Gold Star father Khan blasts
Sessions as ‘anti-Muslim’

Washington Times, by Stephen Dinan

The Gold Star father who blasted Donald Trump at the Democratic convention this summer is returning to the national stage this week, firing off a letter demanding the Senate reject Sen. Jeff Sessions, Mr. Trump’s attorney general nominee. Khizr Khan, the Pakistan-born father of a U.S. Army captain killed in the Iraq war, said his son’s service was a rejection of people like Mr. Sessions, who he accused of associating with racially divisive and ‘intensely anti-Muslim” groups. Mr. Khan also said Mr. Sessions has defended proposals “that would single Muslim immigrants out for discriminatory treatment on the basis of their religious beliefs.” “My

With all due respect to his gold star status, I would opine that his mind is so narrow that he could probably see through a key hole with both eyes.

As Bo Schembechler famously said, "The TEAM, The TEAM, The TEAM!" All these clowns can think is: ´The PARTY, The Party, The PARTY!´

I feel bad he lost his son, but any article that doesn´t point out that he makes his living as an immigration lawyer, is a big supporter of Sharia law, isn´t really telling the full story. His profession will be negatively affected by DJT´s immigration policies that he campaigned on. There are several videos of this man touting Sharia law, how it should be the law of OUR land, and a bunch of other 7th century, non-western thinking ideas that aren´t exactly compatible with modern civilized societies. A bit disappointed the Times didn´t point any of this out.

So one muslin dies in the service of his country and that gives a free pass to every other Muslim to come to the USA and try to destroy it with it´s 7th century cult startied by a pedofile murder, Mohammed. Sorry for your loss but shame on you for using his death to push your anti American agenda. Go back to the sand hill you came from.

This is only the beginning. Dems will be dragging out ANYONE who got any traction in public opinion to try to resurrect old and dead concerns. That is dem MO, to make as much mess as they can and throw things around to see if anything sticks. The media will wail and moan and nash its teeth.

The thing to remember is that it´s ALL garbage, especially if it´s old stuff. If there had been anything to it to begin with it would have stuck around when it originally came up.

The dems and media are going to be wallowing in the mud. Their actions need to be confronted but we shouldn´t let them derail things because THAT is their true purpose and only power. Keep things moving.

What an endorsement of Sessions. Muslims should be singled out for discriminatory (to
recognize a distinction; differentiate) treatment based on their religious beliefs, if those beliefs include killing or subjugating those they consider infidels. Since these are basic commandments of islam, why should we not have the right to know if its followers subscribe to it?

Donald Trump could immediately set the record correct again that Obama violated the Constitution when he declared the United States Of American was no longer a Christian Nation.
This gave all persona who want only our land the idea they can force their culture and laws while on us trying to destroy the foundations we certified our freedom and rights upon.
The Gold star symbol is only a tool to Mr. Khan not an honor given to his son by his nation. The nation he choose for his life --not his fathers.

CNN chief national security correspondent Jim Sciutto told Anderson Cooper tonight that the news about Susan Rice allegedly being involved in the “unmasking” of Trump transition officials appears to be a “distraction” from the bigger picture on Russia. (Snip) He spoke with Anderson Cooper tonight and provided this statement he received from someone “close to” Rice: “The idea that Ambassador Rice improperly sought the identities of Americans is false. It turns out that the economic devastation to North Carolina wrought by the much-publicized boycott over House Bill 2 wasn’t all that devastating — and it wasn’t all about HB2. Overlooked in the uproar leading up to last week’s repeal of the disputed transgender bathroom bill was its negligible impact on the state’s economy: The loss of business, concerts and sporting events represented just 6/100ths of 1 percent of the state’s nearly $500 billion annual economy. That is small enough to be considered a “rounding error,” said John Connaughton, professor of financial economics at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. “If you back out

The pattern of Rice´s requests was discovered in a National Security Council review of the government´s policy on "unmasking" the identities of individuals in the U.S. who are not targets of electronic eavesdropping, but whose communications are collected incidentally.

She feels safe enough to “come out of the woods,” exactly the time for a Trump administration special prosecutor to launch a broadside. Mentally strong people don’t need five months to overcome setbacks. Thomas Edison famously said: “I have not failed 10,000 times. … I have succeeded in proving that those 10,000 ways will not work.” Instead of dwelling on setbacks, true leaders are resilient and persistent. Their passion for their mission—or goal—is independent of external circumstances. Hillary says she’s been licking her wounds in the woods since November. Why can’t she pull herself together? On the campaign trail, Trump promised supporters

Black Lives Matter Philly banned white people from an upcoming event, claiming it is a “black only space.” The April 15 meeting plans to discuss projects and initiatives for the upcoming year and act as a place for people to “meet, strategize and organize.” While children are invited to attend, white people are explicitly banned from the meeting, according to the Facebook event page. When people began questioning the ban on whites over Twitter, Black Lives Matter Philly stayed by their ban, explaining that their meetings are “black centered.” Anyone who identifies as “African disapora” is allowed to attend, the group

Hundreds of LGBTQ protesters invaded Ivanka Trump´s upmarket neighborhood in Washington D.C., for the ´Queer Dance Party for Climate Justice´, much to the fury of other residents. A storm of dancing people marched with signs, speakers and festive clothing while chanting obscenities directed towards the first daughter´s father to protest his administration´s rollback on Obama´s climate change policies, on Saturday night. (Snip) However, this didn´t deter the protesters from blasting music from speakers, singing along to Queen´s rock anthem We Will Rock You and dancing on the roofs of cars. The commotion was the boiling point for one man who

During a segment talking about Russia, North Korea, and Trump’s relationship with these countries on The View Monday, host Joy Behar threw a temper tantrum, calling on the president to be impeached. After reading out-of-context quotes from Trump about using nukes, Behar couldn’t contain her rage any longer and demanded that Trump be “taken out of office,” to roaring applause from the liberal audience. The segment began by talking about Nikki Haley’s weekend appearance on ABC where she was grilled by Martha Raddatz about Trump and Russia. Host Whoopi Goldberg said she was “freaked out” by Trump staying out of

PETA’s shenanigans vary from the absurd to the downright offensive. From likening rape survivors to pigs and cows, to calling Pokémon a form of animal cruelty, PETA’s efforts to “save the animals” always make the headlines—and with good reason: they’re completely absurd. The animal rights group today released a new video to cry over milk, equating the nutritious drink with Nazism. Following the rise in Trump Derangement Syndrome and the progressive left’s hysteria over white supremacism, PETA states: “Did you know that milk has long been a symbol used by white supremacists?” It’s an alternative fact accompanied by an equally ludicrous video, which

A federal judge ruled President Donald Trump incited violence when he yelled ´get ´em out of here´ at a group of protesters during Louisville campaign rally. Now, the protesters will be allowed to proceed in their lawsuit against the president, his campaign and three of his supporters. Trump´s lawyers sought to dismiss the lawsuit by three protesters who say they were roughed up by his supporters at a March 1, 2016 rally in Louisville, Kentucky. They argued that Trump didn´t intend for his supporters to use force and used free speech as a defense. Two women and a man say

At least 41 Senate Democrats have said they will oppose President Donald Trump´s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, as of Monday afternoon, enough to filibuster his nomination and set up a showdown with Republicans over using the so-called "nuclear option." Democrats have 41 senators ready to block Gorsuch´s nomination with a filibuster, meaning the GOP may have to employ the nuclear option to get the federal judge confirmed for the nation´s highest court. (Tweet) Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) and other Democrats have pledged to filibuster Gorsuch´s nomination and do everything possible to prevent him from being
