A Texas judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed last year by the father of “Clock Boy” Ahmed Mohamed against several conservatives. Dallas County district court judge Maricela Moore dismissed the suit on Monday, announced the Center for Security Policy (CSP), one of the defendants in the case. Mohamed Mohamed, “Clock Boy’s” father, filed a suit against CSP, its executive vice president, The Blaze, Inc., its founder Glenn Beck, Fox News, and several conservative pundits, including Ben Ferguson and Ben Shapiro, all of whom criticized his son. (Snip) According to CSP, Judge Moore, a Democrat, asked Mohamed’s lawyer, an attorney
Comments: Sweet! It is amazing that the Judge is a Democrat. You know how that can go. The link below gives further information. Did CAIR pay their attorneys´ fees? That had to give them heartburn because the suit was dismissed with prejudice, meaning that is the final judgment and they are barred from bringing an action on the same claim. I always got ´with prejudice´ and ´without prejudice´mixed up.
I agree with #3 that Ahmed Mohamed´s fantasies evince enough advance warning that he should be monitored as long as he lives in the USA. We´ve had quite enough of this legal harassment from CAIR, radical Islam´s beachhead on the mainland, engaging in “yet another example of Islamist lawfare.”
As Kim Jong-il said in Team America World Police, "A ticking crock!" (except for the ticking). Maybe the first grant from the nascent Obama Foundation will be to Ahmed, who is said to be working on a prayer rug that magically rises one hundred fifty feet in the air. And colonics. Irrigants, mainly.
RUSH: Cleveland, Ohio. Lisa, it’s great to have you. How are you doing? (Snip) Others are claiming that he was murdered because he was the leak from the DNC to WikiLeaks. And this story is now starting to get legs, that Seth Rich was murdered, it was a contract hire killing because he was leaking to WikiLeaks, he was the one. May have been a Bernie supporter. The only colluding and rigging here, folks, is the Democrat primary election. The DNC rigged it against — do you know that there’s a class-action lawsuit against the DNC over this now? There
A marina blue 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe bought by a Vietnam War hero and maintained by his son sold for $675,000 at an Indianapolis auction Saturday. The unrestored sports car, with 8,553 miles on it, was bought by Carmel resident Gary Runyon at Dana Mecum’s 30th Spring Classic at the State Fairgrounds. "It was very exciting but also very, very difficult," to part with the car, said its owner, Matt Litavsky. "It was all kind of a haze." Litavsky´s father, Keith Richard Litavsky, bought the car after returning from the Vietnam War with two Purple Hearts in the 1960s. He cared for
Fox News dolt, Juan Williams praised the people in government who are leaking to the media in order to damage the Trump administration. He also told the leakers to call him because leakers are ‘good for democracy’. (Snip) Juan Williams: “Just give me a moment here to say if you have a leak please call me at FOX News. I’m all for leakers. I think leakers are good to contribute to democracy. I don’t think trying to undermine government but I don’t think we condemned Obama for going harshly against people who were disclosing information acting as if they were
Although many on the left have expressed their approval of Robert Mueller being appointed as special counsel to investigate possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, Alan Dershowitz thinks Mueller could actually vindicate President Donald Trump, rather than bring about his downfall. On "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Dershowitz, a legal scholar and Harvard University Law School professor, said he doesn´t see a crime that necessitated the appointment of a special counsel. He explained that it would not be criminal, even if it happened, for the Trump campaign to have collaborated with the Russians in an effort to get their candidate
Kim Dotcom, a famous internet entrepreneur, recently tweeted out further information on Seth Rich, the DNC staffer who was murdered in July of 2016 in Washington, D.C. Kim Dotcom now says he has evidence Seth Rich, the murdered DNC operative, is the Wikileaks source. He’s ready to release the evidence! The tweet reads: “If Congress includes #SethRich case into their Russia probe I’ll give written testimony with evidence that Seth Rich was @Wikileaks source.” The Gateway Pundit has reported numerous times on the Seth Rich story that you can read here, we have also reported on Kim Dotcom’s affiliation with
A new document, titled “Democracy Matters: Strategic Plan for Action”, was discovered recently that reveals a liberal coalition of business entities and groups and their plans to influence the media and the general public for the 2017-2020 period featuring everything from Russian-conspiracy jargon to anti-Trump dictums. The four entities are as follows: Media Matters for America, American Bridge, CREW, and Shareblue. Each has their own strategic plan. The far left groups plan on This is the first of three articles that will be outlining the planned media assault that is currently underway. We are calling this initiative to spread their
