WOW! TRUMP DESTROYS CNN HACK AT PRESSER! THIS WAS WILD! Trump attacked CNN and BuzzFeed for pushing a #FakeNews story on Russian “golden showers.” The CNN reporter Jim Acosta in the front row DEMANDED that Trump take his question and started shouting at the President elect. And the reporter then started SCREAMING at Donald Trump!! (Could you imagine a liberal reporter doing this to Obama?) Trump refused to take his question and then called CNN “FAKE NEWS!” WOW! Your organization is terrible… No… I’m not going to give you a question. You are FAKE NEWS!“
Comments: This was one of the most delightful pressers I have ever seen. It is so satisfying to see a Republican push back HARD against the lying jackals in the media. It is a beautiful thing! This is the entire article with video.
The best way to shut CNN down is stop all the airports from carrying them. THAT is 90% of their audience. CNN is forced on everybody at the airports. Take that away and ... watch these libturds wither on the vine.
CNN is always on at the PX on military posts. Always. The PX barbershop I go to has two screens that always had CNN and they couldn´t change the channel. They finally just turned them off because so many guys complained.
The most satisfying few minutes of television viewing I have had the pleasure to watch in a very very long time. The CNN guy was rude. Who talks to a President Elect like this? The left is totally unhinged and they can´t hide it. It is on full display for everyone to see. I am so thankful that PEOTUS stood his ground and showed these dunderheads that he will not be bullied. I can´t stop smiling.
CNN should always be represented in the room. They should just never be called on. Don´t make the same mistake Obama made when he tried to deny Fox press credentials. Let them in. They can take notes while other, more responsible outlets ask questions.
#15, if CNN is on in a waiting room, I inquire if I can change the channel, or do so myself if I see the controller. This scum, Jim Acosta, shouting at our President Elect, should never be permitted into any future White House briefing.
Senator Chuck Schumer warned Donald Trump a week ago that the intelligence community could retaliate against him for rejecting their assessment that Russia engineered election hacks on Democrats. The top Senate Democrat said Trump was ´dumb´ to take on spy agencies that have the ability to access and leak damaging personal information. ´Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you,´ he told MSNBC´s Rachel Maddow. ´So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he is being really dumb to do this.´ Schumer said he didn´t know what
The Obama administration on Wednesday declined to comment on whether U.S. intelligence officials briefed President Obama and President-elect Trump last week on allegations that Russia has collected potentially damaging information about the incoming commander in chief. (Snip) "There´s a discussion of this fake news phenomenon in the report as well," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said of the report produced by the intelligence community. "It´s important to understand that the report that was compiled...goes beyond just the malicious cyberactivity that Russia engaged in." Trump and incoming White House chief of staff Reince Priebus, who was also present for last week´s
While we learned earlier that John McCain was responsible for handing over the 35-page "dossier" of compromising, if arguably fake, revelations about Trump´s connections to Russia over to the FBI, the identity of the actual creator, who was said to be an ex-British intelligence service, remained a mystery. No longer. Courtesy of the WSJ, we now know his name: the former MI-6 officer, now working for a private security-and-investigations firm "who produced the dossier of unverified allegations about President-elect Donald Trump’s activities and connections in Russia" is Christopher Steele, a director of London-based Orbis Business Intelligence.... and before readers google
During the confirmation hearings for Attorney General nominee Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Congressional Black Caucus Chair Representative Cedric Richmond (D-LA) argued that putting Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Representative John Lewis (D-GA) at the end of the witness panels for Sessions’ hearing is “the equivalent of being made to go to the back of the bus.” Richmond said, “First, I want to express my concerns about being made to testify at the very end of the witness panels. To have a senator, a House member, and a living Civil Rights legend testify at the end of all of this, is
ABC’s World News Tonight closed out the show Monday evening with a spotlight on President Barack Obama snorkeling off the coast of Hawaii for the National Geographic Channel. Anchor David Muir could barely contain his joy as he led into his report. “Finally tonight here, President Obama taking a dive in a place he helped protect,” he stated, while sounding elated. “They’re images unlike anything we have seen before,” hyped Muir, “A sitting president snorkeling in open waters.” The location the president was swimming in was Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument. The president expanded the size of the protected monument area through
In an unprecedented move, Senator Cory Booker, a Democrat from New Jersey, testified against fellow sitting senator, Alabama Republican Jeff Sessions, during his cabinet confirmation hearing at the Capitol on Wednesday. "If one is to be attorney general, they must be willing to continue the hallowed tradition in our country of fighting for justice for all, for equal justice for civil rights," Booker said. He went on to say Sessions has demonstrated "hostility" towards those values. (Snip) Booker may seek to divide Republicans by pointing out fundamental ideological differences that Sessions could bring into the next administration. “Democrats will drive a wedge
CNN’s Jake Tapper confirmed today that the Michael Cohen named in the recently released and unverifiable BuzzFeed documents did not visit Russia as the documents claimed. Tapper confirmed on CNN news this morning that the man identified as Cohen in the unverified documents is not the same Michael Cohen who is President-elect Donald Trump’s special counsel. Trump’s Cohen has already denied the claim he visited Russia. (Snip) Tapper also said CNN had earlier declined to report on the allegations because they could not confirm the claims.
