30 Countries Are Refusing To

Convicted Of Serious Crimes

Approximately 30 countries are refusing to accept the deportations of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the U.S., according to Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar. While these countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries, according to the Texan congressman. There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. is not enforcing it. “We’re not enforcing it, which is amazing. So now

Comments:
Talk about audacity. They sure don´t have any problem taking advantage of the freebies and pushing their undesirables into this country. All funds to each of these countries should be cut off until they take back their filthy criminals! We under no obligation to keep them. The link below (which says 23 countries) identifies them. The second link how much aid is given to every country. The numbers are astonishing! Why are we giving a dime to Iran and Cuba, just to name two??

Then they don´t need our foreign aid, favored nation trading status or any other goodies from us.
And even if they change their minds, I say cut the foreign aid anyway.

If no nation will take them, send them to the one territory not belonging to any nation -- locate a new global penal colony deep inland on Antarctica and parachute them in. Call it Oz Two.

In one sense it is hard to blame those nations for a bad attitude.

The USA has botched our own immigration laws and border enforcement. We can hardly expect much cooperation or respect from others.

OTOH those nations do have obligations. What are their treaty obligations? Those should be honored. And what of their own laws and/or Constitution?

But the problem will never be completely settled. There will always be some illegals in the USA and some will be convicted of serious crimes.

Perhaps an international penal colony should be created somewhere like the South Georgian Islands. Cooperating nations could park such convicts there until they die or their nation is willing to take them home.

A simple three-step solution:

1) Fully enforce the law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals. Cancel all current visas and expel all of said country´s citizens.

2) Rescind any and all foreign aid to any country that is not taking back its criminals.

3) Any non-immigrant, convicted of a felony (regardless of the severity), whose country will not take back its criminals who have completed their sentence, becomes immediately eligible for the death penalty, no appeals in this country, but allowed one attempt to gain re-entry to their country of citizenship.

This question ~ whether or not they accept back their own criminals ~ hits in three different places:

(1) Banning visas to people in countries with no governments
(2) Banning visas to people in countries who won´t accept back criminals
(3) Accepting people in those countries to enter under H1B (and other employment permit t ype visas)

One country gets 86% of ALL H1B visas.

It´s called INDIA.

They have a gub´mnt.
They refuse to accept back criminals.

WHAT>>>>> INDIA!!!!

Why that´s half the professional (but low paid) staff at Microsoft, Apple, Google, Face Book, and 30 other high tech firms in California ~

Donald had a three pronged promise. He was going to do something about stopping Moslem migrants until we can figure out how to vett them. He promised to send back illegal criminals. And, he promised to look into H1B misuse (although he was a bit cagey about what that last one meant).

Currently, in this one issue ~ shutting down the issuance of visas in non-countries ~ he´s actually working on all three campaign promises.

This guy is smart!

Republican congressional investigators expect a potential “smoking gun” establishing that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, will be produced to the House Intelligence Committee this week, a source told Fox News. Classified intelligence showing incidental collection of Trump team communications, purportedly seen by committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and described by him in vague terms at a bombshell Wednesday afternoon news conference, came from multiple sources, Capitol Hill sources told Fox News. The intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team that was known to Nunes, sources said, even before President

Trump presidential transition officials had their communications monitored and “unmasked” by the intelligence community, the chairman of the House intelligence committee said Wednesday, offering the first major piece of evidence of possible illegal activity by Obama officials against Donald Trump as president-elect. Rep. Devin Nunes, California Republican, said Mr. Trump’s own communications might have been monitored. All of the information appears to have been scooped up legally and incidentally, meaning the Trump officials weren’t the targets. They may have been gathered by foreign intelligence and then shared with the U.S. under existing agreements, one lawmaker said. But at some point
