite of mine because of a pet issue. But regardless of that, I think he is one of the best. Not to mention he named the President as well!

The point here is the Establishment, led by NY Times and WaPo, will convert every speck of dust into incitement against Putin. Forget Islamic terrorism all over our own soil. The War Machine goes broke unless US taxpayers are forced to pay them. They thought Hillary would easily bomb Russia. NY Times and WaPo have been inciting war with Russia for years. That´s what the Trump-Russia thing is about, to force Trump to stop saying Russia could help us fight Islamic terrorism. Nuclear war doesn´t have winners, but winning isn´t the point--the US hasn´t won a war since WWII. Rather it´s a bloody money laundering operation to transfer US taxpayer dollars to Beltway war parasites. NY Times Tom Friedman is desperate for it. A WaPo op-ed in Oct. 2016 urged Americans to ´summon the will´ to go to war with Russia and remove Putin. It was authored by US war profiteer Carl Gershman. These people won´t stop until they remove Putin.

United States Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer launched a full-fledged investigation into China´s alleged intellectual property theft on Friday, marking the Trump administration´s firmest actions yet against China´s trade practices. "After consulting with stakeholders and other government agencies, I have determined that these critical issues merit a thorough investigation," Lighthizer said in a statement. The announcement came four days after President Trump signed an executive memo authorizing the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to determine whether an investigation into China´s trade practices is necessary. China´s alleged theft of U.S. technology, music, films and other intellectual property has long been a

More than 300 of Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin´s former Yale classmates are urging him to resign over President Trump´s comments on the violence in Charlottesville, Va. Members of the Yale class of 1985 wrote an open letter calling on Mnuchin to resign from the Treasury "immediately." "We do so today because President Trump has declared himself a sympathizer with groups whose values are antithetical to those values we consider fundamental to our sacred honor as Americans, as men and women of Yale, and as decent human beings," the letter reads. "President Trump made those declarations loudly, clearly, and unequivocally, and

President Trump is allowing his "little tiny ego" to get in the way of White House staffing decisions, according to conservative commentator Ann Coulter. "I´m ticked off at the Emperor God," Coulter told the Daily Beast, referring to Trump. After White House strategist Steve Bannon´s firing Friday, Coulter is warning Trump that he now must show "he didn´t get the good ideas from Bannon" by putting the "pedal-to-the-metal on deportations, the wall, that tax hike on people who make more than $5 million a year." Military leaders have hastened to denounce racism amid the furor over President Donald Trump’s defense of white supremacists who violently rallied last week around a statue of Gen. Robert E. Lee in Charlottesville, Virginia. But they are also presiding over their own controversial symbols of the Confederacy — including 10 Army bases named for generals who commanded armies of the slave-holding South during the Civil War, such as Fort Bragg in North Carolina, Fort Hood in Texas and Fort Rucker in Alabama. On Friday, a group of mostly African-American Democrats in the House proposed legislation that would require the defense secretary

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn said Friday he is giving up his role as a special adviser to President Donald Trump on regulatory reform, ending an association that had sparked an uproar among Democrats and raised ethics questions. In a statement posted on his website, Icahn said he had a conversation with Trump on Friday where the two agreed that he would cut ties with the administration. Icahn said he had received a number of inquiries about whether his role — which was informal and unpaid — would overlap with the duties of Neomi Rao, who was appointed as administrator of

The ridiculous campaign by virtually every media outlet, every Democrat and far too many squishy Republicans to label Trump some kind of racist and Nazi sympathizer is beginning to have the stink of an orchestrated smear. As James Bond’s nemesis Auric Goldfinger famously observed, “Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence. The third time is enemy action.” On Tuesday evening, three prominent Republicans — Senator John McCain, Senator Marco Rubio, and 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney — endorsed the left-wing media’s preferred narrative and embraced the masked thugs of Antifa as heroes. McCain and Romney used almost identical language, bending their knees to the media narrative that only two factions were present in Charlottesville during the awful events of last weekend: white supremacist Nazis and “Americans standing up to defy hate and bigotry.”
