FERGUSON, Mo.- A lawsuit has been filed seeking the release of any juvenile records that might exist on the central figure in the Ferguson deadly shooting case. The Citizen Journalist website GotNews has filed suit in St. Louis County circuit court seeking possible juvenile records on Michael Brown. Attorney Johnathon Burns of the Burns Law Firm in St. Louis is handling the case. “What we’re arguing is that since he is deceased, those documents revert from being confidential, they revert back into the public sphere,” Burns says. “Missouri common law applies, and under Missouri common law, court records and virtually

I´m thinking that would pretty much describe Officer Wilson´s defense team, so they might as well just release the records because it´s going to come out one way or the other.

Genius attorney and law professor Tricia Harrison provides her most deep-thinking analysis:

"To suggest that the general public has a right to know what any juvenile does in any situation is ludicrous."

That argument would earn a failing grade on any respectable law school examination.

Wonder who is afraid of the truth? Surely the liberal media as well as lawyers who seek to defend the actions of an adult, not a child. Now to hear that he also might have a record of violence! Let truth prevail! Pray for America. We have lost our search for truth, whatever is discovered! The truth will set US free! God is able to free US from division and terror tactics. His Peace is all we need to again regain our trust/faith in His will/way being done.

This is fine. There will be two alternatives. (1) There is no record. Then if one turns up....big trouble. Or someone who is aware of what he did blows whistle. (2) They say no. It is still sealed. That tells us he had a juvenile record.

If the rumors keep swirling about the second degree murder involvement or something equivalent or worse, and the parents believe the rumors are not true, at what point do they press for release?

This can go a number of different way. Filing for release now was a good move.

This will be interesting. Maybe some juvenile crime will convince Megyn Kelly that Michael Brown was not a nice teenager, walking away from a cop, and shot in the back.

For at least the second time tonight she went down a road that is clearly pro-Brown. Even Mark Fuhrman was not able to convince her that the notion that he was shot in the back had been negated by the evidence. So she goes to "he had his hands up".

And for at least the second time she had wrongful death lawyer and Brown "family" representative Daryl Parks, one of the principals (with Benjamin Crump) in the Scheme Team that is spreading misinformation (the audio tape of 10, or was it 12, gunshots, etc.) in rebuttal. To give his side of the story. Just the other night he started off with Michael Brown "jaywalking" when in reality he and pal Dorian were walking down middle of the street, blocking traffic.

I am done with Megyn.