On Friday, Fox News announced the termination of Bob Beckel, one of the hosts of the network’s show, “The Five.” A statement from the network reported by Variety, said, “Bob Beckel was terminated today for making an insensitive remark to an African-American employee.” Now, the law firm representing that employee—as well as more than a dozen other current and former employees in discrimination lawsuits against Fox News and parent company 21st Century Fox—is bashing the network for not giving the whole story. Attorneys Douglas H. Wigdor and Jeanne Christensen, who represent the employee who Beckel reportedly insulted, gave a little more
Former Vice President Joe Biden took a swipe at Hillary Clinton on Thursday, saying upon further reflection she wasn’t a “great candidate” for president. The former VP, who continued to leave the door open just a crack to a possible 2020 run, spoke at a hedge-fund manager conference in Las Vegas. According to Fox Business Network, Biden addressed the Democratic presidential nominee’s surprise November defeat to President Trump in blunt terms. "I never thought she was a great candidate. I thought I was a great candidate," he said, adding: "No man or woman should announce for the presidency unless they
WASHINGTON -- Former FBI Director James Comey has agreed to testify in open session at the Senate Intel Committee Sen. Richard Burr, R-NC, the chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Sen. Mark Warner, D-VA, Vice Chairman of the Committee announced Friday that Comey, the embattled former Federal Bureau of Investigation director, has committed to testify in open session before the Committee. The Committee will schedule the open hearing after Memorial Day. "The Committee looks forward to receiving testimony from the former Director on his role in the development of the Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian interference in the 2016 US
Robert Mueller has a serious conflict of interest that should disqualify him from serving as special counsel. He has had a long and close relationship with someone who will surely become a pivotal witness –James Comey. No one doubts Mueller’s sterling credentials. That is not the issue. He is imminently qualified. The problem arises in his duty to fairly and objectively evaluate the evidence he gathers. How can Americans have confidence in the results if they know the special counsel may harbor a conspicuous bias? They cannot. The conflict inevitably discredits whatever conclusion is reached. It renders the entire investigatory
When Keith Richard Litavsky returned home from fighting on the front line in the Vietnam War, he did so with two Purple Hearts and one more mission to accomplish. That mission took him to an Illinois car dealership where he purchased the car he had been dreaming about while serving overseas: a marina blue 1967 Chevrolet Corvette. Paid for with money he´d sent home from the war for that very purpose, Litavsky took meticulous care of the car. He kept diaries of its use where he logged each time he started it and the RPMs he hit. He never drove it in
The law enforcement investigation into possible coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign has identified a current White House official as a significant person of interest, showing that the probe is reaching into the highest levels of government, according to people familiar with the matter. The senior White House adviser under scrutiny by investigators is someone close to the president, according to these people, who would not further identify the official. The revelation comes as the investigation also appears to be entering a more overtly active phase, with investigators shifting from work that has remained largely hidden from the public to conducting
While former president Barack Obama hit the links on the first day of their Tuscany vacation, his wife Michelle was spotted taking in the sights in Montalcino almost 70 miles away. The former first lady wore an off-the-shoulder pink top, with white ripped jeans and white sandals as she wandered around the stunning Italian hill town on Saturday, accompanied by members of her security team. Michelle was later seen tucking into some Italian gelato before she climbed into her waiting car. Meanwhile her husband Barack enjoyed a day of golf at the exclusive Castiglion del Bosco course, during the Obamas´
Actor Robert De Niro delivered an outburst of anti-Trump vitriol just before the Saturday night debut on HBO of The Wizard of Lies, a movie in which he plays Bernie Madoff. He told USA Today that Madoff’s story still “resonates” thanks to President Donald Trump and that while what Madoff “did was horrible and awful; monstrous,” Trump is worse than the Ponzi scheme criminal since he’s a “bad con artist” who every day is “doing something that is absolutely — what word can I use? He’s just a slob. He’s a pig.” From the top of the article by Patrick
