JERUSALEM -- A senior Israeli Cabinet minister on Wednesday called U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry´s planned Mideast policy speech a "pathetic step," further heightening tensions between the two close allies as the Obama administration prepares to leave office. The comments by Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan were the latest salvo in a toxic exchange following the U.S.´s refusal to veto a U.N. Security Council resolution last week that called Israeli settlements in the West Bank and east Jerusalem a violation of international law. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has slammed the resolution, and accused the U.S. of colluding with

Kerry´s retirement present should be a nice feedbag to go around his neck.

Any Kerry speech has to be listened to with the understanding and knowledge his daughter is married into a family deep in the Iranian government

Obama proves he is a muslim supporter as he wrote in his book that he will stand with the muslims. These actions against Israel is his weak attempt to tie Trumps hand in the middle east. His legacy is one of a feckless, naive, cowardly community organizer who with the help of the MSM has lowered American respect by other world countries, reduce the economic power of American workers, created a larger entitlement group of lazy a..holes and created the largest unemployment of so called people who are no longer considered to be in the work force, some 94 million Americans. the 4.5% unemployed is a national disgrace perpetrated by a failed administration. January 20 is 3 weeks away,we can all hope he takes his ball and goes home (Kenya?) before he does too much more damage.
He stabbed Israel in the back and I´m completely befuddled by lack of American Jews who haven´t complained about him but still enable him. Thankfully Israeli have the balls that American Jewry does not, they simply hate Israel as the hate America because both nations are successful, innovative, capitalistic and scientifically superior to the world at large. EVERY American should support Israel against the muslim terrorists who want to push it into the sea and destroy the Great Satan: the USA.

Everything about Kerry is pathetic. He is a disgusting moron who should be behind bars in a padded cell. He is a cancer in our country, just like his boss, his predecessor and all democRats on the national level. I loathe the man!

Any honest man, looking back on a very long life, must admit -- even if only to himself -- being a relic of a bygone era. Having lived long enough to have seen both "the greatest generation" that fought World War II and the gratingest generation that we see all around us today, makes being a relic of the past more of a boast than an admission. Not everything in the past was admirable. Poet W.H. Auden called the 1930s "a low dishonest decade." So were the 1960s, which launched many of the trends we are experiencing so painfully today.

Apparently Kevin Williamson at National Review has jumped over that deadly lemming cliff, along with millions of Trump-maddened New York liberals. Williamson writes in NR today that "My own view is that Donald and Ivanka and Uday and Qusay are genuinely bad human beings and that the American public has made a grave error in entrusting its highest office to this cast of American Psycho extras. That a major political party was captured by these cretins suggests that its members are not worthy of the blessings of this republic..."

As night follows day, I knew Monday’s sentencing of Congressman Chaka Fattah to 10 years in prison would generate a firestorm of comments implicating the Inquirer and Daily News in Fattah´s betrayal of the public trust. Sure enough, when Fattah’s sentence was announced, the Philly.com commentariat declared that both news outlets should be hanging our heads in shame because, after all, we endorsed him! I can’t tell how how many times this response – Your fault! You endorsed him/her! — dominates the comments sections of stories detailing the latest lawmaker to be indicted or sentenced on corruption charges. Actually, that’s

The Era of Trump might be over before it begins. The Democrats have regrouped, rethought their branding and their strategy, and have an all-new set of forward-looking policy proposals -- and the unity needed to act as an effective counterweight to the GOP on Capitol Hill and beyond. Ha-ha. Just kidding. Actually, they have their ostrich heads stuck in the sand while running around like chickens with their heads cut off and... ...oops, I thought I had one more avian-cranial reference to tack on there, but no. So instead, let us ask today´s important question: Are you prepared for the

Former U.S. Rep. Chaka Fattah was sentenced to 10 years in prison Monday, one of the longest terms of incarceration ever imposed on a member of Congress convicted of federal corruption crimes. Addressing the court, the West Philadelphia Democrat expressed regret for some of the decisions he had made and how his conviction had affected his co-defendants and constituents, but stopped short of fully acknowledging his guilt. "The investigation and the trial has been the most disappointing event in my now 60-year life," he told U.S. District Judge Harvey Bartle III. "I´ve helped tens of millions of people and that

