(Via Judicial Watch) The Department of Justice (DOJ) keeps giving radical leftist groups that support President Obama huge amounts of cash collected from big banks to settle discrimination and mortgage abuse lawsuits filed by the government. Judicial Watch first reported the scheme two years ago when Countrywide Financial Corporation doled out $335 million to settle its discrimination lawsuit with the feds. The money was supposed to be distributed to more than 200,000 minority victims who supposedly were charged higher interest rates and fees than white borrowers based on their race not their credit. Instead, a chunk of the money went to

And 95% of the country will not be told this and have no idea what "Pigford" redo even is. As usual, this absolutely criminal behavior will go unpunished. Who would punish them? The Republicans? They could have another "investigation" that would be treated the same as all their other investigations. Obama, Holder and the regime would lie, obfuscate, misdirect and ignore any attempts to seek the truth. It´s obvious they can do whatever they want and suffer no repercussions whatsoever.

Bank of America (and Merrill Lynch, which it stole) received $45 billion in TARP money "to save the economy," so these are our tax dollars that are being exchanged.

If only we had a GOP-controlled House of Representatives, we could put the brakes on such malfeasance; that´s what the balance of powers is all about. Too bad they´re of a feather.

Perhaps the best way to think of this is to use President Obama’s own words. It appears the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” have struck up a truce with ISIS. That’s a problem, because Obama’s ISIS elimination plan requires the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” to fight against ISIS on the ground while we shoot at ISIS from the sky. If the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” don’t put the pointy end toward the Islamic State, oops, wait, sorry… the non-Islamic Islamic State (NI-ISIS) in Syria, then who will?

Qua speech, Barack Obama’s address Wednesday on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria was surprisingly terrible: a disorganized mess, insincere and unconvincing. To appreciate just how bad and bizarre it was, compare the president’s speech announcing a new air campaign in Iraq and Syria to Dwight Eisenhower’s 1958 statement on his decision to intervene in Lebanon with 14,000—14,000!—troops. The statement contains no chest-thumping about America’s leadership in science and medicine. No pivot to the auto industry and medical research.
