´We don´t have a strategy yet´: Obama
stuns Washington by admitting he
is clueless about tackling ISIS

Daily Mail [UK], by David Martosko

Original Article

Posted By:Attercliffe, 8/29/2014 4:25:33 AM

President Barack Obama said during a Thursday press conference that his administration doesn´t have a plan worked out yet for defeating the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) in Syria. [Snip] ´What I´ve seen in some of the news reports suggests that folks are getting a little further ahead of where we´re at than we currently are,´ Obama cautioned. He mentioned four times his intention to seek advice from Capitol Hill before deploying more military assets in the Middle East, likely in response to concerns from members of the House and Senate that he was unconstitutionally freezing them out.

Comments:
He says, "folks are getting a little further ahead of where we´re at than we currently are."

Has he gotten rid of all the officers we had who knew what to do in a given situation? That´s rhetorical, of course--he MUST have, otherwise he wouldn´t be where he is or where he thinks he is, or where he thinks we currently believe he is and we would know where we are and wait for him to catch up or go drag him forward. Or something. /s

The Pentagon has plans galore...

Barry is simply combining his chosen cluelessness with his personal preference for voting present.
Just like with Foley´s murder, Barry will be a day late and a dollar short... a mere spectator to history.

No strategy, no clue. None of the military will volunteer any solutions for anything for this loser either. Washington is not stunned, they are just waiting him out. All bad things come to an end sooner or later.

We CAN be surprised that he told the truth.

There haven´t been any strategists in DC for years, military or civilian. The only people left are overblown project managers, whose only goal is to get more money from the public coffers.

He was a hollow suit back when. He is a hollow suit currently, and will continue to be a hollow suit, tan as it may be! He is a liar, he is not smart, and he is a loser. He was sold to us as the smartest ever, and was supposed to be a "messiah"! Were those who voted for this POS ever taken to the cleaners? Problem is, we all pay the consequences, and just may never recover from this debacle, called Obama!

There is only one strategy Lightbringer could adopt if he were actually serious about defeating Islamist terror:

1. Fire Joe Biden and replace him with Dick Cheney.
2. Resign.

Opie appeared yesterday in his new fashionista suit it didn´t impress me one bit and I´m sure many others feel the same way. Save the suit for your TWO fundraisers today in NY & RI. Opie said that we shouldn´t put the cart before the JACKASS, what does that mean? Get bombed first ask questions later! Then he proceeds to say we have no strategy? Nothing like telling our enemies that you are a stupid man. Lie Opie! You are good at it. Here are some of you fibs... "You can keep your doctors & your insurance" I can´t go beyond the Constitution about given illegals amnesty and you can save $2,500 a year on healthcare there are plenty more. You lie to us why not lie to your enemies?.

Exactly, OP, and it certainly was deliberate. Paring down our military in personnel and weaponry means only one thing: He doesn´t want them used. How else to interpret that? That he wants to be thrifty?

A POTUS with America´s best interests at heart (if he´s got one) doesn´t decimate our fighting forces.

Obama´s actions are one of two things, by design or utter incompetence. Either way, this country is a sitting duck for seventh century barbarians who have contributed nothing to this world but unending brutality and violence. They are determined to force the west to submit to their false religion or die. Good and evil could not be more clearly defined and yet, Obama and the progressive libs can´t seem to make a distinction. Until that happens, the utter inhumanity of these barbarians will never be stopped. If you can´t define evil when it is staring you in the face, you are already defeated.

The DC commies are checking off their list: retreat from Iraq; reduce US military(sequester); open south US border; enable pro Caliphate military force; stall. The only questions that remain are how Isis will make it to the North American continent in mass and where their military equipment will come from but sure they have a plans. Hint: Isis now knows how to use/operate military hardware and obama has been giving police depts old military equipment, arming South/Central American gangs(fast and furious).

