The Associated Press edited the words of a Muslim man who allegedly killed three white people in downtown Fresno Tuesday afternoon and shouted “Allahu Akbar!” The suspect, 39-year-old Kori Ali Muhammad, holds fervent anti-Trump beliefs according to his social media profile, and he told police afterward that he hates white people. (RELATED: Muslim Shooter Kills Three Whites In Fresno) Rather than reporting the gunman’s literal words, however, the AP reported the gunman as saying “God is great.” On Twitter, the AP’s report gave no indication that the suspect’s words were said in Arabic. The AP took flack on Twitter for the edits,
Comments: The AP - another enemy of the American people
Why the compulsion to protect the evil done by the adherents of Islam? Simple, the world hates Christianity and everything it stands for. They would more easily embrace a religion that is violent at its core than have to submit to the authority of God. The two religions could not be more opposite. Christianity says love thy neighbor as thy self and does not impose itself on anyone. It is solely based upon the free will of the individual to make a choice. Islam demands acceptance by the sword, defiles women and children, and at its core has a directive to conquer and force the world to submit. And yet, we see protective acceptance by progressives around the world while they are the harshest critics of Christianity. It´s time to take a stand against this insanity.
Children in our public schools are no longer required to speak English. We are taught to respect diversity, to embrace other languages, and the AP translates Arabic for us? I say they are discriminating against Mr. Allahu Akbar! He should sue for the right to hate and kill in whatever language he chooses!
I always knew why profs hate Christians: ethics, rules, monogamy, and other rules to live by. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out why props protect a religion that has such horrible rules that result in DEATH if not obeyed. Do they really want to live under sharia law!
I expect the media to lie all the time and I am never disappointed. If they ever reported the actual news they would totally shock and confuse me because I depend on them reporting the opposite to the truth.
They forgot to substitute "John" in place of "Muhammad." That´s kind of a giveaway. Either way, both "Muhammad" and "Allahu Akbar" were created six centuries after Jesus. It´s hard to change that kind of history but they will try.
#1, #11: If a neo-Nazi shot a bunch of people, we wouldn´t be debating the relative translative merits of "Strength and Health" or "Victory and Salvation," because it would have been reported as the "Seig, Heil!" it really was.
Do you think the MSM would bother changing a nazi chanting Zieg Heil to "hail to victory"? Actually, allah is not greatest, because he is just a pathetic little god who has already lost and is consigned to the Lake of Fire. Muslims do all these evil deeds because they are of their father, the devil, and the lusts of their father they will do. "If ye were Abraham´s children, ye would do the works of Abraham." John 8
Amen #4! We Christians were given a choice ~ to choose life (Jesus) or death. We are directed to spread the good news of Jesus. He did not say that we were to FORCE the good news on anyone.
Jesus IS the way to eternal life. The fact that so many libs/lefties believe in "all paths to God" simply means that they will be among the missing in Heaven. Consider THAT a blessing; I do.
They may not believe but that does not mean they won´t stand before the Lord one day. At that moment in time ~ when they finally realize the fate that awaits them it will be way past too late to come to Jesus.
I heard the Sacramento news radio emphasize the “I hate white people” quote and an additional quote from a family member that, “He [the terrorist] said there was a war going on in this country between black people and white people.” After repeating the terrorist’s name the reporter added, “a black man.” When was the last time you heard a radio report include a black perps race? Obviously it is so important that the Islamic terrorist aspects of this story be purged from the “narrative” that the enemedia is willing to paint a black man as a racist killer. Wow, I never expected that!
The media have been exposed and everyone knows who and what they are. Rush Limbaugh led the charge years ago. They obviously no longer have any power to sway opinions or elections. If they did Donald Trump would not be sitting in the White House. These are last dying days of journalism. It doesn´t exist anymore.
