A Disturbing Pattern: Eight Times
that Democrats Used Court Shenanigans

The indictment of Texas Gov. Rick Perry on August 15, 2014 has drawn criticism from pundits, politicians and papers all over the country. Some Democrats have disavowed the indictment, going as far as to claim that launching courtroom attacks against their opponents in the GOP is just not how Democrats operate. But is that the case? Or have Democrats shown a disturbing pattern of using courtrooms to go after Republicans who pose a threat to them? The following eight cases suggest that Democrats will wield ethics complaints and courtrooms as weapons against Republicans at strategic moments. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison,

Comments:
All of these are horrific cases, but the one that stood out the most to me was the destruction of Jack Ryan when the Democrats got their filthy dirty hands on "sealed" divorce records. If this had not happened and Ryan because an Illinois senator we may have been spared from the suffering and malevolence we are now seeing caused by Barack Hussein Obama.

What about all of the court shenanigans to overturn voter approved constitutional amendments and laws to define marriage between a man and a woman?

Democrats will also do the same things to each other if the target is the "wrong sort" of Democrat. In Travis County it was a curious coincidence how anyone who stood in the way of Ann Richards along her rise to power got in the spotlight of Travis County law enforcement.

The Democrats stole the election to get the SNL goofball the Senate job, twice they have stolen governor elections in Washington, and they tried to steal the 2000 presidential election, and did steal the 1960 presidential election. They are still scheming, a criminal enterprise.

It is a tactic initially employed during the Clinton Impeachment simply called: "Stop cryin´ and start fryin´". Instead of crying about the problem, get off your rear end and start fryin anyone and everyone you can that is standing in the way of victory. Destroy them at any and all costs. Fry them like a piece of fish. Lie about them, make false allegations, manufacture phony charges, plant corruption in the minds of voters and let the dirt and slime fly. Seems to work just fine so far.

An investigative reporter whose private files were illegally seized during a raid on her home will receive $50,000 as part of a settlement with the Department of Homeland Security. Audrey Hudson, an award-winning journalist most recently at the Washington Times, told The Daily Signal she was awoken by her barking dog around 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2013, to discover armed government agents had descended on her property under the cover of darkness. The agents had a search warrant for her husband’s firearms. As they scoured the home, Hudson was read her Miranda rights. While inside Hudson’s house, a U.S. Coast

It only took four years for the feds to finally indict a high-ranking government official at the center of the General Services Administration’s (GSA) scandalous Las Vegas conference that fleeced taxpayers out of a million dollars. The lavish event, held by the GSA for its employees, featured luxury accommodations for staff and their loved ones, fine cuisine, wild parties and expensive gifts. Adding insult to injury, dozens of agency workers were awarded cash bonuses for arranging the outlandish Sin City celebration. Details of this atrocity were featured in a GSA Inspector General report published a few years after the exorbitant 2010

The Obama administration must acknowledge the existence of an independent investigation into former White House senior economics adviser Austan Goolsbee’s alleged unauthorized access to the Koch brother’s tax returns, a court ruled Tuesday. A federal judge ruled the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) must disclose to watchdog group Cause of Action whether records of an investigation exist. Cause of Action filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit after TIGTA refused to confirm or deny the existence of the investigation in what is commonly known as a “Glomar response.” “The court has ruled that the federal government cannot

At this point in his presidency, Barack Obama has an opportunity to build consensus. With Eric Holder’s resignation, he should consider taking this opportunity to mend fences and revive a Cabinet once billed as a “team of rivals.” So how about a Republican for attorney general? I have a candidate in mind: former Solicitor General Ted Olson, who will probably curse me for making the suggestion. No one can argue seriously that Olson lacks the bona fides to serve as attorney general: His name was considered during the tail end of George W. Bush’s second term, and he was shortlisted on

We have the best system of preventative measures in the world but yet at the same time we need to educate the communities, so I think it’s important that we not act in an alarmed fashion but

The Secret Service regularly overlooked examples of agents lying in order to avoid undermining their credibility in court, sources say. The practice allowed agents to continue testifying in court against assailants or potential threats to the president, according to two sources familiar with the practice. At times over the last several years, when an officer’s or agent’s behavior was under review for a potential suspension, top managers would determine that the officer lied about some aspect of the case. But rather than charge them with providing inaccurate information, managers would find some alternative agreement to reduce their punishment, sources said. “It’s a complete culture

An Army intelligence bulletin is warning U.S. military personnel to be vigilant after Islamic State militants called on supporters to scour social media for addresses of their family members – and to “show up [at their homes] and slaughter them." The assessment, obtained by Fox News, came from the Army Threat Integration Center which issues early warnings of criminal and terrorist threats to Army posts worldwide. The advisory warns military personnel and their families about the Islamic State, or ISIS, calling on supporters to target their homes. While there is no independent intelligence to corroborate the ISIS threats, the bulletin recommends more than

President Barack Obama has taken a lot of flack since his Sunday night “60 Minutes” interview, in which he blamed the intelligence community for his failure to tackle the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The Obama administration found itself scrambling on Tuesday to defend President Barack Obama for his lackluster 42% attendance record on daily intelligence briefings, a finding from a new report issued by the non-partisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI). When asked about the GAI revelation on Fox News, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki appeared flustered and unprepared. "Well, I have no validation of those statistics," said Psaki. President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus
