The Center for Immigration Studies has tracked down the names of the cities and towns associated with the 169 criminal immigrants the Obama administration released last year. In an analysis of the data by CIS’ director of policy studies Jessica Vaughan, obtained in advance of its publication by Breitbart News, Vaughan broke down the cities and states in which the zip codes land. Thursday, Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley released a recent letter from Immigration and Customs Enforcement revealing the zip codes of most of the 169 immigrants convicted of homicide-related crimes who were awaiting deportation proceedings but released

Harmless children, right? Humanitarian aid, right? Where has all the bleeding heart liberalism gotten America at this point? Liberalism is toxic.

I guess the smart thing for most violent illegal immigrants would be to avoid any chance of becoming a citizen. Otherwise, as a citizen, they would have to go to jail for murder.

The only motive I can imagine for this administration´s approval of the release of murderers and rapist, combined with the open border is the goal of anarchy.
The far left fantasizes of the day when our country will be in chaos and will embrace a big government for protection. They don´t understand middle America, and they especially don´t understand Texans.

According to the CIS page linked in the Breitbart article, we have judges and lawmakers to blame as well.

If a receiving country does not cooperate, that is, agree to let the murderers back in, US law does not provide for continued incarceration.

I don´t know what the answer to that is. Most countries don´t really care about people´s lives, so there is a collective shrug.

There may not be leverage for anything other than release, especially given what I call the mass-suicidal impulse of the left in the United States. (Death penalty if a country won´t take them back: ain´t gonna happen, and I´m not saying I would support it. It´s just an option.)

My understanding #1 is that illegals are convicted and serve time just like everyone else. The problem arises because ICE hasn´t utilized the time they were sitting in jail to work through the details of deportation. Once they have been turned back over to ICE, the clock is ticking. Add to that the decision by California County jails to simultaneously release the convicted felon and notify ICE. Apparently ICE was trying to get an additional couple of weeks detention by leaving them in County facilities.

Off the hook here in Idaho, we grow our own. Just last week one illegal got arrested for beating his girlfriend to death with a hammer and burying her in a cornfield. Pretty dumb considering it´s harvest time.

Military to allow undocumented

A small number of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. will have an opportunity to join the military for the first time in decades under a new Department of Defense policy unveiled Thursday. The new rules will expand an existing program allowing recruiters to target foreign nationals with high-demand skills, mostly rare foreign language expertise or specialized health care training. For the first time, the program — known as Military Accessions in the National Interest, or MAVNI — will be open to immigrants without a proper visa if they came to the U.S. with their parents before age 16.

These days I live in a state of almost continual amazement, bedazzled by the things progressives believe. Earlier this week the New York Times had to print a correction which is probably the number one all time winner in a long line of their recent corrections: “Correction: September 8, 2014 An earlier version of a summary that appeared with this article misstated the former title of Dick Cheney. He was vice president, not president.” Seriously, someone was hired to and does write for the major progressive publication in America who thought that Dick Cheney had been our president.

He’s scheduled to be briefed by Attorney General Eric Holder on the situation in Ferguson early this afternoon. For President Obama, the color of a man’s skin is far more important than the content of his character. On the night when a police officer was shot in a Missouri town torn by racial strife, the president donned a shiny tuxedo to attend a ritzy black awards dinner, where he said police nationwide are to blame for community mistrust, even claiming that “most Americans” think the country is racist.
