This Saint Louis report is claiming 11 shots, we can only hear 10 – Previous analysis HERE First volley [6 shots] in a 1-5 sequence lasting 1.8729 seconds {pause and reacquire sequence of 3.024 secs} Second volley [4 shots] in a 1-3 sequence lasting 1.627 seconds (Saint Louis Dispatch) Seven shots. A three-second pause. Four more shots. An audio file obtained by the Post-Dispatch on Tuesday is believed to have captured the shooting of Michael Brown Jr. If authenticated, it would be the first recording of the actual incident to have surfaced since Brown’s death on Aug. 9.

That number of shots in a short timeframe would indicate a very high level of stress.

The article contains the diagram of the wounds on the body from the Baden "autopsy". Note the wounds are all in the right arm and shoulder except for the last wound(s) in the top of the head.

Remember that witnesses said Brown "charged", "bumrushed" Officer Wilson. One LDotter said it was more likely "bull rushed" (football terminology).

Researching "bull rush" you will find that it is a defensive lineman´s move to break up the pocket. It is mostly used by very large, very young players (one site mentioned high school) as older more experienced players learn more refined techniques.

The player crouches, his dominant shoulder forward, and his head is low:

Used primarily by stronger defensive tackles, the bull rush is a simple technique that can be expanded to include more precise technique. Many defensive line coaches teach the bull rush, but do not allow their linemen to practice the it during drills, because of the lack of technique required to execute it. Power and explosion are the only requirements of a good bull rush, and many young players do this naturally.
Leverage
The key to a successful bull rush is leverage. You cannot bull rush standing straight up. Your helmet must be lower than your blocker´s helmet.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/424084-bull-rush-technique-football/

So a 6´4 292 lb. young man, who had recently played high school football, would know all about the bull rush. He would have used it. And in his case, he was said to have had to quit the team because he was hurting the other players, who were smaller than he.

Something to think about when they talk about six wounds. Most in the right arm where they might not have affected his bull rush. The last two in his head that was down.

This is total BS and the Lawyer should be put in jail for fabricating evidence!

Just to put an exclamation point on concerns of witness validity, reliability and/or even stability. Ms. Piaget Crenshaw, the witness who claims she saw Officer Darren Wilson murder Mike Brown, is now claiming she witnessed the Ferguson Police Department burn down a Mike Brown memorial constructed of “candles and plush bears”. It couldn’t be the candles and the Teddy bears came into contact. No, that wouldn’t be nefarious enough for the Ferguson crew.Just like the shooting that spurred the actual memorial itself, Ms. Crenshaw had to quickly ramp up the drama and proclaim it was intentionally set by the Ferguson

Thanks to California water project deliveries, even in a third year of drought its level still fluctuates between 90 to 100% full — ensuring, along with its companion reservoirs, plentiful water for the Los Angeles-area municipalities for the next two years. Representative Mark Sanford of South Carolina surprised the political world on Friday with his announcement that he was ending his engagement to the woman with whom he had an extramarital affair, the revelation of which stunted his rising-star career five years ago. But in interviews last spring, Mr. Sanford and his fiancée, Maria Belen Chapur, indicated that a relationship born in a stew of infidelity, 21st century politics and Twitter-enhanced cable-news sensationalism had, perhaps inevitably, sustained damage. Over the intervening months the relationship collapsed as the two argued over a wedding date, Ms. Chapur said in an interview on Saturday. Ms. Chapur

We’re being had. Again. For six years, President Obama has endeavored to will the country into accepting two pillars of his alternative national-security reality. First, he claims to have dealt decisively with the terrorist threat, rendering it a disparate series of ragtag jayvees. Second, he asserts that the threat is unrelated to Islam, which is innately peaceful, moderate, and opposed to the wanton “violent extremists” who purport to act in its name. Now, the president has been compelled to act against a jihad that has neither ended nor been “decimated.” The jihad, in fact, has inevitably intensified under his counterfactual

When the U.S. military strikes, its leaders often choose colorful code names for the operation that sometimes stick in history, like Operation Overlord or Rolling Thunder or Desert Storm. Not this time. The U.S.-led air campaign against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria doesn´t have a name. "I know of no plans at this point to name it," Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby said Thursday. Since World War II, almost every U.S. military operation, large and small, has had a code name. Political pollsters have a tough job. They have to create formulas to determine if the person they are interviewing is likely to vote, and it is within this calculation that their reputations are made. Typically, those who are likely to vote in an off-year election are pretty set. They are the people who always vote in elections — with some motivated by specific issues. In a wave election, the number of those motivated by specific issues escalates, changing the electoral landscape as the candidates who are beneficiaries of this increased participation sweep to victory. The 2014 election is rapidly looking like something new

Days before Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi warned of terrorist plots on subways in New York City and Paris, a video emerged showing an ISIS shill named Farah Shirdon widening the scope of the threat. “God willing, we will make some attacks in New York soon,” he said in a video interview with Vice News last week. “A lot of brothers are mobilizing there right now.” He vowed that U.S.-based fighters are “mobilizing for a brilliant attack.”
