ABC News reporter Terry Moran told the Sunday panel this morning that President Donald Trump is a laughingstock in the capitals of Europe. Obama flooded the continent with millions of third world illiterate migrants but TRUMP is the laughingstock. These are the things that keep liberals up at night. (Photo) Breitbart.com reported: Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” while discussing President Donald Trump’s tweets accusing former President Obama’s administration of wiretapping Trump Tower prior to the election, ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Terry Moran said the White House was “a laughingstock in the capitals of Europe.’ Partial transcript as follows: MORAN:
The media clowns keep trying to drag Trump down to their level but Trump keeps showing us that they are clowns.
I think the capitals of Europe are trembling because Trump is completely unwilling to prop up their socialism any more. They are unraveling and Hillary was their chance to keep up the facade. Now they face Brexit and new imminent collapses of Greece and other countries. They are not going to be able to kick the can down the road any more.
My feeling for a while has been "here we go again". This time we may not be called to save the rest of Europe from the Germans, but to save the entirety of Europe from Germany´s insane decisions. While at the same time, we will be fighting the same enemy here at home. Who do we call when the shtuff hits the fan?? Perhaps Japan, but they´ve got lot on their plate at the moment. It´s getting real old, really, really, old. When all´s said and done, we get laughed at, mocked and shat on for being the "good guys" again, it never takes too long. What are we supposed to do? Leave Europe to the Barbarians? We know they won´t stop there. Putin - is he really a possible ally in all of this? The one thing we can be thankful for - even though he started all this crap - is that Obama is not President. Although he´s trying to be with his little "shadow government" game. Lord help us.
Let them laugh, they will until they see the seriousness of the situation. Then they´ll come begging for help. Then they´ll laugh at us again. Not much of a choice, eh?
I doubt that this is true. But I still remember massive members of the MSM laughing at Trump’s run for the Office he now holds. So I guess if it is true then we have more of the same and he will again laugh last.
Think about it. Every time one of these hypocrites say something about Trump, they are actually describing Obama. Obama was the laughing stock all over the world. Syria, Russia, and Iran all made fools of that bag of bones. Every Obama policy has been a total disaster. Why do you think he refuses to release his college grades. Without a script the man´s as dumb as a rock. Got it.
Laughing past the graveyard seems like an appropriate statement in this case. Are they laughing as their countries are being overrun by migrants or as the EU seems to be fractioning with other countries wanting a way out. We weep for you.
It´s true -- the White House is a laughingstock and general travesty over there. Their reaction reminds me of a line from Medieval Lit regarding an epic battle -- "A hundred thousand Frenchmen swooned." But I´m getting used to us being an outrage. Let them think what they want.
The animus of the Democrats, the MSM, and academia toward president Trump has gone from vicious to insane to just plain creepy. For example, Fox host Tucker Carlson faced off the other night against former Democrat congressional candidate, MSNBC personality, and impeachment advocate Krystal Ball (yes, that´s her real name) here. The woman´s high staccato recitation of Trump´s alleged crimes was extremely lucid, well rehearsed, and relentless. But pressed for proof of these offenses, any sort of proof – eyewitness testimony, recordings, transcripts, a copy of the actual Comey memo – she just flamed in indignation that Tucker wouldn´t just
ISLAMABAD – The America-loving Pakistani doctor who helped the CIA pinpoint Usama Bin Laden in advance of the raid that killed the world’s most wanted man could be on the cusp of freedom. Dr. Shakil Afridi, whose vaccination ruse helped the U.S. determine Bin Laden was holed up in an Abbottabad, Pakistan, compound before the May 2, 2011 raid by SEAL Team 6 members and CIA agents, has been imprisoned for nearly six years in the majority Muslim nation. But with Trump set to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on his current Middle East trip, new hope has arisen that
Anderson Cooper shocked his viewers after he told fellow commentator Jeffrey Lord that he´d ´defend Trump if he took a dump on his desk!´ The frustrated CNN host was discussing Trump´s recent ´nut job´ comments about his recently fired FBI director James Comey. ´You can´t defend what the president of the United States just said,´ Cooper told Lord during the live show on Friday. (Photo/Video) But when the conservative commentator tried to do just that, Cooper snapped: ´If (Trump) took a dump on his desk, you would defend it.´ Lord looked stunned before bursting out laughing at the extraordinary comment.
