Illegal aliens in San Francisco have reportedly begun abstaining from food stamps in the belief it will help them avoid being detecting by the Trump administration. In fact, so many residents have turned against food stamps that “the city is concerned.” According to the San Francisco Chronicle, local Human Services Agency director Trent Rhorer has noted that “households with one illegal” are wondering how much information will reach administration officials if they use food stamps, also known as CalFresh. Eligible families also wonder “whether the administration will cut food stamp benefits to immigrants.” Rhorer is upset by the tension. He

How is it that the so-called "beneficial" "immigrants" are even on public welfare handouts?
Aren´t we told that they are doing the jobs real Americans won´t do?

Good news. They had no right to steal food stamps, along with stealing jobs, education for their kids, and probably other welfare, plus free health care, clogging all the country health clinics and emergency rooms across the country and not paying.

Illegal aliens go home.

People here for generations and some of their families can´t even get food stamps when circumstances show they deserve them. For those who do get them, they keep cutting the amounts. One single disabled 57 year old I personally know gets 830 dollars a month in disability SS. Out of that comes rent, utilities, all products that are not food, (soap, cleaning supplies etc.because food stamps don´t cover these things), and personal items. Doesn´t leave much. Yet She never had high paying jobs so hence, lower level of SS. But she did always work. These who are on the lower level of SS are hit hard. She does have medicare and medicaid and has had a lot of health problems. The 2 hospitals she uses and neither will take the medicaid as supplement leaving her responsible for that 20%. Just not fair to the truely disadvantaged.

I´m not sure they really need food stamps when their muchachas get three meals a day at school, in some districts weekends and summers as well. I´m sure no one is going to refuse mamacita the the other ninos as well.

I live in Central California and I´ve noticed a lot fewer non-English speaking immigrants around town. We used to see them selling tamales outside local stores, fruit on the street corners, and hanging out outside the local Home Depot. I haven´t seen any of them in weeks. In our community we have a more serious problem. We´re being overrun by Bay Area families that are moving further and further away from the bay because of the price of housing. These newbies are a bunch of progressives who think our country ways are "quaint" but will quickly make our nice little town into Berkeley East. The liberals are like snobby bossy locusts. I think I´d rather have the illegals.
