Protesters dressed as KKK members dragged

WASHINGTON — Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) had barely entered the room for his Attorney General confirmation hearing when he was met by protesters. A pair of men dressed as KKK members jumped up on their seats in the back of the Senate hearing room the moment Sessions walked in, adopting seemingly fake southern accents to troll the controversial senator. "Thank you so much for being here for the people. White people don´t get arrested. You can´t arrest me, I´m white! What do we have to do, wait for the inauguration? This is craziness!" one of the men said as he

How do these haters get into the hearing room? I suspect the answer is this: They´ve been given visitors´ passes by their DEMOCRAT legislators.

There should be a penalty for any congressperson who has given admittance to a "protestor" who disrupts a hearing. E.g., take away that congressperson´s privilege of awarding the passes.

At a hearing some years ago, a Code Pink nutter approached Condi Rice with "bloody" hands, and got within inches of Secretary Rice. It was terrifying to watch.

Sanders, who spoke a day after Democrats chose Tom Perez, a veteran of former President Barack Obama´s administration, as their new party chairman, said it was also crucial for progressives to do more to mobilize grassroots supporters to take on Republican President Donald Trump. Exactly a month after Trayvon Martin was killed, his family gathered in a muggy back room at the civic center in Sanford, Florida. The city council was preparing for its first public meeting since the boy´s death, and his family and their supporters wanted to pressure city leaders to step up and arrest the man who had fatally shot Martin. Outside of the civic center a crowd of thousands began to swell, chanting so loudly that at times it felt like a train was rumbling in the near distance. SEOUL, South Korea — Was it a poorly executed assassination or did North Korea want to showcase its stockpile of banned chemical weapons? The use of the highly toxic VX warfare agent to kill the estranged half brother of North Korea´s leader has raised questions about Pyongyang´s real motives in one of the strangest killings the world has seen. Former President Obama and other top Democrats are focusing efforts on state-level races and ending the reconfiguring of voting districts through the politically-laden process known as gerrymandering -- a combined effort to end “Trump-ism” and help their party regain control of Congress and legislatures across the country. Obama indicated before leaving the White House last fall that his short-term, post-presidency focus will be on General Assembly races and redistricting after the 2020 Census. In his press conference last week, in which President Trump ranted and raved that he wasn´t ranting and raving, he answered a question about his wife, Melania. "That´s what I call a very nice question," he said, apparently relieved to stop talking about his own policies, before saying the first lady feels very strongly about "women´s issues" and "women´s difficulties." Trump didn´t specify what these "issues" and "difficulties" might be.