The kerfuffle over Vice President-elect Mike Pence´s run-in with the cast and audience of "Hamilton" provokes me to raise another issue: I won´t go to see "Hamilton." I don´t like rap in any form, even in the sterile, commercialized version in the popular musical. Poetry elicits powers of mind more intense and elevated than quotidian thought, and it does so by forcing us to think of poetic rhythm at a higher level. By contrast, rap imposes an unchanging sing-song rhythm that does nothing to provoke us to think in this way. In poetry as well as non-verbal music, regularity (of

Few performers seem willing to step up and entertain the country when the new president is sworn in on Jan. 20. With the news last week that opera singer Andrea Bocelli had bowed to pressure and dropped out of the Inauguration Day concert, and with a member of the Rockettes leading a social-media rebellion against performing for the president, Kid Rock is currently the biggest name scheduled to appear. And liberals are giddy. Because they still don’t get it. Robert Reich, Bill Clinton’s labor secretary who has transformed himself into the Michael Moore of Facebook, is promoting something called the Freedom United

Don Lemon believes that if Donald Trump is given less airtime by cable news channels he will be forced to hold a press conference. The president-elect has not held a press conference in five months, and has chosen instead to use Twitter to announce his cabinet nominations. The CNN anchor said that if he was a news executive, he would not cover Trump’s tweets. “Can I say something?” Lemon said on the air Tuesday. “That’s the whole point. That’s the strategy. He can’t sit down with the media because then he legitimizes the media which he rallies or rails so

Beachwood, OH — Fights broke out at malls around the country Monday night sending shoppers, who were looking for post-holiday deals, scrambling for the exits. No one was seriously injured in the mall melees, which, during the panic, also prompted numerous false reports of gunfire. Police in Ohio told Cleveland.com that officers used pepper spray to disperse a large crowd following a fight at an upscale shopping mall in Beachwood, just outside of Cleveland. A report of shots fired was later determined to be unfounded. One male juvenile was arrested for allegedly trying to hit an officer during the incident,

President Barack Obama plans to speak out when he believes he needs to during the presidency of Donald Trump. During an interview with his former White House adviser and now CNN political analyst David Axelrod, Obama reflected on the last 8 years what he wants to do for himself in the near and long term future “I’m not sticking around by the virtue of the Constitution and because I believe in the wisdom that George Washington showed that at a certain point you make room for new voices and fresh legs,” Obama said. He went on to say, “Now that

Barack Obama said the first thing he’ll do once he’s out of office is take time to think about himself. “I have to be quiet for a while,” Obama said during an interview with his former adviser David Axelrod that was published by CNN. Once the president and first lady leave the White House in January, they will move into a swanky mansion in the North West neighborhood of D.C. while their youngest daughter, Sasha Obama, finishes high school. Obama told Axelrod he plans on “writing a book and self-analyzing his time in office” during that time. “And I don’t

Former House speaker Newt Gingrich urged Congress on Monday to condemn the Obama administration for allowing the resolution against Israeli “settlements” to pass the UN Security Council. In a series of tweets, Gingrich also urged the incoming administration of Donald Trump to work to undo the damage caused by the United States abstaining in the vote, thus allowing the resolution to pass. “Why is the Obama team waging war against Israel? Why are they taking steps to isolate and then kill a democracy and an ally? Congress should pass resolutions January 3-4 condemning Obama attacks on Israel and demanding he

Two and half thousand Europeans plan to march into Aleppo waving white flags in a three month long, 2,000 mile demonstration against the civil war taking place in Syria. This year, like last, has been characterised by the massive flow of people northwards through Europe, many of them Syrians fleeing the bombs of Assad and the opposition factions. But a group of Europeans has decided to make the trek in the other direction in order to bring an end to the war, now in its fifth year. “We’re carrying these white flags to let the whole world know our message:
