Media Do Their Best To Turn Trump´s
100-Day ´Honeymoon´ Into Hell

Media Bias: By now, it should be no surprise at all that the big media lean left and, at times, behave as if they were an arm of the Democratic Party, not a fair dispenser of news and commentary. But a new report shows that, under President Trump, the problem has grown even worse. The conservative-leaning Media Research Center did a lot of TV watching earlier this year, looking at all of the mainstream evening news coverage — from ABC, CBS and NBC — of Trump and his new administration from Jan. 20 through April 9. During that time, they counted 869

The media is desperately trying to destroy this President, no question about that and they would be successful without the alternative media outlets on the internet including social media. It is much harder going forward with a destructive agenda when you have millions of Americans battling back with the truth. Television is losing its influence because it is so utterly biased. Americans are not fools and they have lived the results of the left´s messiah and it´s only going to get to be a much harder sell to convince us that progressivism will bring utopia. America marches forward with Trump regardless of the liberal media´s approval.

The new 4th branch of government simply strutting its stuff absent a headwind. They will stifle/destroy all who disagree to assure their utopia (and power…). We (the people...) are too stupid for elections to matter any more.

It´s not just trying to bring Trump down; the media is trying to disenfranchise those Americans who put him in office. That is the type of conduct of which wars are made. Since the mass media no longer has any resemblance to a free press, they should receive no protections or benefits under law or custom.

In Undoing One Epic Mistake,
Is The Fed Making Another?

Monetary Policy: The Fed´s decision to hike its benchmark funds rate a quarter-point to a range of 1%-1.25% has been styled as a "normalization" of Fed policy. Maybe so. But it´s also a tacit admission that its past policies were a mistake. We say this because the Fed held interest rates steady at an unprecedented low rate of 0% for nearly eight years. Yet, during that time, the economy never grew over 3% for a year and inflation stayed below the Fed´s target of 2% a year, even as unemployment fell to a current 4.3% — which in the Fed´s eyes equals

Russia Probe: The latest "bombshell" report — at least in the minds of journalists — is that special counsel Robert Mueller is allegedly investigating whether President Trump obstructed justice. The significance of this is open to debate. Based on unnamed sources (naturally), the Washington Post reported late Wednesday — in a story ominously headlined "Special counsel is investigating Trump for possible obstruction of justice " — that Mueller is "interviewing senior intelligence officials as part of a widening probe," and that this "marks a major turning point" in the investigation. But even the Trump-hating New York Times was more careful

Politics: It is merely a coincidence that just as the Trump-Russia collusion story started seriously falling apart, Democrats suddenly shifted gears to file a lawsuit against President Trump for allegedly violating an obscure provision of the Constitution involving foreign "emoluments." On Monday, attorneys general from Maryland and Washington, D.C., filed a lawsuit against Trump claiming that he is "flagrantly violating" the Constitution because he is still the owner of his businesses, even though he´s given up the operation of them. On Wednesday, nearly 200 Democratic lawmakers sued Trump on the same basis, with Michigan Rep. John Conyers claiming that "Trump has conflicts

D.C. Shooting: A deranged Bernie Sanders supporter goes berserk and shoots at a group of Republican congressmen and their aides practicing for a charity game at a baseball field. Is the anti-Trump, anti-Republican rhetoric getting out of hand? It sure seems that way. As a handful of Congress members practiced for a friendly annual baseball game played for charity against their Democratic opposition, James T. Hodgkinson of Belleville, Ill., reportedly asked one congressman whether the assembled players were Republicans or Democrats. After being told they were Republicans, he retrieved his gun and began firing. Within minutes and after as many as 50

Green Lobbying: "Laws are like sausages," the old saying goes. "It´s better not to see how they get made." The same is also true for federal environmental policies. Case in point: Secretary of Energy Rick Perry´s review of U.S. green-energy policies. Perry had a great idea: Why not conduct a 60-day review of green-energy policies to see how they would affect the U.S.´ electrical grid? A leaked memo that was obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation shows how Washington works. When Perry announced his review in April, the American Wind Energy Association, the main lobbyist for wind producers, kicked into high

Health Reform: "In many ways, it´s working better than anticipated." That´s how President Obama described ObamaCare in March 2015. The latest enrollment report shows just how wildly wrong he was. The latest official count shows that 10.3 million are enrolled in the ObamaCare exchanges. That´s down from the 12.2 million who were reported to have selected an ObamaCare plan this year, which means that nearly 2 million people (16%) signed up for coverage and then failed to make a payment on it. It also means that there are 800,000 fewer ObamaCare enrollees now than there were a year ago. And it means

As I document in my book "Still the Best Hope: Why the World Needs American Values to Triumph," which is an explanation of Americanism, leftism and Islamism, hysteria is a major tactic of the left. If you think about it, there is never an extended period of time — one year, let´s say — during which society is not engulfed by a hysteria induced by the left. The mother of them all is global warming, or "climate change," as the left has come to call it (because the warming was not quite enough to induce widespread panic). Hysterics like billionaires Al

Scandal: The recent Comey hearings revealed a serious problem with White House corruption, perhaps going all the way to the top. But, no, we´re not talking about Donald Trump. We´re talking about Barack Obama, his attorney general and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Among the gems that tumbled out of former FBI Director James Comey´s testimony last week is that Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch pressured him last September to refer to the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton´s illegal homebrew email server as a "matter," not an "investigation." Not by coincidence, that was how the Clinton campaign itself was characterizing the

At their "request," Pope Francis met Venezuela´s top bishops Thursday. Discussions centered on the country´s growing political unrest against a "cruelly" repressive government. So it was the bishops who had to ask, or else they´d go unheard. That they even had to ask is evidence of how opaque the pope has been about the nightmare engulfing the retrograde communist country. The Huffington Post pulled a piece calling for the “execution” of President Donald Trump published Saturday by contributor Jason Fuller. Fuller’s piece contained rhetoric and imagery that seems tasteless, particularly after Wednesday’s events. Fuller boldly declares in the title that “Trump must be prosecuted — if convicted in a court of law — executed.” Fuller doesn’t stop there, however, as he insists that “impeachment isn’t enough” to “drain the swamp,” and to do so means doling out the “ultimate punishment [execution]” in order to fully restore the moral compass of the U.S. Fuller’s “ultimate punishment” is not only reserved for

As Fox News moves further into the post–Roger Ailes era, the network is shedding one of its most iconic elements. According to network executives, Fox News has abandoned the marketing slogan “Fair & Balanced.” The decision was made last August after Ailes’s ouster by Fox News co-president Jack Abernethy, because the phrase had “been mocked,” one insider said. Another executive explained that the tagline was “too closely associated with Roger.” Fox executives have been instructed by management to market the network by its other tagline: “Most Watched. The special counsel overseeing the investigation into Russia’s role in the 2016 election is interviewing senior intelligence officials as part of a widening probe that now includes an examination of whether President Trump attempted to obstruct justice, officials said. The move by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III to investigate Trump’s own conduct marks a major turning point in the nearly year-old FBI investigation, which until recently focused on Russian meddling during the presidential campaign and on whether there was any coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. Investigators have also been

Seven percent of all American adults believe that chocolate milk comes from brown cows, according to a nationally representative online survey commissioned by the Innovation Center of U.S. Dairy. If you do the math, that works out to 16.4 million misinformed, milk-drinking people. The equivalent of the population of Pennsylvania (and then some!) does not know that chocolate milk is milk, cocoa and sugar.