Two leading Republican senators on Sunday said President Trump is making a mistake by failing to more forcefully confront Saudi Arabia over the country’s treatment of women and other human rights issues in the Middle Eastern nation. Mr. Trump’s highly anticipated address in Saudi Arabia on Sunday will focus heavily on the fight against terrorism but will include little in terms of human rights. While administration officials say the topic has been discussed in private settings, critics say that’s simply not enough. “America is the unique nation in history, with all of our errors and failings and mistakes we’ve made
Notre Dame students are planning to walk out during the Vice President´s commencement address. The students are planning to leave ´respectfully and quietly´ before Mike Pence delivers his speech on Sunday, and are organizing the walkout because they disagree with his administration´s stance on immigration, gay rights and the criminal justice system. The organizers of the walk out are a part of a student group in Notre Dame called We Stand For ND. For four days, this group has galvanized support for their plan through Twitter and Facebook, to stand with the ´vulnerable´ members in their community. ´The participation and
SOUTH BEND — Vice President Mike Pence on Sunday delivered a call for leadership to the University of Notre Dame´s newest graduates, urging them "to be men and women of integrity and values" and to stand up against the suppression of free speech. "Notre Dame is a campus where deliberation is welcomed, where opposing views are debated, and where every speaker, no matter how unpopular or unfashionable, is afforded the right to air their views in the open for all to hear," Pence told students at the commencement ceremony. But about 150 people, about half students and the other half
Ex-Vice President Joe Biden slammed Trump for his ´coarse rhetoric´ and causing ´political chaos´ during a college commencement speech on Sunday. Biden was speaking to the 480 students of Maine liberal arts institution Colby College when he launched the attack on the current administration. He complained that the GOP had spent the election appealing to the ´baser instincts´ and fears of the electorate, stoked ´our darkest emotions,´ and turned Muslims, immigrants and transgender people into scapegoats for a struggling working class. After calling on students to return to the ´basic principles´ of the Constitution, he then congratulated them one by
While Barack was hitting the links in Tuscany, Michelle Obama was hitting the sights about 67 miles away ... and looking good in pink doing it. The former First Lady was strolling around in Montalcino, Italy this weekend -- and she appeared to be the talk of the small town. You can´t blame the locals ... she kinda stood out with the pink and white. Plus ... it´s Michelle Freakin´ Obama. She´ll always turn heads. Michelle snagged a second for herself during a food break, but then it was right back into the international spotlight. Togliti di mezzo!
On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone. Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family. Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his
China killed or imprisoned 18 to 20 CIA sources from 2010 to 2012, hobbling U.S. spying operations in a massive intelligence breach whose origin has not been identified, the New York Times reported on Saturday. Investigators remain divided over whether there was a spy within the Central Intelligence Agency who betrayed the sources or whether the Chinese hacked the CIA´s covert communications system, the newspaper reported, citing current and former U.S. officials. The Chinese killed at least a dozen people providing information to the CIA from 2010 through 2012, dismantling a network that was years in the making, the newspaper
A Project Baltimore investigation has found five Baltimore City high schools and one middle school do not have a single student proficient in the state tested subjects of math and English. (Snip) It’s a school where only half the students graduate and just a few dozen will go to college. Last year, not one student scored proficient in any state testing.
Somebody, please explain to Jake Tapper about Arabs and the “strong horse.” Osama bin Laden explained it pretty economically years ago, but that’s a message that is difficult for liberals living in a fantasy world to grasp. After all, Barack Obama had a Muslim father, and he’s a “person of color” (one of the most annoying expressions in the English lexicon, casting Caucasians as colorless), so there must be some kumbayah, right? Jen Psaki, to whom Tapper asked his question, is in no position to explain, as she first tries to grab credit for the arms deal Trump just announced
The latest anonymous leak/news story, the New York Times’s “nut job” scoop, troubles me for at least three reasons. First, it’s disturbing that this kind of leaking occurs. In one week, among other leak-grounded stories, (1) Politico reported, based on a leak that must have originated with someone close to President Trump, that the president screamed at the television in response to a story about the FBI’s Russia investigation and asked aides why it wouldn’t go away; (2) the Washington Post reported that, at a meeting with very few attendees, Trump told Russian officials about confidential information obtained from a
