WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — President Trump spent seven hours this weekend at Trump International Golf Club here, where a crisp breeze and cloudless skies beckoned golf lovers to the manicured 27-hole course.Did he play any golf?“Very little,” Mr. Trump told reporters traveling with him on Sunday on Air Force One back to Washington, recounting what he said had been a busy weekend of meetings to sell the health care bill and strategize about the nuclear threat from North Korea. The White House refused to provide any details.

I actually don´t care whether a President plays golf, runs, chops wood, reads, or watches tv in their free time. I care whether the president is doing his job. Trump seems to be working longer hours than most presidents. His Cabinet appointees seem to be very busy too. I don´t remember reading about who President Obama golfed with hardly any of the time. Also, the problem with President Obama was his general laziness (at least that is how he appeared to be) and also with specific instances when he golfed like when he decided to go golfing while the country was reeling from a beheading of an American journalist. It was unbecoming.

Interesting how so many anti/never Trump articles become "must reads". Especially from the New York Slimes the worst of the very Left Liberal biased media outlets.

It isn´t the Left´s business to know where he is. Keeping in mind the radical masses would do anything to take him out if they knew where he was.

They certainly didn´t care that Smidgen spent almost a year of his presidency (18 holes, plus travel, etc takes up the better part of a day) playing golf or the fact that he played a lot of that golf with a homosexual pedophile.

Not to mention that, if he did play golf, Trump also held meetings in the evenings afterward. Smidgen most likely went back to wherever he was staying and had a choom party.

It does not matter if Trump was golfing or not
As many people can attest, a lot of business can be handled on the golf course.

It is just like a power lunch that happens every day in Hollywood or on Wall St.

Ya know, if I were the President, a lot of things would happen WITHOUT the dang press being anywhere near...they obviously don´t like him and are out to get him, so put them in the basement and ignore them...those of us who voted for President Trump, know he is working to accomplish what we put him in office to do. The press is smarting about his (and now Tillerson’s) having cut back on his surveillance by them. No fodder for their criticism and gossip. Oh, me! What to do? Write speculative stuff, laced with innuendo like “shrouds time at his clubs in mystery”.

To make it worse, most agree with him. We don’t need fake media coverage of every breath he takes, every move he makes.

It appears to me the the drive-by´s seem to think that they are entitled to know and what Trump is doing every minute of the day. It´s gotten to the point that if he takes time to take a leak or a dump, the drive-by´s go berserk. "Oh my gosh! Where is he? No one´s seen or hear from he for the past 15 minutes!" President Trump should just ignore them and go on with the countries business. Which that so for, he´s been doing a great job.

House Republican leaders abruptly pulled a Republican rewrite of the nation’s health-care system from consideration on Friday, a dramatic acknowledgment that they are so far unable to repeal the Affordable Care Act. “We just pulled it,” President Trump told The Washington Post in a telephone interview. The decision came a day after President Trump delivered an ultimatum to lawmakers — and represented multiple failures for the new president and House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.). The decision means the Affordable Care Act remains in place, at least for now, and a major GOP campaign promise goes unfulfilled. It also casts

Broken promises are as old as politics itself, and there are many famous examples of them in modern history. President George H.W. Bush´s "read my lips, no new taxes" pledge comes immediately to mind, as does President Bill Clinton reneging on his middle-class tax cut, and President Barack Obama never closing Guantanamo Bay. But in each of those cases, those were promises that were made in a given campaign by a given politician. The promise of Obamacare repeal is much different.