Going from his past behavior, this is obama´s thinking: The entire world, including America, is so stupid compared to me that if I say that I have no strategy, but I secretly do, I will really surprise them when I pull the strategy out and use it. They will be so impressed that the terrorists will all drop their weapons in fear and the voters in America will vote all of the democrats back into office because they are so happy with the job I have done. Then it will be two more years of uninterrupted golf. Yeah, that´s it.

Obama has two major issues that he swore to rectify.

1. This country was founded by white men from Western Europe. They created a Capitalist Constitutional system that enriched whites and allowed for slavery. Therefore the Constitution needs to be either ignored, rewritten or abandoned. He chooses to ignore. In addition, the wealth accumulated by the privileged must be redistributed.

2. This country´s wealth was built by subjecting the rest of the world to our hegemony via our enormously funded military. He needs to weaken our military to secure justice for the rest of the world. His people.

Throw in a smidgen of Muslim upbringing and Communist mentoring and you have a pretty clear picture of Obama.

Therefore war, any war, in the name of our empire, is out. That is unless the war comes to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

When you are busy playing golf 24/7 you just don´t have the time to convene a meeting with the few left over generals that he has in the military. No strategy IS his strategy, exactly the message he meant to deliver. He imparts information to our enemies every time he makes a speech, buying time for them to kidnap and murder thousands overseas and mobilize to blow up malls, schools, hospitals, buses, trains -- the possibilities are endless -- here at home. When the person behind you in line at WalMart turns out to be wearing a vest that goes boom, you know who to thank.

Why in the hell would an American president -- the leader of the free world (or used to be!) -- essentially tell people who want to slaughter us in droves that we Americans HAVE NO PLAN to deal with them?

If you don´t have a plan -- God forbid we don´t have a plan! -- you don´t tell your would-be killers that. At least leave them guessing!

Obama just green-lighted attacks on Americans at home and abroad by terrorists of all flavors including, but not limited to, ISIS.

ISIS -- who behead and otherwise slaughter "infidels" for sport.

Damn that POTUS!

I worry that the nation will not survive 28 more months of these traitors in the WH.

Despite out of hand dismissal by the GOPe, we must impeach. Even cutting off funds won´t work at this point. In addition to cries about a government shutdown, NerØbama would simply redirect funds (whether legal or not) and have the Federal Reserve "create" more money via any slight of hand they can concoct.

Now the GOPe wring their hands about losing the Senate retake in NOvember. On NOvember 5th, the GOPe will be crying about losing their chances in 2016.

Nothing will change - except for the continued dismemberment of the Constitution.

Baloney. Impeach - now.

Shocking statement. Is he inviting an attack?

In the news a few days ago was a report that Obama thought the US overreacted to 9/11.

What is he thinking? He is resisting military action as much as possible. He does not understand that our military actions in Iraq and Afghanistan were a success. It was the nation building actions that failed.

Obama has tried to work diplomatically with such groups as AQ, MB, the Taliban, Hamas, and others. Is he now going to try and negotiate with ISIS? He refuses to acknowledge that he is negotiating with people who are at war with us. He refuses to recognize them as enemies. When he does that, he betrays our allies.

Obama does not support our military. Probably due to his leftist and Muslim upbringing that have been on the receiving end of our military in the past.

Given the fact that we, the free world, are now facing a growing group of 7th century barbarians that don´t even know what civilization is, I just wonder if that time is approaching. There was also talk about hurricanes, volcano eruptions, earthquakes, and a lot of other really bad things happening. Or maybe it´s just a passing thing in the evolution of mankind.

Maybe, just maybe, Obama & Co. do have a strategy think about this: All the news media seem the call this new terror group in Iraq IS or Islamic State, some call it ISIS or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. But, Obama and his State Dept. puppets always calls it ISIL. Why, and what is the “L”? Well here is the “L”:

The Levant (/l?´vænt/), also known as the Eastern Mediterranean, is a geographic and cultural region consisting of the "eastern Mediterranean littoral betweenAnatolia and Egypt".[2] The Levant today consists of the island of Cyprus, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and part of southern Turkey (the former Aleppo Vilayet).

