Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) told Fox News on Thursday that Congress should abandon their own investigations and go back to focusing on Hillary Clinton’s emails. Senator Graham also said he has reason to believe that there are emails between Clinton campaign officials, democratic operatives to the Department of Justice regarding the Clinton email investigation. (Snip) I have reason to believe that there are emails between Clinton campaign officials, democratic operatives to the Department of Justice regarding the Clinton email investigation that happened on Obama’s watch. I have reason to believe those emails exist. I’m on the Judiciary Committee. And I think
Comments: I, like all of the rest of you, have beaten up Graham for his utter stupidity and outrageous behavior. I give him credit for being the only Republican to even utter the words about the criminal Clinton and her crimes. Sadly, because of the special prosecutor congress will get nowhere even though he asked that those emails be given to his committee.
Well, I have previously felt little but distrust for anything said by Sen Graham. We´ll see. But thank God someone finally stated what sensible people have long felt had to be true. The other shoe that I wish would drop, is for SOMEONE (anyone) to investigate if information about the Trump campaign discovered by unmasking, was being fed to the Clinton camp in 2016.
With dims backing away from IMPEACHMENT talk just as a special prosecutor is named (guess they can´t continue to ride the collusion train since they know it´s going to stop, soon), their polling must show that impeachment isn´t all that popular, so they back away. Now, with Lindsey switching positions, it sort of confirms that opinion.
I think Graham feels he embarrassed himself by marching up there to deliver the Clinton impeachment papers and forever after has tried to step wayyyyy leftward in order to give his constituents the appearance that he´s balanced and fair. We all know what he´s up to, but most liberals I know consider him honest and trustworthy--which right now could work to OUR advantage. The fact that he spoke up AGAINST Hillary and the DOJ now indicates that he´s 100% SURE about it and has reliable, credible proof---or he would´ve remained silent.
The clueless Left has been blissfully unaware that their hyperventilating against Trump would blow up in their faces like an exploding cigar. Investigators are about to review the Hillary email servers and the Clinton Foundation, and the Dems have no one but themselves to blame for it.
This time around Hillary won´t have Jim Comey to bend the statute to include intent. She´ll now face the law as written and signed into law. HRC is now in big trouble, and she has only her fellow Dems to blame for it.
This is really a comedy of errors! I´ve heard a few others talking about re-opening the Hillary e-mail mess, now Lindsey Graham. So, the worm has turned! You can bet the MSM won´t cover this investigation the same way they´re covering the Fake investigation of Trump colluding with Russia!
Authorities in Southern California are looking for a thief caught on camera snatching the purse of an 82-year-old woman as she was grabbing an item from a shelf at a grocery store last week. Burbank Police said the robbery occurred Tuesday at a Ralphs supermarket when the elderly woman reached up to grab an item from a store shelf. In surveillance video released of the incident, the suspect is seen snatching the victim´s purse from the scooter and then leaving the store. The victim, whose name was not released, had placed her purse on the floorboard of her electric scooter
A group of illegal aliens calling themselves the “Immigration Liberation Movement” crashed a press conference by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Monday, warning the Democratic Party not to “sell [us] out.” The group shouted down Rep. Pelosi, who struggled to maintain control of the meeting, and unfurled a large banner calling for all illegal aliens to be legalized. (Snip) In the “mic check” call-and-response style popularized by the Occupy Wall Street protests in 2011, the activists declared: We remember all too well how for eight years the Democrats laid siege to our communities, raiding and deporting nearly three million
RUSH: Today is the 15th of September and that means that a movie is opening tonight that I hope does very well. It’s called American Assassin, and it is a movie that has been developed/made based on a novel written by the late noted thriller author Vince Flynn, who became a very, very close friend. (Snip) I would tell you if I thought that it was predictable, and it’s not. When the movie was over, I was unaware of how much time had passed. It has a run time just short of two hours, an hour and 58 minutes. So
Eric Bolling Jr ´partied´ the night before he was found dead and was allegedly seen doing drugs, including cocaine, weed and Xanax, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal. The 19-year-old economics student was found dead in his bed last Friday morning by a friend at his apartment in Boulder, Colorado. Police logs obtained by DailyMail.com show a medical call to his home at the plush Providence Boulder apartment complex was received at 7.49 a.m. (Snip) Now a friend of Bolling Jr has claimed that the college student used illicit substances the night before he died, but said he didn´t intentionally kill himself.
