Climate Marches Aren´t About
Science — They´re About Trump

Investor´s Business Daily, by Craig Rucker and David Rothbard

Organizers promised that hundreds of thousands would participate in an April 22 March for Science planned for hundreds of cities worldwide and an April 29 People´s Climate March in Washington, DC. These events have no more to do with science or climate change than do UN programs or the Paris climate treaty. Their own leaders make that perfectly clear. A climate website asserts that marchers intend to mark President Trump´s 100th day in office "with a massive demonstration that shows our resistance is not going to wane." They intend to "block Trump´s entire fossil fuel agenda," with Berkeley-style tantrums and riots, most

FTA: ´´Developed nations must de-carbonize, de-industrialize, and reduce their growth, job creation and living standards – while sending trillions of dollars over the coming decades to ruling elites in developing countries that are not required to decrease oil, gas and coal use or greenhouse gas emissions.´´

Let´em march. They can march right into the freakin ocean. 25 years ago that other whack job Al Gore said that in 20 years the oceans will rise and NYC will be under water, he said that the polar ice caps will be melted and polar bears would be extinct. Well today the oceans are the same, the polar ice caps are still there the polar bears are thriving and NYC IS NOT under water. The only thing that has changed is that Al Gore has made over a 100 million dollars pushing this fraud. Think about it, the two biggest frauds in our history were both started by the sick Democratic Party. Obamacare and Global warming, now called climate change. Do you get it yet, wake up.

Were it not for fossil fuels, none of these nit-wits would be able to show up at the marches. They would be busy gathering nuts, bugs and berries to eat, and pounding their animal skin clothes on rocks down by the river for cleaning, and gathering branches for the fires to keep them warm. Ah - but perhaps fire will be disallowed too in their future world. And it´s not that I would deny them their desire to eat from the land, eschew modern conveniences and shiver in the dark, but they want to impose these things on me. If you deindustrialize and de-carbonize the Western world, where do they think the TRILLIONS they want to send to underdeveloped nations are going to come from? And what are those imaginary trillions going to buy? I cannot understand why these people call themselves ´progressives´.

If only they understood the carbon cycle. It is so logical and beautifully simple. Carbon is essential for every living thing to exist. Trying to remove carbon is an exercise in futility and eventual extinction. Don´t mess with mother nature.

Trump Effect? Household
Income Hits 15-Year High
Investor´s Business Daily, by John Merline    Original Article

For eight years, President Obama endlessly talked about "middle class" economics. All the while, middle-class family incomes were stagnant. Now they are on the rise. Could Trumponomics be the reason? In April, real median household income reached $59,361, according to the latest report from Sentier Research. That´s up 2% since January, and is as high as it´s been since February 2002. Expressed as an index, median household income was 100.9 in April, which is the first time this index has topped 100 since December 2008. By comparison, this index was also lower when Obama left office than when he came in —

CaliCare: California´s so-called progressive Democrats, fresh off their classy "flipping off" of Donald Trump at their state convention, now want to flip off the entire state by imposing a reckless, economy-destroying single-payer health care system on the state´s citizens. If voters don´t stop this madness they´ll get what they deserve. A study by the Senate Appropriations Committee of the state legislature found that a proposed single-payer system would cost $400 billion a year — more than twice the state´s current bloated budget of $182 billion. To say that it would be the fiscal and economic ruin of California is an understatement. As

Big Government: President Trump´s budget is taking its share of hits for supposedly indulging in fanciful accounting, unrealistic assumptions and proposing massive cuts to vital safety-net programs. How much of that is true? You decide. Trump´s budget plan proposes to balance the federal budget in 10 years and do so entirely through spending restraint. That alone is enough to raise the hackles of the Washington, D.C., swamp creatures. But critics have other complaints. The main ones: It relies on unrealistic economic projections. Critics say Trump´s budget numbers rest on a rosy scenario of future economic growth. The New York Times describes the

Two men caught having sex in March were subjected to a public caning in the Indonesian province of Aceh on Tuesday. A crowd of about 1,000 people watched the punishment, many cheering and filming the event. The public caning took place in a square in front of a mosque in the provincial capital, Banda Aceh. The pair, aged 20 and 23, each received over 82 strikes with thin rattan canes. Their original sentence of 85 lashes was reduced due to time spent in detention. At least eight other men and women were caned along with the gay pair for offenses such as

After most terrorist attacks, presidents and world leaders have attempted to use majestic and restrained language, perhaps to seem presidential, to come off as leader-like, to be as unlike the terrorists as possible. A favorite term they all like to use is ´cowardly´ - which doesn´t seem to deter any of these mass-death attacks. They also like ´callous,´ ´absurd´ and ´tragic,´ passively addressing the attacks themselves. We can already hear the terrorists´ gigglings. President Trump isn´t like that. In the wake of the terror attack in Manchester, England, he set the tone from another direction, hurling the personal insult. He called

Mideast: President Trump´s Mideast trip was derided by the media and opposition Democrats as simply a chance for him to skip town to avoid the ongoing "scandals" of his administration. As usual, they grossly underestimate this president, and completely misunderstand the importance of his historic trip. Trump´s trip to Saudi Arabia and Israel has put the region on notice: The U.S. intends once again to pursue its interests and those of its allies in the region. The U.S. is ready to reward friends and punish enemies, and we will name names. This is a radical reversal of President Obama´s policy of "leading

Regulation: "Net neutrality" has become the Holy Grail of various so-called consumer organizations. But government regulation isn´t what consumers need. Competition is. And there would be more of that if the government would get out of the way. On Thursday, the Federal Communications Commission voted 2-1 to start undoing the massive expansion of the FCC´s regulatory control over the internet, enacted two years ago by the Obama administration under the guise of protecting "net neutrality." From the reaction — or more accurately, the overreaction — from advocacy groups and know-nothing pundits, you´d think they´d just voted to exterminate the internet. Let´s leave aside

President Obama´s and Hillary Clinton´s Russian ties will come under the legal microscope, too. For 36 years, Democrats have routinely called for impeaching Republican presidents at the drop of a hat. While there´s much to recommend about Donald Trump´s recently floated tax-reform proposal, we think the President and his team erred by not seeking to abolish the charitable deduction. We say this in full consideration of the health of nonprofits. About the deduction, it´s frequently argued that if it shrinks or goes away altogether, donations to charities will dry up. Such worries are overdone, not to mention that the deduction itself is arguably immoral. Fear of reduced giving is overstated simply because charitable donations aren´t driven by the tax preference nearly as much as many presume. Talk to anyone who has tried to run a business and ask them how hard it is. I can speak from experience when I tell you that it isn´t easy. Long hours, sleepless nights, and concerns you never even thought about as an employee are the norm. Add in the fact that you get paid last, which can mean some very lean times, and the challenges of owning a business become rather obvious. Now, you may also have to consider the idea that Social Justice Warriors think you have the wrong DNA for your line of work, because they´re horrible.
