The Real Reason Cory Booker
Testified Against Jeff Sessions

Fox Business, by Brittany De Lea

In an unprecedented move, Senator Cory Booker, a Democrat from New Jersey, testified against fellow sitting senator, Alabama Republican Jeff Sessions, during his cabinet confirmation hearing at the Capitol on Wednesday. "If one is to be attorney general, they must be willing to continue the hallowed tradition in our country of fighting for justice for all, for equal justice for civil rights," Booker said. He went on to say Sessions has demonstrated "hostility" towards those values. This article states the obvious. Booker fancies himself as the next Obama. Good luck with that. No one in the eyes of the Democrats will ever compare to their messiah Obama. I could only tolerate a few minutes of his grandstanding before I turned it off. The shameless, disgraceful behavior of the Democrats is never ending. It is way beyond irritating and tiresome.

His own political aspirations. Grandstanding. Obama wannabe.

Booker has faced criticism on the left. Salon called him an avatar of the wealthy elite, a camera hog, and a political cipher.[114]

There is no member of the CBC that has any credibility. They are racists who push for special treatment of those who look like themselves. Notice also, those Blacks testifying against Sessions today were all politicians -- not one of them knew him and worked with him outside congress. At the same time, those testifying for Sessions were those who had worked with him over the years and saw him day to day. Now, who do I put credence in, a racist politician or and everyday citizen. That is no contest for me.

The judgment of the Ninth Circuit upholding the temporary restraining order (TRO) against President Donald Trump’s recent executive order restricting travel from seven terror-prone countries would have allowed one of the 9/11 hijackers to sue the government to come to, or stay in, the United States. Under the court’s novel theory of legal standing, “injuries” to public universities that result from foreign students and teachers not being able to enter the country give the states standing to sue. Moreover, the court held that foreigners with visas have due process rights under the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, even though the precedent