A measure to make former President Barack Obama’s birthday an honorary state holiday now heads to the governor’s desk after clearing the Illinois House unanimously Friday. The bill would make Aug. 4. Barack Obama Day in Illinois, but state government and businesses would remain open. “Mr. Obama served this country well, and I really believe personally, that we should give folks their flowers while they’re still alive,” bill sponsor state Rep. Marcus C. Evans Jr., D-Chicago, said on the House floor. “So honoring our president while he can experience it and feel it and and show the love, I think
Former GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush suggested Friday that his predictions on the campaign trail that President Trump would bring "chaos" to the White House had been validated. "When I ran for office, I said he is a chaos candidate and would be a chaos president," Bush said at the Skybridge Alternatives (SALT) hedge fund conference in Las Vegas, according to CNN. "Unfortunately, so far chaos organizes the presidency right now," he added. Bush, a former Florida governor, fought bitterly on the 2016 campaign trail with Trump, labeling the real estate mogul a "chaos candidate" and arguing he would make a
Defense Secretary James Mattis said Friday that President Donald Trump has accelerated the international campaign against the Islamic State by directing U.S.-led coalition forces to surround enemy fighters in their strongholds before advancing to attack them. "By taking the time to de-conflict, to surround, and then attack, we carry-out the annihilation campaign so we don´t simply transplant this problem from one location to another," Mattis said during a Pentagon briefing. Mattis said the tactical shift has severely undercut the ability of foreign fighters to escape and return home, noting that most ISIS fighters left in Iraq and Syria will die
In January of 2015 Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi began a journey of peace by asking the holiest and most influential Islamic Scholars in the Arab world to join him in stepping away from the noise of extremist voices and engaging in long-term introspective review of their Islamic faith. President al-Sisi called for a religious revolution to focus Islam toward a future of peace. The engaged Dar al-Iftaa scholarly audience erupted in applause. President al-Sisi stood up, resolute, spoke of large truths with bold leadership, and took great risk upon himself. After the speech a coalition of like-minded voices began to
As President Donald Trump prepares to take off on his first trip overseas as president, former President Obama’s officials are already setting the narrative of failure. “Trump is substantively unprepared for high-stakes, 9-day foreign trip, but isn’t bringing ANY actual NSC experts (SDs or Ds) on AF1 to brief,” Colin Kahl, former deputy assistant to President Obama, wrote on Twitter. “No way. Seriously?” Susan Rice, Obama’s former national security adviser, snarked back. But the White House suggests that this kind of chatter is idle speculation from uninformed former aides out of power. “There will be a lot of NSC staff
President Donald Trump has departed on a five-stop diplomacy tour through Europe and the Middle East that will cover 15,600 miles in the air over the course of nine days. The president, the first lady Melania Trump, Chief of staff Reince Priebus, Jared Kushner, and Trump´s eldest daughter, Ivanka, left the White House aboard Marine One just before 2pm Friday, EST. Fifteen minutes later, the group arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. The first couple stopped and waved as they boarded Air Force One. They are currently on a 12-hour flight to Saudi Arabia. The chaos-courting leader of the
Former Vice President Joe Biden said Hillary Clinton was “never a great candidate” — but that he was. “I never thought she was a great candidate. I thought I was a great candidate,” Biden said at the SALT hedge fund conference in Las Vegas on Thursday, CNN reported. Despite his blunt assessment of the former Democratic candidate, Biden said Clinton “would have been a really good president.” Asked if he will seek the presidency in 2020, when he would be almost 78 years old, Biden said: “Could I? Yes. Would I? Probably not.” He emphasized that his focus now is
While discussing the New York Times’ report that President Trump called FBI Director James Comey a “nutjob” and told Russian officials that firing Comey relieved “great pressure” on Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Situation Room,” CNN Political Director David Chalian argued the Trump White House does have a point about leaks, and that while “It’s not going to save them from their real legal and political troubles,” “there are people in this government who seem pretty committed to taking him down.” Chalian began by saying, “We saw that the White House tried to explain what he meant by pressure was that
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said Friday evening he wouldn´t be "surprised" if Robert Mueller, the special counsel appointed to oversee the federal Russia investigation, intervened to stop former FBI Director James Comey from publicly testifying on Capitol Hill. Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, made the remark on Twitter shortly after criticizing Comey´s decision to not testify before his own panel. Comey has agreed to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee, which is probing Russia´s election interference. (Tweet) The GOP chairman issued a statement earlier in the evening calling on Comey to consider his decision to not testify
Michael Schmidt, the New York Times “journalist” behind the alleged “Trump-Comey Memo”, told fake news anchor, Brian Williams, that he has NOT seen the memo Comey allegedly wrote. Schmidt stumbled over his words as he commented to Williams, “Someone that had seen [the memo] had recounted details to me.” You can watch a video of Schmidt below: (Video) GotNews reports: Schmidt has been called out for getting a story wildly wrong before thanks to his anonymous sources. Schmidt, citing his anonymous federal law enforcement sources, claimed that one of the San Bernardino terrorists had talked about jihad openly. She didn’t.
Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Thursday that Joe Lieberman would be a "good choice" for FBI director. The senator was asked about Lieberman by reporters upon walking out of a full-Senate meeting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who the Trump administration has said made the case that James Comey should be fired as FBI director. Comey was fired by Trump last week amid conflicting accounts about how the decision was reached. Lieberman, a former senator from Connecticut who was Al Gore´s running mate in 2000, is a top candidate for the position, Trump confirmed Thursday. Graham praised Lieberman as
Well that didn’t last long. Bob Beckel has been fired by Fox News just shortly after returning to air. Beckel, who played the part of the Washington Generals “token liberal” on The Five left the network in mid 2015, but recently came back just as his show moved to a coveted prime time slot at 9PM. Ratings for the new prime time line up have not been great since moving from the 5PM slot, as last week MSNBC enjoy According to Brian Steinberg, writing for Variety: “Bob Beckel was terminated today for making an insensitive remark to an African-American employee,”
WASHINGTON — President Trump told Russian officials in the Oval Office this month that firing the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, had relieved “great pressure” on him, according to a document summarizing the meeting. “I just fired the head of the F.B.I. He was crazy, a real nut job,” Mr. Trump said, according to the document, which was read to The New York Times by an American official. “I faced great pressure because of Russia. That’s taken off.” Mr. Trump added, “I’m not under investigation.” The conversation, during a May 10 meeting — the day after he fired Mr. Comey
The sudden death of Roger Ailes (R.I.P.) yesterday is a grim omen for the network he envisioned and built. In the wake of the recent upheavals at Fox News, the conservative cable television network’s ratings are experiencing a precipitous decline from cable news leadership for the first time in the history of the channel. As the rest of the mainstream media continue their efforts to undermine and “resist” the Trump Administration, this development bodes ill for the future -- not only of the unique kind of fair and balanced if right of center reporting pioneered by the Fox News Channel
Reporters are rounding up comments from Republicans to paint the grim picture that the party is slowly losing faith in President Donald Trump for alleged misdeeds in dealing with Russian officials and for interfering with an investigation into the matter run by former FBI Director James Comey, whom Trump fired. “Even before the latest report about President Trump exploded across Washington on Tuesday, congressional Republicans were troubled,” Real Clear Politics reported. “When the president abruptly fired FBI Director James Comey, the timing was ‘troubling,’ multiple Republican lawmakers agreed,” the report said. ‘So, too, was the president’s tweet threatening to reveal
Target has long been loved by people because it´s a fun place to shop. At least it used to be a fun place to shop. Customer satisfaction with the total shopping experience at Target has declined for a fourth consecutive period, according to a new survey of 2,500 people done by investment bank Cowen. Declines in customer satisfaction were seen across the board, led by drops in customer service, merchandise selection and product quality. Overall, Cowen says customer satisfaction at Target plunged 383 basis points to 66.7%. It appears unhappy Target shoppers could be taking their business elsewhere. On Wednesday,
Washington - Former Sen. Joe Lieberman is the leading contender to be named FBI director, a senior administration official and two other sources told CNN on Thursday. One of the sources said President Donald Trump found the Democrat-turned-independent "agreeable" after meeting with him. (Snip) Trump told television anchors at a lunch Thursday that he was close to making his decision. "I´m very close to choosing an FBI director," the President said, though he did not specify whether his choice was Lieberman. Lieberman emerging as the front-runner was first reported by Politico. The former Connecticut senator was Al Gore's
Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham on Thursday said it’s clear that after Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein briefed the Senate on the investigation into Russian involvement in the presidential election that it has become a criminal probe. “The shock to the body is that this is now a criminal investigation,” Graham (R-SC) told reporters moments after he exited the Senate chamber. He said now that it has become a criminal investigation instead of an counterintelligence probe Congress may be impeded in carrying out its own examinations. “You’ve got a special counsel who has prosecutorial powers now, and I think we in Congress
The latest round of White House staff shake-up stories has prompted a change in how President Trump´s team handles the media, shifting away from engaging in issue debates with reporters to a blunt yes-no approach. Insiders said it is driven by Trump who was angered by a New York Times story predicting a staff shake-up that included dumping spokesman Sean Spicer. It was headlined: Looking Like a Liar or a Fool: What It Means to Work for Trump. "F**k the New York Times," Trump said. "They´re not our friends. We´re never going to win them over," he added, according to a
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) told Fox News on Thursday that Congress should abandon their own investigations and go back to focusing on Hillary Clinton’s emails. Senator Graham also said he has reason to believe that there are emails between Clinton campaign officials, democratic operatives to the Department of Justice regarding the Clinton email investigation. (Snip) I have reason to believe that there are emails between Clinton campaign officials, democratic operatives to the Department of Justice regarding the Clinton email investigation that happened on Obama’s watch. I have reason to believe those emails exist. I’m on the Judiciary Committee. And I think
Disgraced ex-congressman and serial sexter Anthony Weiner sobbed Friday morning as he admitted to exchanging X-rated messages with a 15-year-old girl. “I have a sickness but I do not have an excuse,” Weiner told Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska. Weiner, 52, said he hit “rock bottom” last fall before entering into outpatient therapy for sex addiction. Weiner pleaded guilty to a single count of transferring obscene material to a minor as part of a plea agreement with the US Attorney’s Office in Manhattan. He must register as a sex offender. He also agreed to forfeit his iPhone as part of
