The Left´s Once Mighty Echo
Chamber Is Losing Power

American Thinker, by David Prentice

The left and its echo chamber are convinced they are taking out Trump. It´s their "narrative" and they actually believe their own PR. They don’t see how they have driven themselves over the edge of reason and can no longer convince others. The only people they have convinced are themselves -- of their own righteousness. And they actually believe they have succeeded. Again. This echo chamber once held great power. They used to be able to form "narratives," ( activist storylines to decide and interpret news), persuade the powerful, and terrorize the right. They could make most Republicans quake just

The left is most dangerous in their current mode.Trump is holding on against the never ending spew of hate headed his way.We have a very ruffled society right now and it´s going to get worse with Obama/Soros´s shadow government.

President Trump yesterday was like a "yuge" orange housecat who had cornered himself a media mouse. After batting it around for a bit he tossed it high in the air and bit its head off on the way down. They don´t know what hit them and likely never will.

Truth has a way of slapping you in the face especially if you are dumb enough to believe your own lies. I can´t remember in my lifetime a President telling the media in a very calm but determined manner and to their faces that they are dishonest. It was a beautiful thing to behold. It was not an angry rant either. He was funny and warm, sort of like a concerned parent when they are trying to teach their child the error of his ways. The media, of course, had the expected meltdown and they will be in sanctimonious whine mode all weekend. I kept thinking of Andrew Breitbart. Can you imagine his reaction. Just warms the heart, doesn´t it?

Serious news item about how Trump "touts false information about the election". If you go through it patiently it turns our he claimed to have earned 306 Electoral votes (which he did) but two electors defected and the actual number cast was 304! Really?? If that is all you have to say, Trump is treating you far better than you deserve.

Trump has dared to pull back the curtain from behind which the awesomely fear-inducing voice has been booming and finally revealed that the Wizard of Oz was really just an Oompa Loompa with a voice (and news) synthesizer. Not so scary anymore. Should be lesson for all the RINO scarecrows, tin men, and cowardly lions to remember.

Great article, but I would like to add one more thing to it - the left is destroying itself with its criminal and hysterical behavior. Moderate democrats are disgusted with the riots, the arson, the beatings and the destruction. Just as they were with Illary´s lies and cheating. More and more of them will make a right turn in the next couple of years.

I admit there were moments I loved... laughed out loud, cringed, and clapped! All the emotions of Trump. He is unique in that he does misspeak, but its usually about something that doesnt really matter except to the "ever looking for mistakes" media.

This whole Russia focus is to try to prove to anybody that "See! They had talks.. the campaign talked to Russians!! Russia tried to interfere in our election by posted emails from Podesta" oh wait... can´t remind people of that, now can we? I sure wish Trump would have made that point clearer... sometimes his mind goes faster than the mouth can finish it.

The media still cant accept that the people didnt want Hillary. And Trump was our choice. And the reason he is not polished in front of the public doesn´t matter. We want him to do what he said he would do. And take no prisoners in the media.

And he is. Trump - 1 Media -0

Trump was enjoying himself hugely/bigly/big-league yesterday. He is not a politician in any conventional sense, but he calls it as he sees it.

All the deferential Washington elites of both parties knew the media game of Democrat=Good, Republicans=Bad. They like being invited to each other´s cocktail parties. Well, The Donald has upended the table with all the food and drinks on it. Get used to it, kids!

The Trump voter is still engaged. Not only are they engaged, they are doubly thrilled that he isn’t backing down to these people. They aren’t so much seeing the bumps in the road or the obstacles the left is throwing out, they are just seeing an administration that is fighting for them, and it energizes their own determination to fight, too. Because the Trump administration is serious about its promises, it is earning the loyalty of those who have supported them. This is a movement of principle, and the principles stood for are being followed, they are being implemented.

This paragraph is so true! More please!

The left has been trounced with a victory and their propaganda machine needs a lesson in ´losership´. Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions need to find the ´gators in the swamp and take them out.

My only regret is that Trump is confirming he pays attention to their rubbish.

Still, he´s holding all the cards. Running a news operation is a very expensive endeavor. The reporters care about their jobs first, ratings second and the truth is somewhere far down the line. By refusing to observe the media pecking order he´s driving them bonkers and costing them money.

I am sure that red alerts were sent out all over the world to "watch us take down Trump" and he destroyed both Clinton and Obama in one day.

Narratives, is the word we need to stop using or assisting the Echo chamber folks.

I hope people like Hannity, Rush, and all the rest of the talk shows, including every GOP politician STOPS using this term to assist the Democrats and their Echo chamber.

Trump, in particular, can simply state, "you say narrative, it´s your STORY, simple as that nothing more".

Narrative makes it sound important, and democrats try to imply they know more, and are better educated, thus, "listen to us" is their mantra.

