The saga over alleged Russian interference in the U.S. elections took another sinister turn Tuesday, as it was revealed that U.S. intelligence officials provided President-elect Donald Trump with a charge that the Russians had obtained dirt on him. U.S. officials included a two-page synopsis of ´kompromat´ – Russian for compromising material – as part of their security briefing of Trump on Friday. The material was based on memos compiled by a British intelligence operative who was considered ´credible´ by the U.S. intelligence community, CNN reported. This is just truly stunning. Who was the filthy political hack who leaked this? Why hasn´t there been the same deep diving investigations into Barack Hussein Obama? This one has shocked me. The Democrats and some Republicans must be giddy.

From what I´m seeing, it´s not really anything I care about as long as there´s consent. I really don´t want to know about it, but I don´t care what goes on between consenting adults.

And it´s a very rickety story anyway.

However, I am very, very, very concerned about the RFK Jr. appointment. No. Just, no.

But then, I seem to remember Trump being an anti-vaxxer and that got pushed off to the side. *sigh*

Nobody cares about that stuff anymore. Not since Billy Jeff used his cigar and stained the blue dress. Not since led Zeppelin and the fish. Not since, well, rap music. Not since Neve Campbell, Matt Dillon, and Denise Richards made Wild Things. The culture now celebrates freaky, and this nonsense has nothing to do with MAGA.
Onward!!

No one cares about an unsubstantiated claim, it´s hearsay at best-- at worst the Reps can talk about JFK, Clinton sexually abusing interns, etc. Far worse -- Soros prolly paid some hack to file this.

Fake news, but must have gotten it confused with Bill Clinton. If anyone knows about degrading sex acts in sleezy hotels it would be Billy Jefferson Clinton.

Years ago, I wanted to visit Russia. The US Government told me I should not, since they pulled all kind of dirty tricks on people. As far as I am concerned, it is trash talk. Trump has been a Patriot and an American Hero in his determination, effort and expense to fight the Demoniacs to regain our country.

I’m old enough to remember the Limbo. Early 60’s, I think, between High School and college. “How low can you go?” But girls certainly looked hot doing it, in a distant memory.

I trust in God. After that, I say, even Ronald Reagan did not have it quite right: It´s not trust, but verify.

It´s verify, then trust.

No verification, no evidence. If ya got it, I´ll listen. At this point, there´s nuthin.

This is an attempted coup right before our eyes, before even an inauguration. The claims in this are just bizarre and ridiculous--that Trump arranged for p rostitutes to urinate on a hotel bed that the Obamas slept in!??! And by the way, one of the claims--that Trump´s lawyer met with somebody in Prague--has already been easily refuted with the p ublication t onight of his passport. Anyway, this is all just unbelievable.

Thanks to Bill Clinton and the cigar, everything is mainstream. Heck, in San Fran this sort of behavior would be considered quaint...sorta 1980´s kink. Assuming any of this is remotely true, so what. Trump was never my candidate until after the primary. I always thought he was a shill for Hillary. This article foreshadows what´s to come as long as he´s in office. I don´t like his temperment and indiscipline, but I like his leadership and the team he´s creating. Whatever happens, WE won and Hillary lost. Nothing can diminish that.

#25, if you go back and read the posts on this thread, you will see that nobody said they think Trump is pure. In fact, many said the opposite. They all care very much; they just have different priorities than you do. They´ve also learned to ignore a demonstrably, purposefully dishonest media, not because they refuse to believe anything bad about Trump, but because the media have proven themselves to be intentional, repeated liars.

President Obama will tell Americans Tuesday night in his farewell address that actively engaged citizens are the key to creating a more perfect union. “This is the great gift our Founders gave us,” Mr. Obama will say, according to excerpts of his speech released by the White House. “The freedom to chase our individual dreams through our sweat, toil, and imagination – and the imperative to strive together as well, to achieve a greater good.” He’ll speak to nearly 20,000 supporters in Chicago, where, he has said, “it all began.” Among the warmup entertainment are singer Eddie Vedder and a 24-member children’s

Sharpton’s “We Shall Not Be Moved” march has piqued the interest of fewer than 1,000 people on Facebook, as of publication. Two key organizers of the Women’s March are former executive directors of National Action Network, the civil-rights nonprofit Sharpton founded in 1991. Thousands of President Obama appointees and hundreds of Hillary Clinton campaign staffers are struggling to look for employment after Democrats lost the White House in November. Since Donald Trump won the presidential election, there have been far fewer employment opportunities for Democrats in the Washington, D.C. area, Politico reported over the weekend. There is less demand for Democratic services now that 4,000 White House administration jobs are no longer available for the staff of 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Staffing opportunities on Capitol Hill have also dwindled after Democratic Senate candidates like Russ Feingold and Katie McGinty lost in 2016. “It feels

Barbra Streisand is standing with Meryl Streep, who used her acceptance speech at Sunday´s Golden Globe Awards to criticize Donald Trump for lacking empathy and infamously mocking a disabled reporter in 2015. A day after Streep delivered her blistering rebuke of the president-elect, Streisand called in to Hardball With Chris Matthews and expressed her solidarity. I thought that [Streep] said what she said beautifully, Streisand remarked. Regarding Trump´s ridiculing of journalist Serge F. Turning attention away from her and toward Donald J. Trump, Meryl Streep used her acceptance speech for the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes to call out the president-elect for appearing to mock a disabled New York Times reporter in 2015, and warned that a free press would need to be defended. Ms. Streep campaigned for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. Some conservative commentators immediately criticized her decision to bring politics so vividly into the show. But the room roundly applauded her remarks, which included a plea to support the Committee to Protect Journalists.