You have to wonder how liberals think this works. So, a manifestly conflicted special counsel leading a pack of maxed-out Democrat donors decides Donald Trump has to be kicked out of office for “obstructing justice” regarding a cynical lie about him cavorting with the Kremlin and…then what? President Pence, until they do the same thing to him? Or do we just skip right to President Felonia von Pantsuit, shrug our shoulders, and give up on our foolish dream of having a say in our own governance? Straightforward from here is…chaos. Because normal Americans are woke to the scam. No, the affidavits of
Sarah Palin issued a not-so-veiled warning to the New York Times on Thursday over a controversial editorial in the newspaper, one that prompted two corrections and an apology. In a tweet, Palin said she is "talking to attorneys this AM and exploring options." It all stems from an editorial, written in the wake of the Steve Scalise shooting, that linked a map put out by Palin´s political action committee in 2011 to the shooting of former congresswoman Gabby Giffords. Some background and new developments: What it said: In criticizing incendiary political rhetoric, the editorial mentioned the 2011 shooting of Giffords and
The rush to impeach President Trump is on by an opposition party that lacks the votes, evidence or legal basis for such a move. But since when did an illegal left-wing coup need any of those things? No Dem has been more honest about the real motive for impeachment than Congressman Ted Lieu. “We should not give him a chance to govern,” Lieu had declared after Trump had been in office for ten days. And he predicted that, “I do believe that if we win back the House of Representatives, impeachment proceedings will be started.” What was the basis for impeaching President Trump
How are we supposed to take the myriad leaks coming from Robert Mueller´s special investigation of what I guess we could call "The Russian Matter"? You would think that on the day Rep. Steve Scalise was shot the lava-like flow of illegal and frequently inaccurate leaked information being promulgated ad infinitum by the Washington Post, the New York Times, and CNN (among others) would stop for a moment´s respectful pause, but no -- at least not at the Washington Post. That very day they were "reporting" [scare quotes deliberate] that five, count ´em five, needless-to-say unnamed "officials" [scare quotes again
The New York Times used the attempted assassination of dozens of Republican congressmen by a left-wing Bernie Sanders supporter to attack former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin with a baseless conspiracy theory blaming Palin for inciting mentally ill Jared Loughner to shoot Democratic Rep. Gaffy Giffords in 2011. “In 2011, when Jared Lee Loughner opened fire in a supermarket parking lot, grievously wounding Representative Gabby Giffords and killing six people, including a 9-year-old girl, the link to political incitement was clear. Before the shooting, Sarah Palin’s political action committee circulated a map of targeted electoral districts that put Ms. Giffords and 19
Forget all the nervous gasps. When President Trump tweeted that his measure to protect Americans from Islamic terror was a “travel ban” and that it should never have been watered down, he was right. Calling it a pause hasn’t appeased a single of the radical judges abusing their authority. It doesn’t matter what the lawyers call it, when courts insist on referencing President Trump’s campaign rhetoric instead. Watering down the ban achieved nothing. The judicial coup can’t be appeased with a “moderate” ban. Stripping Iraq from the list of countries undermined the effectiveness of the measure considering that the vast majority of refugees
"Republicans of all stripes must be made to acknowledge and accept that Trumpism is an experiment that failed," Noah Rothman wrote in Commentary. It was October 2016 and Rothman was declaring the terms on which Never Trumpers would accept the surrender of Republicans after Trump’s defeat. Some "examples must be made", but after some political purges, the GOP could be reunited around "free trade" and "an internationalist foreign policy". But instead of losing, Trump won. The disasters that Rothman was predicting, the loss of Congress and the White House, never came about. And the scorned prophets of Never Trump, instead of apologizing