Hillary Clinton’s new book entitled “What Happened” was officially released on Tuesday. Since then, she has been promoting it with the zeal of an indefatigable carnival barker. It seems to be working. (Snip) I’ve spent two days and consumed three packs of Tums trying to digest all 464 pages. (I’m a fast reader.) I initially counted 43 reasons Clinton gives for her 2016 election loss, as she meticulously faults all the people who sabotaged what was rightfully hers. But upon closer examination, I have discovered thirteen more who are to blame. Incredible. But not surprising. You see, Clinton has long
A federal judge issued a ruling Friday that blocks the Justice Department from requiring cities to cooperate with federal immigration authorities in order to be considered eligible for federal law enforcement grants. The ruling blocks nationwide enforcement of two of the three new conditions the Justice Department sought to impose on jurisdictions seeking funds through the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant, which doles out nearly $400 million to state and local agencies each year. (Snip) “The harm to the city’s relationship with the immigrant community if it should accede to the conditions is irreparable,” Judge Leinenweber wrote. “Once such trust is lost,
The dean of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government has announced that the school has scrapped a plan to make convicted WikiLeaks leaker Chelsea Manning a visiting fellow, but still plans to have her speak at its vaunted Kennedy School. Douglas W. Elmendorf stressed that Manning is still invited to talk with students and then host a forum where she would be asked “hard questions” about her story. He said the school never had any intention to honor her or endorse “any of her words or deeds.” “I apologize to her and to the many concerned people from whom I have
Universities known for being hotbeds of campus protest and liberal activism are struggling with declining enrollments and budget shortfalls, and higher education analysts say that’s no coincidence. Take Oberlin College. According to a document leaked to The Oberlin Review, the school’s student newspaper, the small liberal arts college famous for social justice hoaxes has had trouble attracting and retaining students, missing this year’s enrollment mark by 80 and racking up a $5 million budget deficit in the process. William A. Jacobson, a professor at Cornell Law School who runs the Legal Insurrection blog, said the “most obvious culprit” in Oberlin’s
President Trump on Friday advocated for a "larger, tougher and more specific" travel ban in response to a bomb explosion in London’s subway system. Trump in a string of tweets called the bombing an attack “by a loser terrorist” and suggested British authorities did not do enough to prevent it. "Another attack in London by a loser terrorist,” he tweeted. “These are sick and demented people who were in the sights of Scotland Yard. Must be proactive!” Trump then sent another message about the ban, writing ”the travel ban into the United States should be far larger, tougher and more specific-but stupidly, that
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has asked the Congressional Budget Office to quickly score an Obamacare overhaul bill introduced this week, his office confirmed Friday. The bill would take revenues from Obamacare and distribute them as block grants to states so they could write their own healthcare plans. Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., introduced the bill along with Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Dean Heller of Nevada, and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin. A CBO score would make projections about government spending and include information about whether people will lose or gain health insurance coverage. Supporters hope the bill can be
Newly disclosed emails expose fresh examples of "pay to play" at the Clinton State Department, a conservative watchdog group said Thursday. The emails, from Clinton aide Huma Abedin´s account, were among 1,600 documents turned over by the State Department in connection with Judicial Watch´s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. Judicial Watch said the documents reveal Clinton Foundation friends requesting and receiving favors from the State Department. “The emails show ‘what happened’ was that Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin obviously violated laws about the handling of classified information and turned the State Department into a pay for play tool for the
Meghan McCain, the political scion who turned a stint as a blogger and TV show host into a role as a contributor at Fox News Channel, is leaving the network. (Snip) “Meghan has been a valuable part of ‘Outnumbered’ and the Fox News team,” the 21st Century Fox-owned outlet said in a statement. “We’re sad to see her go, but we wish her all the best.” “I’m so thankful to Fox News for the chance to be on ‘Outnumbered,’ but I’m leaving to focus on other things,” McCain said in a statement. “I have no doubt the show will continue
Poor Dana Milbank. For all of his life he has been the picture of perfect health. And then Donald Trump was elected President and completely ruined it to the point where he is now dying. Milbank discusses his health crises in his September 15 Washington Post column, President Trump is killing me. Really. President Trump is killing me. No, really. He’s killing me. It wasn´t one of his campaign promises but we´ll take it. I went for my annual physical last month, and, for the first time in my 49 years, I had to report that I’ve not been feeling
Georgia Tech police shot dead a barefoot student carrying a knife late on Saturday night. The student, 21-year-old Scout Schultz, who identified as gender non-binary, was seen walking toward police - who issued several warnings to drop what officers believed was a knife. The tense encounter was caught on camera - in which the student can be seen walking closer and closer to the police officers and shouting ´shoot me.´ (Snip) At Georgia Tech, Schultz was president of the school´s Pride Alliance, which is a student organization for LGBTQ students and allies. Schultz preferred ´they´ and ´them´ gender pronouns and identified
The 2017 Emmys Awards ceremony wasted no time getting political during Sunday’s opening segment, as host Stephen Colbert and friends made political jokes within the very first minute — and Colbert quickly accused President Trump of treason. Before his opening song, host Stephen Colbert chatted with Anthony Anderson and Allison Janney, and she complained about the current state of the world. The “Mom” actress mentioned global warming and fighting leaders, and joked that HBO was bringing back “the Confederacy,” a reference to the flap over HBO’s planned new drama series “Confederate.” Moments later, Colbert sang about the virtues of television,
The Big Idea: If I had to stock Hillary Clinton’s new memoir in a bookstore, I’d be tempted to place it in a section on self-help or bereavement. “What Happened” was quickly strip-mined for political nuggets after its publication last Tuesday. As I went through it over the weekend, though, what struck me most was how the wounded Democrat coped after her crushing defeat last November. In short, Clinton has read voraciously and eclectically — for escape, for solace and for answers. The collection of works that she cites across 494 pages showcases a top-flight intellect and would make for a compelling graduate school seminar.
