“I was walking down the Champs-Élysées around 9 pm with my wife and three sons, and I stopped to buy a rose for my wife. We were 10 feet away from a person dressed in black garb when all of a sudden I heard a sudden burst of shots. It sounded like about eight bullets,” John Finney, an American from Paintsville, Kentucky, told Breitbart News in an exclusive phone interview. “There were police in the street when the person started shooting,” Finney, 51, whom friends call “Jack” added, recalling the moments he and his family (pictured) witnessed a terrorist rampage

Why anyone would want to visit Paris or any other large European city now is a total mystery to me. I don´t care that Mr. Finney thinks he cannot "say enough great things about the French people", you are literally taking your life in your hands by strolling the streets in Paris, Germany, Brussels ... you name it. Foolish, foolish people.

This will help Le Pen. I will go out on a limb and bet she is elected.

#1, we will be going next month for a vacation, although will be in Paris for just the arrival, pick up car and leave, reverse on return. We will be nowhere near Paris.

Not letting these jihadis mess up my vacation. I sure wish I could take my .45.

I would not like to go anywhere where the state tells me that I must be helpless and disarmed. This "run and hide" or "shelter in place" stuff is for mindless sheep. The police have stated many times that they are not obligated to protect us, despite their "Protect and Serve" mottos. They are tasked with arresting shooters after you are shot.

Europe used to be a nice place to visit, before they imported millions of 3rd World barbarians, who believe as a basic tenant of their religion in "death to unbelievers."

Last year, while visiting national parks in Colorado, I happened upon a real treat: Star Drive In, an outdoor theater that opened in 1955 in the southern part of the state. But my delight didn’t end there. Next door, I found the Best Western Movie Manor Motel, where you can look out a big window and watch the Star’s outdoor screen … from your bed! Each room is named for a movie star. Booking a night at the motel was a no-brainer. I checked into my no-frills Mel Gibson room and crawled into bed for the feature. According to Wheeler

The political divide between rural and urban America is more cultural than it is economic, rooted in rural residents’ deep misgivings about the nation’s rapidly changing demographics, their sense that Christianity is under siege and their perception that the federal government caters most to the needs of people in big cities, according to a wide-ranging poll that examines cultural attitudes across the United States. The Washington Post-Kaiser Family Foundation survey of nearly 1,700 Americans — including more than 1,000 adults living in rural areas and small towns — finds deep-seated kinship in rural America, coupled with a stark sense of

Being rich is more pleasant than not being rich for many reasons, one of which is that the more money you have, the less society´s rules and obligations weigh on you. You slide through life using your wealth and connections to avoid the hassles and complications that occupy ordinary people, seldom having your choices impeded by what others or even the government demand of you. In theory the rules apply to everyone, but in practice there are almost always ways around them that are only available to a few. WASHINGTON – Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday introduced legislation that would automatically register voters who transmit information to state and federal agencies, potentially adding 50 million new voters around the country. In introducing the legislation on the House Floor, Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) discussed Shelby County v. Holder, a 2013 Supreme Court decision that struck down certain aspects of the 1965 Voting Rights Act and eliminated the need for nine states to seek federal approval for altering voting laws. Central to the decision was the debate over racial discrimination through polling laws. Controversial voting laws in Texas and South Carolina went into effect

One man shouted an expletive at the video screen as Mr. Trump was telling the fans: “We are showing the world we will not be intimidated by threats.” The episode marred what had been a night celebrating those wounded in Wednesday’s murderous attack on GOP players practicing for