“Everything’s fine,” smiled Captain Paul Ryan smarmily as he steered the Titanic into an iceberg. “Now, let me get back to shafting our own voting base via my incomprehensible determination to cancel the tax deductions that Republicans use instead of cutting handouts to Democrat-voting freeloaders!” We are sailing toward disaster in 2018 and no one seems to want to acknowledge it. Let’s look at the facts and evidence. Data Point One: We scraped by in a couple of House special elections so far, including Punchy McSlugahack’s in Montana, but that Daily Kos reader-funded-12-year old non-resident Democrat dork is going to
That towering doofus James Comey crushed the spirits of millions of democracy-hating geebos when, trapped by his own prior testimony, he was forced to admit the truth on national television. And that truth, as those of us not caught up in the whirlpool of Menschian insanity and liberal wishcasting all know, is that the whole Russia thing is a wheelbarrow of fresh Schumer squeezed out by Hillary and her minions in order to create a narrative – any narrative – that would hide the bitter truth. We rejected her, and now we’re rejecting the Russia idiocy too. Poor Comey, having
Someone should inform the Shakespeare-in-the-Park thespians who are stabbing a Trump-a-like to death in their "modern dress" Julius Caesar that they´ve chosen the wrong play. What they should be performing is the Bard´s Much Ado About Nothing, a far more accurate vision of contemporary Washington -- except, of course, for the comedy´s romantic ending. Nobody´s falling in love with anybody in D.C. these days, but they certainly are wasting time. That became clearer than ever even before James Comey´s said-to-be-historic testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee Thursday. The former FBI director´s published statement harrumphed for seven pages, but essentially exonerated
In Britain, as in the U.S., when an Islamic terrorist is said to be, “known to law enforcement,” the translation is: “He is being actively ignored by law enforcement.” After the latest terrorist attack in Britain — at least as of this writing — Prime Minister Theresa May bravely announced, “Enough is enough!” What is the point of these macho proclamations after every terrorist attack? Nothing will be done to stop the next attack. Political correctness prohibits us from doing anything that might stop it. Poland doesn’t admit Muslims: It has no terrorism. Japan doesn’t admit Muslims: It has no
Two weeks ago, in the wake of the Manchester bombing, I mistweeted and it cost me. Everyone knows what I said and I’m not going to repeat it here. The wording was horrible. Loaded with unintended meaning. Quickly deleted, amended to make clear, and apologised for live on TV and radio. I have no excuses. And I take full accountability — disasters, triumphs, I must treat them just the same. In truth, I woke up to the news of the terror attack in Manchester on our young girls and I saw red. As a mum, I felt fear. And I
Turns out…money can’t buy you love. Or a House seat in Georgia’s 6th District. Democrats pulled out all stops in their effort to show that the #Resistance isn’t just about marches and slogans and insulting the president, but also about flipping the House in 2018. They poured tens of millions of dollars into what became the most expensive House race ever, trying to elect 30-year-old nonentity Jon Ossoff to fill the seat of HHS head Tom Price. They cast the race as a referendum on Donald Trump, and a bellwether for 2018. Republicans will be elated with the outcome, and hopeful
On June 8, Lisa Durden, a producer, filmmaker and media commentator, arrived at Essex County College in Newark to teach her speech class. It was the closing days of the summer session and Durden was already set for the fall semester. She was listed as a returning adjunct professor to teach mass communication and popular culture and two effective speech courses. Two days before, she had appeared as a political commentator on the Fox News show "Tucker Carlson Tonight," invited to give her opinion as to why Black Lives Matter organizers held a Memorial Day event in Brooklyn for black people only. When
Republican Karen Handel staved off a furious challenge from Democrat Jon Ossoff on Tuesday in a race to represent a suburban Atlanta seat in Congress, as the GOP and President Donald Trump avoided an embarrassing defeat in the most expensive U.S. House contest in history. A former Georgia secretary of state, Handel emphasized her experience and roots in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District to defeat Ossoff and keep a seat that’s long been held by Republicans in GOP hands. She becomes Georgia’s first female Republican member of the U.S. House.
