How Al Sharpton is using Obama, Ferguson

Al Sharpton is again working both sides of the street, and it’s paying off for him.As he’s inserted himself into the tense situation in Ferguson, he’s had an assist from none other than the president of the United States. And he continues to bask in the spotlight at MSNBC, where he uses his nightly cable show to advance the causes he fights for as a civil rights activist. But these two roles are increasingly coming into conflict. It happened last year with the killing of Trayvon Martin, and it’s happening again with the death of Michael Brown. He may be influencing the few MSNBC viewers, but way too many people see him as an attention whore, lying weasel that he is.

That´s just my opinion of course...

Maybe the drive-by media should contact Steven Pagones. He was the Assistant District Attorney in Dutchess County, New York who was accused in 1987 by Tawana Brawley of raping her. It was all a LIE, of course, which cost Pagones years of grief and his first marriage.

Sharpton is Obama without the fancy Harvard Law Degree. They are of the same mindset. Blacks are always innocent. Whites are always guilty. The world owes them. These are the ties that bind these two charlatans together. Obama has just climbed up higher on the ladder, but he´s giving a hands up to his like-minded buddy.

A question every patriotic, loyal American should be asking Bill Gates and the MSNBC Board of Directors---Why are you paying this seditious race-baiting racketeer who belongs in Sing Sing, Alfred C. Sharpton, Jr., a substantial seven figures annually to spew his racial hatred across the airwaves of America, seven days a week?

If we ran a contest for the world’s most despicable human being, Al Sharpton would have a good chance to win. Only in America today can someone fan the flames of race riot and then the same day hurry back to his so-called news program to cover the results.

He walks like a man who talks like a pimp, ruins lives and never been held accountable for the Tawana Brawley mess that included destroying a man´s life. Qua speech, Barack Obama’s address Wednesday on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria was surprisingly terrible: a disorganized mess, insincere and unconvincing. To appreciate just how bad and bizarre it was, compare the president’s speech announcing a new air campaign in Iraq and Syria to Dwight Eisenhower’s 1958 statement on his decision to intervene in Lebanon with 14,000—14,000!—troops. The statement contains no chest-thumping about America’s leadership in science and medicine. No pivot to the auto industry and medical research. Eisenhower simply explained what had been done, and why.

Some Capitol Hill lawmakers are baffled. What does President Obama want from Congress as he begins the U.S. military escalation in Iraq and Syria? The question wasn´t answered by the president´s much-anticipated speech Wednesday night. First, Obama seemed to tell Congress to mind its own business. "I have the authority to address the threat from ISIL," he said, indicating he didn´t need or want any permission from the legislative branch to fight the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. Then Obama added, "But I believe we are strongest as a nation when the president and Congress work together. With his address to the nation Wednesday evening, President Obama revealed that he is a leader in deep denial about the threat the United States faces, and about the steps that are necessary to deal with it. In his remarks, Obama offered up a series of delusions, each of which point to the ultimate defeat of the United States in the war he has embarked upon. Delusion #1: Obama still thinks ISIS is the JV team. Here’s how he began his speech: We can’t erase every trace of evil from the world, and small groups of killers have the capacity to do great harm. The left front foot wide open, out of the box until the last moment, and the cop-at-a-crossing right hand ritually lifted astern until the foot swings shut. President Obama just announced that he is bringing a counter-terrorism strategy to an insurgency fight. He was at pains to repeat the phrase “counter-terror” four times in a short speech. Noting that ISIL is not a state (partly because the international community thankfully does not recognize it), he declared, “ISIL is a terrorist organization, pure and simple. And it has no vision other than the slaughter of all who stand in its way.” Neither of those sentences, unfortunately, is true.