ST. LOUIS -- Protests turned violent for second night near St. Louis following the acquittal of a white former police officer in the fatal shooting of a black man, as a small group of demonstrators refused to disperse, breaking windows at dozens of businesses and throwing objects at police, who moved in with hundreds of officers in riot gear to make arrests. The confrontation took place late Saturday night in the Delmar Loop area of University City, a suburb about 10 miles (16 kilometers) west of St. Louis near Washington University. The area is known for concert venues, restaurants, shops and
The silent coup has apparently succeeded. President Trump has been convinced to abandon his revolutionary program of putting “America First,” and has decided to play footsy with globalists like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. There have been signs since before Trump took office that he was not dedicated to accomplishing the goals he promised—whether that was building the wall, repealing Obamacare, cutting off funding for Planned Parenthood, lowering taxes, leaving NAFTA, or many more.[SNIP]The final nail in Trump’s and America’s coffin may be his decision to become the stepfather to President Obama’s illegal executive order establishing Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals.
People who claim to be shocked that Donald Trump is prepared to make an amnesty deal for the"Dreamers" -- most of whom are Mexicans who entered the USA at around the age of six -- are being more than a tad disingenuous. The president has been hinting as much for over a year to anyone paying attention. In fact, it´s hard to conceive how he could have done otherwise, considering the (excuse the cliché) "optics" of shipping 800,000 young people back to a homeland they may never have seen. The question is what your definition of amnesty is. It´s a
Yes, you read the headline correctly. In the latest example of identity politics taken to its absurd end, three Australian college professors believe that "Playful urination practices – from seeing how high you can pee to games such as Peeball (where men compete using their urine to destroy a ball placed in a urinal) – may give boys an advantage over girls when it comes to physics." The three professors didn´t publish their thoughts on a satirical website like The Onion. Instead, they published on Tes, a website that provides "Educational materials, jobs, news, and courses from the world´s best community
Hillary Clinton rejects the idea that a June 2016 meeting between her husband, former President Bill Clinton, and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch critically damaged her White House bid. “I just don’t buy that,” Clinton said in a PBS interview aired Friday evening to promote her new book, “What Happened,” about her loss last year to Donald Trump. As Clinton has in several other, recent interviews promoting the book, she heaped much of the blame on then-FBI Director James Comey. Comey led the Justice Department investigation into Clinton’s use of private email servers as secretary of state, after Lynch stepped back
Mike Huckabee warned that many Republicans in Congress, far from trying to further President Trump´s agenda are actually afraid he will succeed and "drain the swamp." "I´m really more and more convinced that there are a lot of the Republicans in Washington who aren´t afraid that Donald Trump will fail. They´re afraid he will succeed and that he really will drain the swamp," the former 2016 presidential candidate told "Fox & Friends" on Saturday. "The Republicans are the ones who are stonewalling everything he´s trying to get done in Congress right now," the former Arkansas governor pointed out. Huckabee pointed
The star of HBO´s Insecure proudly spoke about her support for black nominees at the Emmys last night in an awards ceremony that had historic wins for minority stars. ´I´m rooting for everybody black,´ Issa Rae said from the red carpet. ´I am!´ The 32-year-old actress and writer also praised the number of African-Americans recognized for their talents in the TV industry. (Snip) During his speech for Best Lead Actor in a Comedy, he said: ´I want to thank Trump for making black people number one on the most oppressed list. He´s the reason I am probably up here.´
Hillary Clinton told host Terry Gross on NPR’s “Fresh Air” Monday that she may challenge the results of the 2016 presidential election. “No, I wouldn’t rule it out,” Hillary said in a response to a question asking if she would “rule out questioning the legitimacy of this election.” Clinton stated that she believes the Russian government influenced the election in favor of Trump, and that this could make the outcome illegitimate. “[Trump knew] they were trying to do whatever they could to discredit me with emails, so there’s obviously a trail there… There’s no doubt they influenced the election: We now know more