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. -- Video of a woman demanding for her son to be seen by a "white doctor" at a walk-in clinic in Ontario has gone viral. CTV Toronto reports the four-minute argument was recorded by a patient in the waiting room at the Rapid Access to Medical Specialists clinic on Sunday. In the video, an employee is heard explaining to the woman that a "white doctor" would not be available until 4 p.m. to see her child. To which she responds, "So you´re saying in the whole entire building there isn´t one white doctor? You´re telling me my kid has chest
Jon Ossoff was on a trajectory to defeat Karen Handel narrowly, poised to deliver a humiliating blow to the White House in a race billed as a referendum of Donald Trump’s early months in office. Then the Republican voters in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District unexpectedly showed up in droves. Pollsters say sky-high turnout drove Handel, the GOP nominee, to a nearly 4-point victory on Tuesday, despite most pre-election surveys showing Ossoff with a small-but-shrinking lead. Mathematically, a 4-point loss for a Democratic House candidate in a district that has traditionally elected Republicans by wide margins is an encouraging result for
Republican Karen Handel has defeated her upstart Democratic challenger in a Georgia runoff election. Handel, an experienced politician and former Secretary of State for Georgia, emerged on Tuesday night with a narrow win over 30-year-old Jon Ossoff. Incomplete returns show she is on track to receive about 53 per cent of the vote. Her narrow victory in Georgia´s 6th Congressional District allows Republicans a sigh of relief after the hotly-contested race, which is considered the most expensive in US House history. The special election was considered one of the first tests for Donald Trump´s controversial presidency, with voters given a chance to put another
(Video) - The State Department has opened a formal inquiry into whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while she was the nation’s top diplomat, Fox News has learned. Despite being under investigation, Clinton and her staffers still have security clearances to access sensitive government information. The department’s investigation aims to determine whether Clinton and her closest aides violated government protocols by using her private server to receive, hold and transmit classified and top-secret government documents. The department declined to say when its inquiry began,
A city on Mars with a million inhabitants could be achievable within 50 years, the space entrepreneur Elon Musk has forecast, as he laid out plans to turn mankind into a multi-planetary species. The SpaceX founder warned that humans would need to venture away from Earth to avoid a ‘Doomsday event’ and our ‘eventual extinction.’ But he said that a huge Martian city could be established this century, which would not just be an outpost, but a fully functioning society with ‘iron foundries and pizza joints.’
Democrat Jon Ossoff conceded the Georgia special election runoff to Republican Karen Handel Tuesday night, even as he argued that "fight goes on" for Democrats even after their latest election defeat. "This small community in Georgia, which has become the epicenter of politics — sometimes to my chagrin — for months now, it´s had nothing to do with me, it never has," Ossoff told the crowd at his campaign´s Atlanta watch party, soon after news outlets declared Handel the winner of the pivotal special election. "It´s about you. It´s about an extraordinary community at an extraordinary moment in history." Democrats had
Ed Morrissey may be on vacation but he’s still keeping his ear to the door of American politics. He popped up on Twitter this morning, searching for his dictionary to look up the definition of “chutzpah.” The reason for his apparent confusion was a rather off-putting interview with Georgia-06 Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff conducted by NPR’s Rachel Martin. The subject of the massive, record-breaking amount of cash dumped into this race couldn’t be avoided, so Martin asked Ossoff to weigh in. He did so, but his take on the subject rang a bit hollow to say the least. (Emphasis added
As a resident of Hollywood, CA, I didn´t exactly see crying in the streets, but I did "feel their pain," as the saying goes. According to (where else?) Variety, the local entertainment industry went in big time in support of Jon Ossoff, the jejune sometime documentarian, in his quest to win the election in Georgia´s sixth congressional district. Rosie O’Donnell [ je suis shockay], Jane Fonda, Jessica Lange, Sean Daniel, Connie Britton, Sam Waterston and Kyra Sedgwick are among those who have donated to Democrat Jon Ossoff’s campaign, while others have been participating in phone banks to get out the vote and
Despite receiving an invitation to meet with President Trump, members of the Congressional Black Caucus have reportedly chosen to decline, per Politico. Both Trump and the Congressional Black Caucus met in March to discuss issues important to CBC members, yet many in the Caucus felt as if little to no progress has been made since that meeting three months ago and that any subsequent meeting would be merely lip service. One Democratic aide illustrated the thinking of some in the Congressional Black Caucus saying, “No one wants to be a co-star on the reality show.” Former “Apprentice” star Omarosa Manigault,
