The rich get richer:
Median incomes fell for all but the
richest Americans in 2010-2013, Fed says

Washington Times, by Jennifer Pompi

Under President Obama, the richest 10 percent were the only income group of Americans to see their median incomes rise, according to a survey released this week by the Federal Reserve. The Fed data covered the years 2010-2013, during which period Mr. Obama constantly campaigned against income inequality and won re-election by painting his Republican rival as a tool of Wall Street plutocrats. “Data from the 2013 [Survey of Consumer Finances] confirm that the shares of income and wealth held by affluent families are at modern historically high levels,” the report said in noting that the median income fell

As one who lives on a fixed income, it doesn´t matter what others make, but rather what can be bought at store(s) after monthly bills paid. Wealth becomes non-existent to survival.

So, the Fed prints $85 billion per month to keep interest rates low, an administration goal. Most ends up in the stock market. Guess who owns most of the stocks?

It´s the markets as well as the wealthy buying favorable treatment in this corrupt regime. Notice that DC, which produces nothing of value, has seen a wealth boom while other cities are stagnating.

If it´s like the previous five years and I´m sure it is, then even this is misleading, everybody is losing right up to 99%, the 1% are just gaining pennies, and all the real gain is in the top 0.01%.

How can the wealthy maintain status quo when Zippy keeps tapping them for mo money (and taxes)?

If the rich get richer and the poorest keep getting more by having kids, that means the formerly middle class are supporting both ends and losing ground.

The elderly on SS don´t stand a chance with inflation.

Fed: Under Obama, only the richest 10 percent saw incomes rise

By Jennifer Pompi - The Washington Times - Thursday, September 4, 2014

The complete fallacy of "the rich getting richer, poor getting poorer", bandied about by many media outlets, is alarmingly inaccurate! Because, such "media" outlets do seem to play to the "low-information" Citizen/voter, thereby flooding the minds of such "voter Citizens" with complete tripe, falsehood, lies, and untruths"! Think, good Citizens, where do all the jobs come from? Employers, companies obeying the laws of our country, large and small! These companies were started by American Citizens, according to the laws of our country, to MAKE A PROFIT! Why else start a business??? They work hard, these entrepreneurs, like Bill Gates, and so many others, rising early at 0600, working hard until late in the evening, 2300-2400 or later, so they can keep ahead of their competition!!! Their aim is to make a MILLION! Some do, and some don´t ! And, they give employment to MILLIONS OF OTHERWISE UNEMPLOYED AMERICAN CITIZENS, thus keeping our American economy BOOMING, and successful! The search for suitable profits for their very hard, difficult, and, many times, heartbreaking efforts, is the goal -- just like your wife´s desire for the latest model Chevy or Ford, to enhance her status in her community! Yes, such entrepreneurs sometimes do get rich, and sometimes very rich, but that is the result of their hard, hard, work, careful planning, and OBEYING THE LAWS OF OUR COUNTRY! The "poor", the lazy ones, those who can´t get out of bed to find a job, or even to collect their "free money", food stamps, that the Democrat Party offers to those too lazy to work, hoping that such "lazies" and "indolents" will be persuaded to vote for the Democrat ticket!

Shame on the media and their liberal/commie supporters who put out such tripe and drivel! Dear Citizens, believe not what you read, nor even what you see, as Photoshop is everywhere! Everyone, and anyone can become a millionaire, a RICH ONE, in our beautiful America! Do it, good Citizens, and quite complaining! Washington - The current threat posed by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, will test not only the resolve and strategic judgment of America and its allies, but also our nation’s fidelity to a basic constitutional principle. Our Constitution reserves to Congress the power to declare war and designates our president as the commander in chief, but our recent history has been characterized by executive overreach and legislative abdication in the initiation of military action. The current crisis gives us an opportunity to restore the proper balance between the branches. America’s history since 2001 should compel us to fix the way

Washington - Militants for the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria have traveled to Mexico and are just miles from the United States. They plan to cross over the porous border and will “imminently” launch car bomb attacks. And the threat is so real that federal law enforcement officers have been placed at a heightened state of alert, and an American military base near the border has increased its security. As the Obama administration and the American public have focused their attention on ISIS in recent weeks, conservative groups and leading Republicans have issued stark warnings like those that ISIS and other extremists from Syria

Washington - A federal judge ruled Monday that a Tampa, Florida, woman can pursue her lawsuit alleging that the government invaded her privacy in the scandal over former CIA director David Petraeus. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson said Jill Kelley can press her claim that the FBI and Defense Department violated her privacy when officials allegedly leaked information about her to the news media. The ruling does not deal with the merits of the case, but as the lawsuit proceeds, it could reveal more about the role various government agencies played as the scandal unfolded two years ago.

Maybe Democratic leaders in Congress and a few members of the Obama team have had it. Could it be that, after President Obama briefed Democrats in Congress on the immigration plan, they balked?
