Journalist Foley, Calls Murder
Retaliation for U.S. Airstrikes

The Islamic State’s official media just released a graphic video showing the beheading of American journalist James Foley, who was taken in northwest Syria on Thanksgiving Day 2012. The ISIS terrorist in the video says that the beheading is revenge for President Obama’s recent airstrikes on ISIS targets in Iraq. The video, viewed in full by PJM, begins with a snippet of Obama speaking about the strikes, then shifts to images of the strikes with a title that reads, “American Aggression Against the Islamic State.” The title card then says a “A Message to America.” Foley, with a shaved head, was

I guess the LSM isn´t allowed to report this yet, on orders from the WH. I don´t know what´s scarier, the fact that the guy has been so visciously murdered, or that the ever obedient state media won´t report it till they´ve been given the ok.

Don´t expect much concern from most Americans. After all, a decade after we saw what radical Islam was like on 9-11-2001, we placed a Muslim in the White House.

The sooner these monsters are eliminated the better; all of them. But we have a president that doesn´t know right from wrong; so when evil shows it´s face, he doesn´t know it´s evil and does nothing... of very little.

But a touch chilly in the evenings, so Smidgen might need a sweater.

Excuse me while I go cry my eyes for James Foley and his family, and scream in rage at the piece of crap who caused this.

What does God think of this??

Obama will have nothing to say because his brothers did it. Obama is such a disgrace he no longer bothers facing the American people because he hates them, has betrayed them, and wants American ruined. But he is half black, so it doesn´t matter, and Republicans will keep writing the checks.

Old Testament, "Eye for an eye, etc." We should establish a fund so that the James Foley family can go down to the center of their town, grab a muslim as he walks down the street and behead him. Maybe give them a chainsaw and do it American style. That sounds real awful...but ask the Foleys.
And we may not be too far from this point. Yes, and we need to pray to our God and ask His help to save we Christians and Jews.

This ought to be the last hostage these maggots ever take. Foley went along with them, did what they said, allowed them to shave his head, read their stupid placards - and got beheaded anyway. The next American they try to grab needs to know his best recourse is to take a maggot down with him, fight them tooth and claw, tear off a few bodily organs, fight like a tiger all the way to the end because these maggots kill no matter how much anyone cooperates. There´s no reward for cooperation, so at a minimum gouge an eye out on the way out.

Obama was eager to declare a quick victory and leave Iraq again but the barbaric ISIS pulls this stunt to keep the US in Iraq. Obama built his campaign and career on getting out of Iraq. It was the wrong war. This is disgusting but somehow fitting. Each side forces the other to do what they don´t want to do. Why were the compliant media safe till now amid all the ISIS carnage in iraq ?

You can´t kill them all. They will pop up again in a new form. They are sustained by an idea. You can´t kill an idea. They are not like your traditional military unit with a central authority behind it. They are like pods here and there, all feeding off dogma and revenge.

The thing that I suspect is happening is that they are getting desperate as the recent strikes are driving them back from what they crave more than anything else - territory. Territory, territory, territory - once you deny them territory, they have no footing on which to affix themselves.

It appears from other reports that Foley was selected because he exposed Islamist barbarity and the suffering of people living under their control. In response ISIS puts up a video of his killing to take control of US policy! They need to make up their minds, do they want to highlight their barbarity to terrorize others or hide it to win friends? Their extremes of barbarity show weakness not strength while destroying "the religion of peace" meme!

They´re here.

Foley was beheaded by a Jihadi from the UK. That´s why Cameron cut short his vacation.

Note to world. The US was not founded to include Muslims even though there are many who want to live in peace. Harsh words but true. Unfortunately, there are many more who look at the teachings of the Koran as paramount to our Constitution.

With everything that is going on I still question the decision in 1965 by Democrats (Ted Kennedy) to begin allowing people from all corners of the world into the country. Instead of only allowing people who would benefit our society they began a quota system. Since then we have a more Balkanized society. Just my opinion.

What is amazing is that this journalist was held prisoner for almost two years. Nothing was done by the POTUS and nothing will be done now. The only good that might come out of this whole ugly episode will be when the lap-dog national press corps comes to realize that Obie doesn´t give a crap about them. They now know they could be next and he couldn´t care less!

I disagree with #25- you really can kill them all. It´s merely that we lack the motivation. We have the tools to get the job done, and done quite well. We just don´t have the nerve.

It´s the idea of what we would believe ourselves to be after that stops us. In short, we would rather be dead and extinct as a culture than be a surviving barbaric culture.

We will self extinguish, but, with class, with a martini in one hand and a copy of the NY Times in the other.

A young American journalist is boldly beheaded by Islamist thugs from a new Islamic ‘state’ and a young policeman is attacked here by a fearless home-grown thug.