Isn’t it strange that only OBAMA is ceding all these countries, including Israel, to IS or ISIS and no one is questioning this. Not the MSM or Fox or even talk radio. I don’t even think I’ve seen reference to the terror group use it. Funny how he can be so far ahead on this and everything else he knows nothing about until he reads it in the paper. Perhaps he´s dealing with IS, ISIS or ISIL just way it was planned.

Those of us on these LDotter threads know who and what Obama is. We know what his wishes are for the U.S. Plus, we have a pretty good idea of why he does what he does. It´s no secret what his political ideologies consist of. As someone above already stated, he doesn´t want to offend his Muslim brothers, and his actions bear that out. I firmly believe that the destruction of our country is on top of his private wish list. What I´d like to know is how do we get out of this situation? Are we on a high speed train that has lost its brakes? What is the survival plan for the rest of us, since this guy appears to be glued to his position in this country?

Words cannot express my disgust and and utter loathing of Obama. Yet I still would not wish on him what he is, by his inaction, forcing on so many innocents in the world. Those innocents include, but are not limited to, his fellow Americans.

I cannot believe smart people here at LDot still don´t understand what´s going on. ISIS murdering, terrorizing and doing what it is doing is the strategy. I really can´t believe none of you have figured that out. It´s so easy to see, so much evidence points directly to it. All this excrutiating by conservative media over so called dithering, detachment, cluelessness, etc on Obama´s part. It is EXACTLY what he wants you to think because that is his diversion; he knows you think that a US president couldn´t possibly arm, train and support a terrorist group like ISIS. As long as you continue to fail to see he is behind it, he´s in tall cotton. The man and his Jarrett´s are doing this on purpose. THEY WANT ISIS TO DO EXACTLY WHAT IT IS DOING.

12.00 Boris is cheering up delegates: asking whether there are any ´kippers in the audience and saying that Ed Miliband´s "surreal" speech has put victory in the Tories´ grasp. The break-in at the White House makes the US Secret Service look terrible. It also sheds light on an agency that operates largely behind the scenes. [Snip] On Friday, a man later identified as Iraq War veteran Omar Gonzalez climbed a fence, ran more than 60m (197ft) and made it through the North Portico door. One former Secret Service officer who asked not to be identified ("I´m a private person," he says) is as puzzled as anyone about his former colleagues--and "how hapless they seemed". He says he´s spent "many hours" standing at the North Portico door. He wonders how Gonzalez made it

CAIRO--An Egyptian court sentenced 68 Muslim Brotherhood supporters to jail terms on Tuesday, judicial sources said, in a case related to deadly violence a year ago after the army´s ouster of Islamist President Mohamed Morsi. All were found guilty of killing 30 people and intending to kill others in Cairo on October 6, 2013, when more than 50 people died in clashes across the country between Morsi opponents and supporters. With the world concentrating on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu´s hard-hitting remarks at the UN General Assembly on Monday, the Zionist Organization of America turns attention to President Barack Obama´s address to the UN--and what it calls his "baseless and offensive claim" that "the violence engulfing the region today has made too many Israelis ready to abandon the hard work of peace." British Isis hostage John Cantlie has appeared in a new propaganda video on behalf of the terrorist group, criticising Obama´s ´disappointingly predictable military strategy´ against the terror group. Wearing an orange Guantanamo-style jumpsuit and speaking directly to the camera, Cantlie attacks the West´s plans to use Iraqi troops and Syrian rebels to fight Isis. In a forced speech, Cantlie says organising the Iraqi army will take months, and describes the Free Syrian Army as an ´undisciplined, corrupt and largely ineffective fighting force.´ He also says that arming the Syrian rebels with Western weapons is ´largely useless´, because many are sold on the