Barbra Streisand is standing with Meryl Streep, who used her acceptance speech at Sunday´s Golden Globe Awards to criticize Donald Trump for lacking empathy and infamously mocking a disabled reporter in 2015. A day after Streep delivered her blistering rebuke of the president-elect, Streisand called in to Hardball With Chris Matthews and expressed her solidarity. I thought that [Streep] said what she said beautifully, Streisand remarked. Regarding Trump´s ridiculing of journalist Serge F. Kovaleski 14 months ago, Streisand added, I completely agree with Meryl. It was a heartbreaking moment and so beneath the dignity of the presidency, let alone any respectful person. What we need more in this world
Senator John McCain passed documents to the FBI director, James Comey, last month alleging secret contacts between the Trump campaign and Moscow and that Russian intelligence had personally compromising material on the president-elect himself. The material, which has been seen by the Guardian, is a series of reports on Trump’s relationship with Moscow. They were drawn up by a former western counter-intelligence official, now working as a private consultant. BuzzFeed on Tuesday published the documents, which it said were “unverified and potentially unverifiable”.
President Obama, as he concluded his farewell address in Chicago on Tuesday, called the U.S. Constitution “just a piece of parchment." “Our Constitution is a remarkable, beautiful gift,” said Obama. “But it’s really just a piece of parchment.” “It has no power on its own,” he went on. “We the people give it power. We the people give it meaning with our participation and with the choices that we make and the alliances that we forge…” He later said that as he steps down from the presidency, he plans to play an active role in "the most important office in a democracy: citizen."
Hillary Clinton’s political career is probably over, but just because she lost the presidential election to Donald Trump doesn’t mean she wasn’t prepared to win. Axios reporter Mike Allen has revealed Hillary’s list of prospective nominees for important cabinet posts in her administration, and it includes a number of interesting choices. John Podesta, her campaign chairman who accidentally exposed his entire email account to Russian hackers, was listed as the frontrunner to be Hillary Clinton’s secretary of state. Vice President Joe Biden was reportedly also being considered for the position. Facebook executive and Lean In author Sheryl Sandberg was in
Sworn Donald Trump enemy John McCain admitted Wednesday that he passed the dossier of claims of a Russian blackmail plot against the president-elect. The Arizona senator issued a public statement amid mounting questions of his exact role in the affair - and how a document riddled with errors and unverifiable claims came to be published. ´Late last year, I received sensitive information that has since been made public,´ he said. ´Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I delivered the information to the Director of the FBI. ´That has been the extent of
The saga over alleged Russian interference in the U.S. elections took another sinister turn Tuesday, as it was revealed that U.S. intelligence officials provided President-elect Donald Trump with a charge that the Russians had obtained dirt on him. U.S. officials included a two-page synopsis of ´kompromat´ – Russian for compromising material – as part of their security briefing of Trump on Friday. The material was based on memos compiled by a British intelligence operative who was considered ´credible´ by the U.S. intelligence community, CNN reported. What is believed to be the document itself was published by Buzzfeed, which pointed out
So the website BuzzFeed decided to publish a series of memos that have been floating around for months alleging all kinds of terrible things about Donald Trump. Some of those terrible allegations have to do with efforts to influence the American elections and Trump. Some of them have to do with Trump’s personal sexual conduct. Readers of this newspaper know well not to include me among Trump’s supporters. But the scurrilousness of what BuzzFeed has done here is so beyond the bounds of what is even remotely acceptable it should compel even those most outraged by Trump’s political excesses to come to