While seemingly unrelated, these acts are indeed connected - they are the result of the current President’s regular and aloof dismissal of the principled rules of moral and ethical conduct that we embraced and have held dear since our nation’s inception.

There aren’t words to describe the vile and disgusting situations in which we now find ourselves.

He was raised a Muslim. His early college friends were Muslim. His father and stepfather were Muslim. All of his extended family are Sunni Muslims. To say that he may have mixed loyalties would be an understatement.

He may surprise me but I don´t expect much from him in the way of a strong sustained reaction. As a matter of fact it would be highly unlikely. Now if they were white Christians...

The Obama administration sought Friday to tamp down fears of an Ebola outbreak within the U.S., making the case that America’s infrastructure and health care systems set it apart from the horrific scenes coming out of West Africa, even as a confirmed case in Dallas and recent scares in the nation’s capital prompt fears of a domestic problem. “The United States is prepared to deal with the crisis,” Lisa Monaco, homeland security adviser to President Obama, told reporters at a White House briefing on the response to the deadly virus. At the same time, officials said they understood the alarm

The U.S. economy is back on solid ground six years after the Great Recession, new data showed Friday, but President Obama and other Democrats are struggling to convince voters ahead of the midterm elections that they deserve the credit for the rebound. The government reported that the unemployment rate dropped to 5.9 percent in September, the lowest level since the dark days of the 2008 financial crisis. Job growth surged to 248,000 in what was the final snapshot of the nation’s labor market before voters head to the polls in November. Obama on Friday seized on the numbers, pleading with

The case has not been confirmed, but the number of similar incidents around the country and a confirmed Ebola patient in Dallas have spurred concerns about whether U.S. hospitals are as prepared to deal with the virus as federal officials insist they are. Since July, hospitals around the country have reported more than 100 cases involving Ebola-like symptoms to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, officials there said. MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker is casting himself as a turnaround artist, seeking re-election with a pitch to voters that he revamped the state’s spending and business climate in just four years. For a governor with presidential aspirations, it’s a case he’s likely preparing for a national audience as well — but first he’ll have to get through a tighter-than-expected re-election race against Democrat Mary Burke, a former state secretary of commerce. As if that wasn’t enough, analysts say that his race could also say a lot about the political strength of labor unions, given that they’ve made defeating

You can win midterm elections without a positive agenda. You can’t win presidential elections that way. It is therefore vitally important for Republicans to win the Senate in 2014. Here’s why. In midterms, it’s all right to be the party of no. The 2010 election, for example, was a referendum on the liberal overreach of the first two Obama years. Result? A Democratic “shellacking,” said President Obama. The massive stimulus, (the failed) cap-and-trade and Obamacare created a major backlash that cost Obama the House and, with it, the rest of his ideological agenda. It’s been blocked ever since. As the Ebola virus spread quickly across parts of Africa in March, U.S. officials confronted a logistical nightmare: a complete lack of infrastructure in affected regions, no evacuation plans and air charter services that were unable or unwilling to fly into the region to transport seriously ill patients. And it turns out there’s only one jet in the world — operated by a small private plane charter company in Georgia — with a special transport tube that allows medical personnel to treat Ebola patients while in flight. The Atlanta-based Centers for Disease and Prevention helped develop the “air transport bio-containment

Despite national guidelines for evaluating potential Ebola cases and worldwide awareness of an epidemic that has killed thousands in West Africa, a man who later tested positive for the disease was released from a Dallas hospital even though he said he had traveled to Texas from Liberia. The man returned two days later and was placed in isolation before he became the first person ever diagnosed with Ebola in the United States. But as a result of this lapse, Thomas Duncan was able to leave the hospital and interact with more people while experiencing symptoms, which is when the virus

After first Ebola case, red

The confirmation Tuesday of the first Ebola case on U.S. soil emerges against a backdrop of increasing concern in America’s medical community that preparedness for a pandemic has stagnated or slipped in recent years because of tough economic times and increasing malaise since the 2001 anthrax threat. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, America’s premier disease fighter, offered the air of confidence in declaring that the first Ebola patient in Dallas was carefully contained. But earlier this year, it sounded less optimistic about the U.S. health system’s ability to fight a pandemic should a major disease outbreak occur.