President Trump will have to root out "out-of-control leftists embedded deep in the heart of our intelligence agencies, and bureaucracies" relentlessly. The CIA, NSA, FBI, DoS, DoJ, are replete with anti-American moles. But our President has half of the people on his side. Yesterday I found out one can still contribute directly to the Trump-Pence campaign website. I cannot wait for Saturday´s rally in Florida.

Another point, at the fabulous press conference our President started listing all the bad things he inherited from Barack Hussein Obanana. This will put our Cultural Marxist compatriots in the defensive. Obama bad will work because he really is not popular, just that Americans do not want to say they dislike a half-black. Focusing on Obama himself will help defuse the deep state shadow government of the far left.

In this excellent article, Mr. David Prentice is astute in observing that: “This is a movement of principle, and the principles stood for are being followed, they are being implemented.”

It is a continuing stalwart movement, indeed, of President Trump and of all of his enthusiastic supporters - and the Left will be left behind, tumbling together, howling, growling, and clawing at their own.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) told White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney on Thursday that he won’t be voting for the president’s budget plan because of the cuts it makes to foreign aid for U.S. allies like Jordan that could jeopardize the war on terror. “For eight years, President Obama presented a budget, which was a proposal, and got zero votes in the United States Senate or the United States House. It’s fair to say we’re going to continue that trend,” Graham said, laughing. “You might get one, but it won’t be mine, and let me tell you why.” First, Graham

Guilt by association. That’s what Andrea Mitchell believes. Despite the fact that Donald Trump is on another continent, the Andrea Mitchell Reports anchor thinks that the assault against a journalist by a Montana congressional candidate is an “extension” of the President. Talking about Greg Gianforte’s attack on Guardian reporter Ben Jacobs, the MSNBC host connected, “There is so much hostility, frankly, to the press, a lot of it generated by the Donald Trump rallies.” Mitchell declared, “And a lot of my colleagues faced the blowback from that. So, this is kind of an extension of that.” MSNBC has pretty much

On Thursday, House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) questioned President Donald Trump’s failure to visit countries in alphabetical order. Asked at a press conference to comment on Trump’s trip abroad, Pelosi expressed concern that Trump didn’t start with Canada (with the letter “C”) like previous presidents: “I thought it was unusual for the President of the United States to go to Saudi Arabia first. Saudi Arabia?” Pelosi said. “It wasn’t even alphabetical. I mean, Saudi Arabia.” “Now, notice the previous five presidents….four of them went to Canada first. And, one of them went to Mexico; George W. Bush went

Republican Greg Gianforte won Thursday’s special election for the U.S. House in Montana, defeating Democratic challenger Rob Quist despite being charged with misdemeanor assault the day before. Gianforte will now take over former Navy SEAL Ryan Zinke’s House seat. Zinke vacated the seat when he accepted the post of Secretary of the Interior in President Donald Trump’s Cabinet. The election results — with Gianforte winning over 50% of the vote and leading by a seven-point margin — were a major blow to Democrats’ anti-Trump efforts, and to the media’s expectations, after Gianforte had allegedly “body-slammed” a reporter before his final

THE BIG IDEA: Greg Gianforte admitted to attacking a reporter and apologized during his victory speech last night, as he kept Montana’s sole House seat in Republican hands. Now he and his party’s leaders are trying to move on. On the eve of the special election, the wealthy technology entrepreneur flipped out when the Guardian’s Ben Jacobs asked him about the CBO’s score of the health care bill. He now faces misdemeanor assault charges for reportedly throwing Jacobs to the ground and breaking his glasses. “I made a mistake,” the congressman-elect said at his party in Bozeman. “Not in our minds!” yelled

It is the final day of Donald and Melania Trump´s first official tour as President and First Lady, and it looks like 47-year-old Melania is eager to go out with a sartorial bang. Former President Barack Obama struggled over his failure to stop the brutal war in Syria as president, telling an audience that at least he tried. “As president I didn’t always have the tools I wanted to affect those changes, but at least we tried,” he said, referring to the conflict in Syria. Obama made his remarks during a panel conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin, admitting that the two leaders were unsuccessful in stopping the conflict, “despite our best efforts.” He assured the audience that the atrocities in Syria “have haunted me since we first started seeing the

Home Depot co-founder Ken Langone used a recent television appearance to accuse those on food stamps of using them to buy drugs. “Hell, people use food stamps to buy marijuana — that’s illegal — or cocaine, or whatever the hell else people use to get high,” he said. “How do we make sure that we don’t take a system that is well-intentioned that becomes badly abused?” His comments came during an interview with Fox News´ “Your World with Neil Cavuto,” where he discussed the Trump administrations $4.1 trillion dollar budget, which includes a proposal to cut Medicaid by $800 billion over the
