Kerry: Scripture Commands
USA to Protect Muslim Countries
Against Global Warming

Breitbart TV, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:Donttaxmebro, 9/3/2014 2:19:32 PM

Wednesday at a ceremony to appoint Texas lawyer Shaarik Zafar to be special representative to Muslim communities, Secretary of State John Kerry said it was the United States´ Biblical "responsibility" to "confront climate change," including to protect "vulnerable Muslim majority counties." Kerry said Scripture, in particular the Book of Genesis, make clear it is our "duty" to protect the planet and we should look at Muslim countries "with a sense of stewardship of earth," adding, "That responsibility comes from God."

Comments:
ISIS, Libya, Russia, China and this buffoon is still on the global warming kick?

In 100 years, historians ought to be mocking America for this.

Am I the only one w3ho sees the hypocrisy here? The left, epitomized by Kerry, uses the Bible and scripture when it seems to suit their moment. But, their entire ideology is severely anti Christian in every way. They believe in murdering unborn babies, they mock anyone who tries to say America is a Christian nation, and they constantly support anti-Christian efforts to remove crosses from our veterans cemeteries and chisel off the ten commandments from our public buildings. Heaven help the innocent Christian who might wear a coss and go to school or utter a prayer at a football game.

6 I am amazed that you are so quickly forsaking the one who called you[f] by [the] grace [of Christ] for a different gospel 7 (not that there is another). But there are some who are disturbing you and wish to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach [to you] a gospel other than the one that we preached to you, let that one be accursed![g] 9 As we have said before, and now I say again, if anyone preaches to you a gospel other than the one that you received, let that one be accursed!

There´s timely (yesterday) article by Leroy Huizenga at Catholic World Report, entitled The Roots of the Political Use and Abuse of the Bible. You can find it easily via Google.

It´s article about the book by Scott W. Hahn and Benjamin Wiker - entitled: Politicizing the Bible. The book has good reviews.

The blurb at Amazon says, in part:

This account looks beyond the pretense of neutrality and objectivity often found in secular study, and brings to light the appropriation of scripture by politically motivated interpreters. Questioning the techniques taken for granted at divinity schools worldwide, their origins are traced to the writings of Machiavelli and Marsilio of Padua, the political projects of Henry VIII, Thomas Hobbes, and John Locke, and the quest for an empire of science on the part of Descartes and Spinoza. Intellectual and inspiring, an argument is made for bringing Christianity back to biblical literacy.

Suddenly the insane moron Kerry gets religion. Kerry says in that speech: "Religion matters. We are making that a mantra in our foreign policy. Our faiths are inextricably linked on any number of things that we must confront and deal with on foreign policy concepts today."

Really?? Considering what is now occurring in the world makes me even more fearful while insane radical leftists are in charge of our government. How are we "inextricably linked" to those murderous savages in ISIS? It´s enough to make you lose your mind.

That does it.

We have now officially, incontrovertibly, and perhaps irretrievably fallen down the rabbit-hatch.

Now, more than ever, cue Mr. Yeats:

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
. . .
The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

If Kerry is going to use Hebrew Scriptures (Genesis is the first book of Torah) as a basis for government policy, does this mean that Judaism is now the official religion of the United States?

If so - I guess we can re-install the 10 Commandment displays that were removed. Post them on the wall at the front of every public school classroom, and government office.

And ... start circumsizing all the men. ´

Oh - and remove all pork products from government cafeterias. And, forget about saving those lobsters from global warming. No shell fish allowed.

Krauthammer pointed out the latest breach of a cease-fire by Hamas has given Kerry the opportunity to walk back some of his efforts that gave Hamas the benefit of the doubt. But the other problem for Israel has been the inability to win over public opinion around the world. “The rest of the world's reaction to what's happening in Gaza is Orwellian,” Krauthammer said. “It is shocking, especially in

For President Obama, the color of a man’s skin is far more important than the content of his character. On the night when a police officer was shot in a Missouri town torn by racial strife, the president donned a shiny tuxedo to attend a ritzy black awards dinner, where he said police nationwide are to blame for community mistrust, even claiming that “most Americans” think the country is racist. Remember, when Ferguson exploded in racial rage in August, Mr. Obama chose not to curtail his 15-day vacation, spending day after day on the golf course in the white-skinned, white-wined, millionaire playground

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notified the media at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday that Dallas has the first diagnosed Ebola case in the nation. The federal agency scheduled a media briefing at 5:30 p.m. from its headquarters in Atlanta. Dallas County officials are expected to participate. Dallas County went through a day-long anxiety attack Tuesday, waiting to hear if the first Ebola diagnosis in the nation would happen here. An unnamed patient at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas was placed in isolation while awaiting test results for the dreaded virus. Apparently, the patient had traveled recently to a

President Obama firmly believes the United States is better off now than when he took office, even though the American people cannot “feel” it. During an interview with 60 Minutes’ Steve Kroft, Obama said, “the country is definitely better off than when I came into office.” “When I came into office, our economy was in crisis,” Obama said. The president then cited lower unemployment, private sector job growth, and deficit cuts as evidence of his administration’s success. “I can put my record against any leader around the world in terms of digging ourselves out of a terrible, almost unprecedented financial crisis,” Obama said. President Barack Obama´s intelligence briefings have provided him with specific information since before he won re-election in 2012 about the growing threat of the terror group now known alternatively as ISIS and ISIL, an administration insider told MailOnline on Monday. ´Unless someone very senior has been shredding the president´s daily briefings and telling him that the dog ate them, highly accurate predictions about ISIL have been showing up in the Oval Office since before the 2012 election,´(snip) ´Any time you´re hired by a boss to advise him about what to do in a high-stakes area, and he ignores you for

Well, that didn’t take long. Just two weeks into the new season of “The View,” co-hosts Rosie O’Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg tore into each other during a commercial break — in front of their stunned studio audience. The spat erupted Thursday after Goldberg interrupted O’Donnell to go to a commercial break before the mother of five was finished commenting in a “Hot Topic” discussion about spanking children on the ABC gabfest. O’Donnell refuses to wear an earpiece to stay in contact with producers while the live show is airing, so she had no clue it was time to stop talking.

Sacramento, Calif. - Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday signed legislation imposing the nation's first statewide ban on single-use plastic bags, driven to action by a buildup of litter and damage to aquatic ecosystems. A national coalition of plastic bag manufacturers immediately said it would seek a voter referendum to repeal the law, which is scheduled to take effect in July 2015. Under SB270, plastic bags will be phased out of large grocery stores starting next summer and convenience stores and pharmacies in 2016. The law allows grocers to charge a fee of at least 10 cents for using paper bags. State Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Los Angeles,

Democrats think conservatives in general, and Tea Partiers in particular, are stupid. Here’s how to reinforce that belief: Sit out the 2014 congressional elections because your favorite candidate lost his primary bid to an establishment Republican. If you live in Kansas, for example, you can suck your thumb while Democrat ringer Greg Orman beats Republican Senator Pat Roberts. If you’re a Kentucky conservative, you can stay home and b***h about Mitch while Alison “Rubberstamp” Grimes heads to Washington. If you’re in Mississippi, you can stay mad at Thad and allow Travis “no repeal” Childers to win. That’ll show those RINOs! It