In her just-released memoir, 27 year-old "Girls" star Lena Dunham claims that as a 19 year-old Oberlin College student in Ohio, she was raped by a college Republican. In the first chapter that addresses the encounter, Dunham describes the "ill-fated evening of lovemaking" as awkward and hollow. The most sensational moment comes from the fact that "Barry" wasn´t wearing a condom. In the next chapter, Dunham backtracks with the claim that she´s an "unreliable narrator" and accuses "Barry" of rape: [I]n another essay in this book I describe a sexual encounter with a mustachioed campus Republican as the upsetting but

A recently retired Secret Service agent told MailOnline on Thursday that former director Julia Pierson´s resignation will be welcomed by the agency´s rank-and-file because ´people in the service thought she was a joke from Day One.´ He attributed her swift fall from grace to a cadre of ´p***ed off agents who had had enough´ of feeling disrespected by the service´s first female director. ´Putting her in charge was part of the [Obama] administration´s push to feminize the service after the "hookergate" nightmare,´ the agent said, referring to agents who were fired after patronizing prostitutes during a security-check trip to Colombia

Deadly, irrational, and determined, the intruder snuck across a weakened perimeter. Eluding capture, the intruder was detained only after missteps and close calls. The spin began soon after the threat was isolated. Information was selectively leaked. Half-truths and untruths were uttered. Responsibility was avoided; privileges and credentials asserted; authority reasserted. Trust us. Remain calm. Don’t panic. This is the template of recent events. A mental case jumps the White House fence. He makes it to the East Room before he’s tackled by an off-duty Secret Service agent. Initial statements turn out to be misleading or false. President Obama was at Northwestern University on Thursday to deliver an economic speech that, he and his team hoped, would lay out the case for why the public is better off today than they were six years ago -- even if they didn´t feel it in their everday lives. Instead, Obama just gave every Republican ad-maker in the country more fodder for negative ads linking Democratic candidates to him. Here are the four sentences that will draw all of the attention (they come more than two thirds of the way through the speech): "I am not on the ballot this

A recent fight between Rosie O´Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg has producers at The View looking to add a cool-down room for the ladies. After being cut off by Goldberg during an episode last week so the show could go to commercial, O´Donnell began to express how upset she was and, after being told repeatedly by Goldberg it was not the right time to have that discussion, eventually got cursed out by the Oscar winner. Goldberg told O´Donnell, ´F*** it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don´t want to listen. If you want to go there Rosie,

A presidential defeat isn’t an easy thing to bounce back from. And Mitt Romney did it twice. So it was understandable that after he lost the presidential race in 2012, he was adamant about closing the door to the possibility of a third campaign. But recently, speculation is whirling that Romney may not be so adamant anymore. When asked if he was running in a New York Times interview published earlier this week, Romney said : “I have nothing to add to the story. We’ve got a lot of people looking at the race,” he said. “We’ll see what happens.” That response, which

Meghan McCain joined the dog pile on the Secret Service this week, saying she’s had “nothing but horrible experiences" with the agency and likening the agents to “glorified mall cops.” The 29-year-old author and television personality, who is also the daughter of former GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), opened up on Pivot’s “TakePart Live” about some of her interactions with the Secret Service. "I have nothing but horrible experiences with the Secret Service,” McCain said. “One of my friends called them glorified mall cops and I don´t think that´s terribly far off. I found them cliquey. WASHINGTON — Representative Elijah E. Cummings of Maryland was at the grocery store the other day when he ran into an elderly black woman who expressed growing concern about President Obama’s safety. Why, she asked, wasn’t he being better protected by his Secret Service agents? The furor that led to this week’s resignation of the director of the Secret Service resonated deeply among blacks, outraged that those supposed to be guarding the first black president were somehow falling down on the job — and suspicious even without evidence that it may be deliberate. “It is something that is widespread in

Go to a grocery store in California and buy all the milk, eggs and vegetables you want. But there’s one thing you won’t find at the checkout line, beginning July 1, 2015: Plastic bags to carry your stuff home. Gov. Jerry Brown (D) on Tuesday signed into law a ban on single-use plastic bags, making California the first state to prohibit stores from using the ubiquitous carry-alls. Shoppers will be charged 10 cents for every paper bag and heavy-duty plastic bag they use. “This bill is a step in the right direction,” Brown said in a press release announcing his approval. “It

The hawkish Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina says he is thinking about running for president in 2016. In an interview with Stephen Hayes of the Weekly Standard, the senator, running for re-election to the Senate this year, said: “If I get through my general election, if nobody steps up in the presidential mix, if nobody’s out there talking — me and McCain have been talking — I may just jump in to get to make these arguments,” Graham said. Graham, 59, also dismissed Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, 43, as a presidential candidate, saying he is too young. “He’s a good

Speaking at a Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors event last night, Hillary Clinton decided to talk about Alexis de Tocqueville. The problem? She got it wrong -- by about a hundred years. "There´s a wonderful phrase that was first used by Alexis de Tocqueville, who came to the United States in the very early 1930s and traveled around our country," said Hillary Clinton, a probable 2016 presidential candidate. "And he was so amazed at how Americans organized themselves -- you know, coming from aristocratic Europe, which was totally top-down and hierarchical -- he couldn´t believe how many of us were joiners.
