We accepted it; step by step. We still do. We are getting more agitated but still they push and still we back up. It´s a mess now. It wont be easy. At some point we will start electing representatives that will take a stand and push back. They will impeach those, judges for example and agency heads for another, who are there to subvert.

I am an old geezer, but I remember when it was required that the teacher read a passage from the Bible before the class started for the day. All the religious Christmas Carols were sang in the School Christmas play. Students were much better behaved and school shootings were unheard of. All the boys carried a jackknife and no one was ever stabbed.

If I were a young person today, I would not fight for this country, much less be a law enforcement officer. Fight for what? Can´t say the word GOD, and we´re supposed to believe we´re free? Illegals (criminals) pouring into the country at the invitation of the CIC? For no other purpose but to destroy it´s very foundation and secure more votes for the CPUSA (DemonRATS)?

The students should start each day singing God Bless America.

#1 is right. We allowed this to happen, step by step, by not fighting back to these assaults on our freedom our society´s values right from the start. As is always the case, if you do not confront a problem when it´s small, it just grows worse and more difficult to control over time. Now we are faced with having to undo years of social disintegration at the hands of the antisocial elements in our country. It won´t be easy to undo the damage, because these people will certainly fight tooth and nail to continue their destructive ways. It is a battle we must win or else see our country slide further into the pit.

In early June 1964, a group of Republican governors sought to wrestle control of their party from Barry Goldwater, the Arizona conservative who was about to lead the GOP to one of the most crushing defeats in its history. The governors saw a disaster in the making, and sought a moderate candidate who could capture the imaginations of grassroots Republicans—but also beat President Lyndon Johnson in the general election. Led by Ohio’s James Rhodes—the Republican Governors Association was meeting in Cleveland, and Rhodes was a legendary vote counter—the group included Pennsylvania’s William Scranton and later New York’s Nelson Rockefeller. It was once said, “religion is designed to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable.” Jesus’ parables – short stories with moral lessons – were likewise designed to afflict, to draw us in but leave us uncomfortable. These teachings can be read as being about divine love and salvation, sure. But, their first listeners – first century Jews in Galilee and Judea – heard much more challenging messages. Only when we hear the parables as Jesus’ own audience did can we fully experience their power and find ourselves surprised and challenged today. Here are four examples of Jesus’ teachings that everybody gets wrong: 1.

Domestic violence, also known as intimate partner violence, is defined as the physical, sexual or psychological harm caused by the current or former intimate partner. Since the 1970s, concern regarding the issue began in response to the women´s movement. Most of the traditional studies looked at the abuse women faced from men in heterosexual relationships. But, the latest study by Northwestern Medicine scientists found that domestic violence is more common among same-sex couples and excess stress raises the risk of this abuse.
