Gallup: Immigration More Important
Than Obamacare to Republican Voters

Breitbart, by Matthew Boyle

Original Article

Posted By:M2, 8/23/2014 11:29:03 AM

A new poll from Gallup has found that Republican voters think the immigration woe facing America is the most important issue in the country. Of Republicans and Republican-leaning voters, the Gallup poll found that 22 percent believe immigration is the “most important problem” in America. Republicans rank the issue as more important than dysfunctional government, the economy, unemployment and healthcare—for which 20 percent, 17 percent, 12 percent, and 9 percent, respectively, said it was the most important.

Comments:
Obamacare can be more easily dissected and made less harmful. But open borders get millions of Democrat votes in perpetuity, which would destroy any opposition liberals have. The destruction of the GOP, impotent as it sometimes appears, is the goal of liberals, and immigration is how it gets done.

If all the illegal aliens here now, mostly all poor and uneducated people, are granted amnesty and are allowed to bring their foreign relatives here in unlimited numbers, with all being put on a liberal Democrat designed and run path to citizenship, it will not be long before the Republicans will not have any chance to win presidential elections or control the Congress as the Democrats will pick up tens of millions of new foreign born socialist oriented voters in the years ahead. As you can see Republicans have a big reason to consider illegal immigration and how it is dealt with to be a very serious topic of concern.

Agree that immigration is the more important issue.

Obamacare seems to be falling apart on its own. Someday, it will have to be put out of its misery.

These days I live in a state of almost continual amazement, bedazzled by the things progressives believe. Earlier this week the New York Times had to print a correction which is probably the number one all time winner in a long line of their recent corrections: “Correction: September 8, 2014 An earlier version of a summary that appeared with this article misstated the former title of Dick Cheney. He was vice president, not president.” Seriously, someone was hired to and does write for the major progressive publication in America who thought that Dick Cheney had been our president.

The Center for Immigration Studies has tracked down the names of the cities and towns associated with the 169 criminal immigrants the Obama administration released last year. In an analysis of the data by CIS’ director of policy studies Jessica Vaughan, obtained in advance of its publication by Breitbart News, Vaughan broke down the cities and states in which the zip codes land. Thursday, Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley released a recent letter from Immigration and Customs Enforcement revealing the zip codes of most of the 169 immigrants convicted of homicide-related crimes who were awaiting deportation proceedings but released

President Obama is back at the White House today on a pre-scheduled break from his August vacation in Martha’s Vineyard. He’s scheduled to be briefed by Attorney General Eric Holder on the situation in Ferguson early this afternoon. Holder and the administration have been critical of the militarized response to protests in Ferguson.

It was once said, “religion is designed to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable.” Jesus’ parables – short stories with moral lessons – were likewise designed to afflict, to draw us in but leave us uncomfortable. These teachings can be read as being about divine love and salvation, sure. But, their first listeners – first century Jews in Galilee and Judea – heard much more challenging messages. Only when we hear the parables as Jesus’ own audience did can we fully experience their power and find ourselves surprised and challenged today. Here are four examples of Jesus’ teachings that everybody gets wrong: 1.

I know a lot of people are giddy at the prospect of Republicans taking the Senate this November, but that’s becoming less and less likely. It’s not because Democrats are rallying around a particular mission or set of candidates; it’s because Republicans and conservatives aren’t. It seems like I’m always writing on issues no one wants to hear are mistakes, such as messaging or social issues. But I don’t care. These things have to be said. If these columns are received like a gaseous cousin on a long car trip through the desert, so be it. Crack a window… If things continue on their current course, the GOP will not retake the Senate.

Washington - The Secret Service is coming under intense scrutiny after a man who hopped the White House fence made it all the way through the front door before being apprehended. President Barack Obama and his daughters had just departed the White House on Friday evening when an intruder scaled the north fence, darted across the lawn and into the presidential residence, where agents nabbed him. The security breach triggered a rare evacuation of much of the White House, with Secret Service officers drawing their guns as they rushed staffers and journalists out a side door.

Three and a half months have come and gone and the Pentagon has offered no clarity on what happened to alleged Army deserter and Taliban collaborator Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Fellow soldiers and other critics fear the military’s now-delayed investigation is shaping up to be a whitewash. The case has become a political powder keg for President Obama. Since he traded five imprisoned Taliban leaders for Bergdahl, the US Government Accountability Office has declared the swap illegal, and nearly two dozen House Democrats have joined Republicans in officially condemning the move for making “Americans less safe.”

SALEM, N.H. — Voters have soured on President Obama. National and statewide trends favor Republicans. And here in his new home state, Scott Brown’s truck is gaining speed. Analysts and recent polls have found Brown closing in on US Senator Jeanne Shaheen, the Democratic incumbent he is vying to unseat, in a race that has become increasingly nasty and expensive. Once largely dismissed by critics as an unlikely second act in a state he moved to only last year, Brown’s Senate bid is increasingly seen as a plausible path back to the US Capitol. Observers see a race that may be largely determined
