Democracy Alliance Bankrolled
Court-Packing Scheme

Washington Free Beacon, by Alana Goodman

Original Article

A shadowy network of wealthy liberal donors bankrolled an operation to pack one of America’s most powerful courts with progressive judges, according to documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon. Now the effort could prevent an Obamacare challenge from reaching the Supreme Court, legal experts say. The strategy to fill the D.C. Court of Appeals with left-leaning judges was aided by the American Constitution Society, a non-profit group that “promotes a progressive vision of the law.” The ACS is funded in part by the Democracy Alliance, a liberal donor network that funnels millions to a web of dark-money member

Another Left-backed group, I believe also funded by Soros among others, was SOS, Secretary of States, the goal of which is to get as many Secretaries of States into Dem hands.

These people have long-range goals, they never get frightened off, they are indefatigable, they do not change their plans except maybe a bit strategically in order to throw off the opposition.

Why, really, do they hate our Constitutional Republic so much that they want to destroy it? There´s no good reason. It´s evil.

#1, because communists (and other collectivists) can´t control the people if the constitution is adhered to, thus they work to subvert and eliminate it. The only way to stop them for good is to plant them six feet down. There´s a reason the old saying used to be, "The only good communist is a dead communist."
Too many so-called citizens (they like the soft life, but not the responsibilities of being an American citizen) want to pussy-foot around it, but the bottom line is these people mean to have power over you, and they´ll kill as many as it takes to achieve that power. That´s their motivation and what they are willing to do. Which is why only quislings/traitors try to compromise or accommodate them, hoping to be eaten last.

The US Marine Corps plans to deploy 2,300 troops to the Middle East for a new unit designed to quickly respond to crises in the volatile region, the Pentagon said Tuesday. It will include several aircraft and be prepared to move rapidly in the case of "contingencies," Pentagon spokesman Rear Admiral John Kirby told reporters. The idea for the task force originated in 2013 -- before the current US air campaign against the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria -- and was not related "to the ongoing operations in Iraq," Kirby said. A senior Marine Corps officer said last

Remember Outbreak? Good. Now forget about it, because, contrary to popular—and panicky—belief, what happened inthe 1995 disaster film won´t happen in the United States now that the nation has its first-ever case of the Ebola virus. The infected patient, who has not been identified, is being treated at a Dallas hospital, 11 days after he arrived in the U.S. on a commercial flight from Liberia. That country is at the heart of an Ebola outbreak in West Africa, the deadliest since the virus was discovered in 1976. More than 6,200 people have been infected this year, and at

The Obama administration found itself scrambling on Tuesday to defend President Barack Obama for his lackluster 42% attendance record on daily intelligence briefings, a finding from a new report issued by the non-partisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI). When asked about the GAI revelation on Fox News, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki appeared flustered and unprepared. "Well, I have no validation of those statistics," said Psaki. "There are a range of ways that you can get your intelligence briefings on the road, in the White House, and I know that he receives those whenever he can."

In virtually every foreign policy speech or interview the president gives, he reiterates this simple message: His administration will not re-deploy combat troops to Iraq. Instead, he emphasizes the importance of building an international coalition of nations to take the fight to ISIS. This will provide coordinated and targeted air strikes against enemy targets, he argues, as well as much-needed cover and assistance to our allies on the ground. Perhaps not surprisingly, many active duty troops support this strategy: As the tide of war rises again in the Middle East, the military’s rank and file are mostly opposed to expanding the new mission

American schools are scrambling to provide services to the large number of children and teenagers who crossed the border alone in recent months. Unaccompanied minors who made up the summer spike at the border have moved to communities of all sizes, in nearly every state, Federal data indicates, to live with a relative and await immigration decisions. The Supreme Court has ruled that schools have an obligation to educate all students regardless of their immigration status, so schools have become a safe haven for many of the tens of thousands of these young people mostly from central America living in limbo.

The Justice Department also directed Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson to order his officers to follow policy and wear nameplates on their uniforms after federal investigators and residents spotted some with the identifiers removed or covered up. President Barack Obama has taken a lot of flack since his Sunday night “60 Minutes” interview, in which he blamed the intelligence community for his failure to tackle the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. And that is right and proper. Because not only was his excuse of blaming us a lie, but when questioned on his lie, White House press secretary Josh Earnest doubled down with a whole new lie — both of which are easily, publicly proven false. On Sunday, Obama said the intelligence community had underestimated the rise of ISIS, saying in an interview

The quintessential question of Watergate was “what did the President know and when did he know it?” Obamagate, the vast scandal that encompasses an entire presidency, offers a preemptive answer. After skipping 58% of his daily intelligence briefings in Term 1 and 59% of them in Term 2, he went on 60 Minutes and blamed intelligence agencies for being

President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus

HOUSTON, Texas -- Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was found not guilty today by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. This is the highest appellate court in Texas for criminal cases and thus brings DeLay’s political persecution to an end. The court upheld the ruling last year from the Texas 3rd Court of Appeals. That decision tossed out the convictions on money laundering and conspiracy charges. At that time Justice Melissa Goodwin wrote “The fundamental problem with the state´s case was its failure to prove proceeds of criminal activity,” according to a September 19th report on Breitbart News.
