Icelandic Leftist Poisons Robert Spencer

Original Article

Last Thursday, I gave a lecture on the jihad threat at the Grand Hotel in Reykjavik, Iceland. Shortly thereafter, a young Icelandic Leftist registered his disapproval of what I said by poisoning me. It happened after the event, when my security chief, the organizers of the event, and Jihad Watch writer Christine Williams, who had also been invited to speak, went with me to a local restaurant to celebrate the success of the evening. At this crowded Reykjavik establishment, I was quickly recognized. A young Icelander called me by name, shook my hand, and said he was a big fan. Shortly after

Iceland is part of Europe and has as many nuts as any other place that is determined to be politically correct.

In Iceland, as it is here, it is the radical Left through the msm that rules the discourse, inflames the hatred, and incites the acts that endanger all who refute the Leftist dogma.

Am so sorry that Mr. Spencer had to suffer for his courage in expressing his convictions but am happy that he is recovering.

Leftism has a long, long history of violence and suppression everywhere it´s practiced. They only pay lip service to free expression while shutting down any opposition. Their moral high ground is a pile of dung.

Can´t help but wonder...should the current Leftists achieve their shifting goals - are they spawning even more radical, farther Leftists who will one day be poisoning THEM?!! Aside from a little cosmic schadenfreude, the course they´re on is not a good one.

I was kind of skeptical of Roger Stone´s claim that lefties poisoned him (then tried to kill him in a Hit & Run). This adds credence to his claims too, as far as I´m concerned.

Pretty amazing, but leftists all harken back to Lenin and Stalin, it is just a matter of degree.
Bill Ayers and his evil buddies are a great example. They killed people and spoke matter-of-factly of perhaps needing to kill as many as 25 million when they took over the nation.

Evil, atheist, hate and rage filled people. Dangerous when they do not get their way.

As Trump agonizes over the Paris Accord, self-imposed deadlines sail by. Escaping the accord requires action. Delays increasingly resemble a decision to remain. Inside the palace, rival camps intrigue. Those advocating ditching Paris rally around EPA administrator Scott Pruitt and controversial presidential adviser Steve Bannon. Their adversaries follow Princess Ivanka, national economic adviser Gary Cohn, and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. Of the two dozen mandarins with audible input into the decision-making process, the following seven have previously expressed skepticism about the catastrophic anthropogenic global warming hypothesis: Trump, Pruitt, Bannon, Tillerson, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, and Vice President

This has been such a newsworthy week that I will deal only briefly with a few items which normally would be column-worthy so I can concentrate on the blow to the Democrats and Jihadists by the President this week and the revelations about the Obama administration’s police-state tactics. 1.The Fourth Circuit Applies the Maxine Waters Doctrine on the Law It was an amusing tell last week when Democrat demagogue Maxine Waters conceded it would have been fine if Hillary had been elected and fired James Comey, because he deserved it, but it was improper for President Trump to have done so. When Melania Trump recited The Lord´s Prayer before a Melbourne, Florida presidential rally in February, the Internet went hog wild. Now we know one reason why the first lady began with ´Let us pray´ and ´Our Father who art in heaven´ when she introduced the president that evening: She´s a practicing Roman Catholic. Her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham confirmed that to DailyMail.com on Wednesday, hours after Pope Francis blessed a rosary for her at the Vatican. The last Catholics to live in the White House were John F. Kennedy and his wife Jackie. Melania and her son Barron will move to

The first rule of intelligence work is that there are no coincidences. A horrifying terror attack at a pop concert Monday night at the Manchester Arena followed by hours the first-ever visit by a sitting American president to the Western Wall of the ancient Temple at Jerusalem. On June 4, 2009, Barack Obama went to Cairo and delivered a speech, addressed to the Muslim world, that was full of praise for Islam and apologies on behalf of the West. In the address, entitled “A New Beginning” (“I´ve come here to Cairo,” he explained, “to seek a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world”), he called the university at which he was speaking (which, if it were anywhere in the West, would probably not be able to gain accreditation) “a beacon of Islamic learning”; he blamed tensions between the West and Islam largely on

On paper, the law seems clear: Cutting any part of a young girl´s genitalia is illegal — and no custom or ritual can be used to justify it. The law has been on the books for 21 years, unchallenged. But in a federal courtroom in Detroit, a landmark case involving the centuries-old taboo ritual is about to put that law to the test for the first time. And perhaps more historic, a question will be raised in the American legal system that has never been raised before: Does the U.S. Constitution allow for genital cutting, even if it´s just a minor nick or

Mike Lee, R-Utah, said during an event hosted at the Federalist Society’s fifth annual Executive Branch Review Conference. “The administrative state is designed to be insulated from the will of the people.” The Utah senator said that one way he is working to combat this phenomenon is through an initiative he has started called Article One Project. “Our

There is an important and damaging cultural divide between the Trumps and the governing system that the president and his closest allies are trying to tame. Call it New York vs. Washington, or business vs government, but it comes down to this: the president hasn’t gotten control over the bureaucracy, much of which is in open rebellion against him. You can see it by the remarkably low numbers of political appointees currently approved by the Senate, as by the torrent of leaks aimed at damaging Trump and his top aides.

This week, a working group of United States senators began meeting on a biweekly basis to reach a consensus on how to repeal and replace Obamacare. We are still very early in the process, but it is clear already that there is much work to be done before we can find the votes needed to reform our failing health care system. The first topic the group focused on was rolling back Obamacare’s Medicaid expansion, a program that has given insurance cards to 11 million able-bodied adults without kids at a cost of $64 billion a year without improving their actual health care

Earth is likely to reach more dangerous levels of warming even sooner if the U.S. retreats from its pledge to cut carbon dioxide pollution, scientists said. That’s because America contributes so much to rising temperatures. President Donald Trump, who once proclaimed global warming a Chinese hoax, said in a tweet Saturday that he would make his “final decision” this coming week on whether the United States stays in or leaves the 2015 Paris climate change accord in which nearly every nation agreed to curb its greenhouse gas emissions. Hillary Clinton’s inner circle is concerned that the “resistance” that cropped up in the wake of President Donald Trump’s electoral win isn’t embracing the failed Democratic Presidential candidate as their de facto leader. As of late, Hillary has taken to marketing herself as the leader of the anti-Trump resistance, Tweeting about her defeat, haranguing Trump in public appearances and “persisting” despite her loss. It’s clear from Clinton’s Twitter feed, paid speeches, and comments that she wants to lead the mostly female opposition to Trump’s policy agenda. It’s pile-on time for America’s commercial airlines. The contempt people hold for them has long been severe, but following a raft of highly publicized incidents, resentment has hit a fever pitch. It started about a month ago, with the forced removal of a passenger onboard a United Express flight. This was followed by several more airlines-behaving-badly controversies, up to and including the death of Simon, a giant rabbit who perished after a London-to-Chicago United flight. Over and over we are reminded about the hellishness that is commercial flying. Enabled by cellphone cameras and the catalyst of social media, even the most
