Whether it is female Republican students at places like St. Olaf College and Cornell University being accosted, cursed at, threatened with physical violence and, in the latter case, actually assaulted; Cal State Fullerton Trump supporting students being assaulted by an instructor; a riot at Berkeley; or College Republicans being targeted by name as “fascists” and encouragements made to make their personal information public so that decent folks can “punch fascists”—bullying, intimidation, and threats of violence against conservative students have become staples of campus life. Comments:
Even in the highly publicized case of Charles Murray, nobody has been punished. And the author points out that professors were present during the event when students were preventing Murray from speaking and none of them said anything. That´s only one of many, many incidents all over the country.

I don´t even need to read the articles anymore. Until we elect prosecutors who´ll do their jobs in a color-blind manner, we´ll continue to see discrimination against non-Democrat and anarchist types.

Hopefully Jeff Sessions will rather quickly shove equal protection down to the street level mobs. Until then we are fighting a two-front war; one against communist types and one against authority figures from grade school teachers up to, but now not including, Attorney General.

The only way to stop this nonsense is by hitting them where it really hurts, in the pocketbook. If conservative parents and students take their money, grants, loans, etc. to more tolerant schools the message would be heard. Ask Mizzou which is dealing with a continuing drop in enrollment after the incidents with "professor" Click. She´s gone but the repercussions go on. Money talks.

There´s this, from the Federal Code: "If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person...in the free exercise of enjyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both." Jeff Sessions, do it. And the Department of Education could withhold funds from colleges that don´t protect conservative students and speakers, the way the government says they will withhold funds from sanctuary cities. There are remedies; we just need people with guts to do them.

Colleges are no longer safe places for our children to attend unless they are Socialists. Why should they pay $40.000 a year to be harassed and brainwashed into thinking the way the Socialists want them too. That´s not education. That´s what the Communists in Russia did. Is that what these colleges want? Are we still living in freedom in America?

Here´s the thing: Leftists portray themselves as automatically better and smarter than anyone who is not leftist, and that nothing they do is wrong. What insecure creep or bully can resist, especially ingnorant young people? They don´t even seem to have a defining philosophy - just push whatever agenda is opposite conservatism and gives them power and a self-righteous glow. Naturally, such a seductive mind-set will attract sociopaths who take it to the next level.

The worst part is how to you pry away the creeps and bullies from this attitude? Getting them to admit they could be wrong? Repent? It is to laugh (but not really).

It can be very hard for conservative staff in college. We aren´t faculty, so we have no tenure to protect us and we aren´t students who seemingly are forgiven any and all bad behavior. Ever since November, I have kept very, very quiet. My work colleague came in with a pussy hat and got admired. I know if I wore a MAGA hat I´d be in deep trouble.

Fortunately, I discovered logging and plumbing and small business and never looked back.

The leftist totalitarian students claim to be "unsafe" if they hear words that disagree with their leftist ideas. Not any HINT of any sort of threat other than intellectually disagreement.

At the same time, conservative students are ACTUALLY not safe because the totalitarians physically attack them.

As usual, the left projects what it IS ACTUALLY DOING as something that conservatives are doing, when it is entirely false.

Remove all taxpayer funding of colleges and universities. Any taxpayer support for education should go directly to students or to their parents, not to institutions. The government should do everything possible to privatize educational institutions and to foster competition in the area of intellectual freedom. When taxpayer money is involved, the exact opposite is what occurs, because leftwing politicians will always use taxpayer money to push the totalitarian socialist agenda.

For eight years, U.S. foreign assistance was tied to a leftist political agenda rather than American interests, and it’s now up to President Donald Trump to correct that, Sen. Mike Lee said Tuesday. Lee took particular aim at U.S. support during the Obama administration for the overseas work of nonprofits bankrolled by liberal billionaire George Soros. “Whatever one’s views about abortion, energy regulation, alternative family structures, they are neither core international priorities of the American people, nor essential to American national security. They are domestic political controversies, pet causes of a sort of privileged, globalist elite,” Lee said in the speech

Now that student mobs at universities around America (and elsewhere in the West) have silenced conservative speaker after conservative speaker, it has dawned on a small number of left-wing professors that the public is beginning to have contempt for the universities. As a result, a handful of academics at a handful of universities have signed statements in support of allowing “diverse” views to be heard at the university. These statements are worthless. While some of the professors who have signed these statements might sincerely believe that the university should honor the non-left value of free speech, one should keep in