Given how completely Barack Obama´s foreign policy has been upended by the rise of Isil in Syria, it is not surprising that the president should try and gloss over the scale of his own miscalculation when it came to the threat posed by the jihadists--but that doesn´t mean he should be allowed to get away with it. This weekend Mr Obama had the cheek to blame his intelligence agencies for the fact that the White House was "caught by surprise" by the sudden rise of Isil, publicly throwing James Clapper, his Director of National Intelligence, under the bus for failing

The manuscript, a book of 34 religious songs, was given to Henry VIII as a lavish gift from a French diplomat in his early reign. Containing songs referencing Henry and his then-bride Catherine of Aragon, it is considered the most "luxurious" surviving diplomatic gift of its kind. It remained in the Royal Collection after the king´s death, and was later given to the nation

President Obama said the shooting death of a black teen by a white police officer last month in Ferguson, Missouri, exposed the racial divide in the American justice system that “stains the heart of black children.” Speaking at the annual Congressional Black Caucus Foundation dinner in Washington on Saturday night, Mr. Obama said the death of Michael Brown “awakened our nation” to a reality that black citizens already understood. “In too many communities around the country, a gulf of mistrust exists between local residents and law enforcement,” Mr. Obama said. “Too many young men of color feel targeted by law

For President Obama, the color of a man’s skin is far more important than the content of his character. On the night when a police officer was shot in a Missouri town torn by racial strife, the president donned a shiny tuxedo to attend a ritzy black awards dinner, where he said police nationwide are to blame for community mistrust, even claiming that “most Americans” think the country is racist. Remember, when Ferguson exploded in racial rage in August, Mr. Obama chose not to curtail his 15-day vacation, spending day after day on the golf course in the white-skinned, white-wined, millionaire playground

WASHINGTON — The Senate’s minority whip is confident about Republicans being the majority in the 114th Congress — if conservatives can set aside differences and work to combat the massive influx of donor cash that has Democratic campaigns ahead in the money race. Only in the majority, Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) stresses, can conservatives make headway on tamping down overregulation, repealing and replacing Obamacare, securing the “chaotic” border, getting Keystone XL moving, and bringing civilized debate back to the upper chamber. And only by realizing the gravity of the battle for November, he argues, can Republicans relegate Harry Reid (D-Nev.)

The Secret Service was unaware for four days that a man had fired a high-powered rifle at the White House in 2011 in a ´fumbled´ response that left the Obamas furious, says a new report. Officers allegedly performed a string of security lapses after Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez shot at least seven bullets at the executive mansion in Washington from his car. At the time, President Barack Obama, his wife Michelle and their older daughter Malia were not at home, but their younger daughter Sasha and Mrs Obama´s mother, Marian Robinson, were inside. President Obama firmly believes the United States is better off now than when he took office, even though the American people cannot “feel” it. During an interview with 60 Minutes’ Steve Kroft, Obama said, “the country is definitely better off than when I came into office.” “When I came into office, our economy was in crisis,” Obama said. The president then cited lower unemployment, private sector job growth, and deficit cuts as evidence of his administration’s success. “I can put my record against any leader around the world in terms of digging ourselves out of a terrible, almost unprecedented financial crisis,” Obama said. The Justice Department is expected to ban profiling by federal law enforcement. The new rules would ban profiling based on religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation and includes no exemption for national security investigations, the Los Angeles Times reports. Democrats think conservatives in general, and Tea Partiers in particular, are stupid. Here’s how to reinforce that belief: Sit out the 2014 congressional elections because your favorite candidate lost his primary bid to an establishment Republican. If you live in Kansas, for example, you can suck your thumb while Democrat ringer Greg Orman beats Republican Senator Pat Roberts. If you’re a Kentucky conservative, you can stay home and b***h about Mitch while Alison “Rubberstamp” Grimes heads to Washington. If you’re in Mississippi, you can stay mad at Thad and allow Travis “no repeal” Childers to win. That’ll show those RINOs! It
