Obama on Ferguson: ‘I Have to Be
Careful About Not Pre-Judging Events’

Mediaite, by Tina Nguyen

While Barack Obama may have his own personal feelings towards the death of Michael Brown and the deterioration of order in Ferguson, Mo., he took pains during his press conference today to stress that he is, first and foremost, the President of the United States, and that the investigation in Brown’s death is still in progress. “I have to be very careful about not prejudging events before these investigations are completed, because these are issues of local jurisdiction,” he said during a Q&A during a press conference, in which he announced that he was sending Attorney General Eric Holder to

Comments:
Uh huh. Obama says: "I have to make sure I don’t look like I’m putting my thumb on the scales one way or the other.” And sending Eric Holder down there doesn´t do that. s/o Holder and Obama have a specific agenda and we all know it, except the media of course.

Gee, he told another lie. No shock there.

But that at least this lie shows some intelligence is a big shock.

Hopefully he learned something from the Treyvon Martin disaster, and that is why he didn´t say that Mr. Brown looks like his son...

So pre judging events includes sending the AG of the USA down to St. Louis and taking over a local, LOCAl, event investigation so the the full and unchecked power of the Federal gooberment can be brought to bear. Its not like unlimited power and money that the Feds bring could influence the outcome, right Obambi?

Some of these top investigative reporters, like Sheryl Atkisson, need to be watching the money; especially to which community agitations/organization groups it goes. Waiting to hear that report, but not holding my breath because this administration has raised stonewalling to a high art.

Obama says, The autopsies will continue till we can prove that racist whitey cop executed that "Gentle Giant" in cold blood.

Obama goes on to say that I don´t want to tip the scales of justice but if I had a son it would look just like Mooch, I mean my dear wife.

It´s not clear whether Dear Leader is referring to the prejudiced bigots who can denounce a "typical white person" or who joke about bitter clingers, perhaps at a beer summit. But you didn´t build that, and at some point you´ve made enough money. That is, if you´ve survived a man-caused disaster, or maybe some workplace violence caused by pre-traumatic stress syndrome totally unrelated to the religion of peace.

Being as the White House has never before been such a hotbed of seething prejudice (against normal, decent Americans) we cannot even take Dear Leader´s statement as satirical farce.

This statement by him merely proves that he knows the cop did what he had to do. His people had to admit to him that the kid brought on his own death and there are many witnesses ready to tell the truth of what happened. This statement is his way of backing away from his previous statements.

Now we´re talking Ferguson, Missouri instead of ISIS in Iraq or the border invasion (both directly attributable to Obama action/inaction) or IRS political abuse or NSA spying or the mounting debt or how truly awful health care will get under Obamacare or Benghazi or the swap of one deserter for 5 head terrorists.
So it´s working - even if it´s not 100% helpful to Obama/Pelosi/Reid - Ferguson takes talk of all their myriad failures off the airwaves and news pages.

The Obama administration is ramping up its response to West Africa´s Ebola crisis, preparing to assign 3,000 U.S. military personnel to the afflicted region to supply medical and logistical support to overwhelmed local health care systems and to boost the number of beds needed to isolate and treat victims of the epidemic. In early June 1964, a group of Republican governors sought to wrestle control of their party from Barry Goldwater, the Arizona conservative who was about to lead the GOP to one of the most crushing defeats in its history. The governors saw a disaster in the making, and sought a moderate candidate who could capture the imaginations of grassroots Republicans—but also beat President Lyndon Johnson in the general election. Led by Ohio’s James Rhodes—the Republican Governors Association was meeting in Cleveland, and Rhodes was a legendary vote counter—the group included Pennsylvania’s William Scranton and later New York’s Nelson Rockefeller. The Obama administration is preparing to introduce major steps to phase out production of a popular chemical coolant used in refrigerators and air conditioners, citing growing evidence that the substance is contributing to the warming of the planet. The White House will announce on Tuesday a series of voluntary commitments by some of the country’s largest chemical firms and retailers to move rapidly away from R-134a and similar compounds used in nearly every office, home and automobile in the country, according to current and former U.S. officials familiar with the effort. The administration is simultaneously stepping up diplomatic efforts to

Hundreds of Ferguson protesters and local far left activists packed the St. Louis County Council meeting last night in Clayton, demanding action in the Michael Brown shooting case. Brown was shot dead in Ferguson, Missouri on August 9, 2014 after he robbed a local Ferguson convenience store. Brown reportedly smashed police officer Darren Wilson in the face, severely injuring Wilson, before he was shot dead. Protesters threatened continued rioting and violence if Officer Wilson is let off. (Tweet) The mob told Councilman Steve Stenger that he has until noon on Wednesday to denounce County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch, who endorsed Stenger’s

Bill Clinton never inhaled. Rush Limbaugh says he never smoked it. Marco Rubio won´t answer whether he ever did smoke pot but Sarah Palin admitted she smoked it in her youth and didn´t like it. Those pushing to have more states legalize marijuana consider this drug rather harmless, medically beneficial and liberal politicians consider this issue one that will attract voters. I don´t blame Rubio for not discussing whether he indulged n his youth or not. He is a public official with young children and carries a different responsibility than the rest of us. My own experience with marijuana was somewhat similar

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand dropped an f-bomb during an interview Monday, while trashing a loudmouth male colleague who criticized her weight. The New York Democrat said she was enraged when the politician had the gall to tell her she was too fat to win election after giving birth to her second child. “I had to just sit there and talk to him,” Gillibrand said in the interview, posted on the Huffington Post. “I switched the subject and I didn’t hear another word he said, but I wasn’t in a place where I could tell him to go f–k himself.”

Just call her a pit bull without lipstick! Sarah Palin is proving she has a sense of humor about the makeup-free photos that surfaced this week. On Monday, the 50-year-old politician was photographed by paparazzi looking fresh-faced without any cosmetics on. But instead of getting mad about the slyly snapped no-makeup shots, the former Alaska governor took to Facebook to joke about the incident. "Feel bad for the poor paparazzi hounding outside my truck this morning hoping to capture a tabloid ‘exclusive´ of me coming out of Bikram Hot Yoga. How about we take away their ‘exclusive´ and I´ll give

Bill Cosby played the devoted father and loving family man on television for years, but off camera, Mr. Nice Guy had a volatile temper, played the Hollywood big shot and was a hard-partying philanderer. With riches and success, Cosby indulged himself in illicit affairs in Las Vegas and partied with abandon in Los Angeles with celebrity swingers and Playboy bunnies at Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion, while his wife Camille was ensconced in their home. Cosby´s world came crashing down when an old lover from the summer of 1975, Shawn Berkes, approached him with a child she claimed was his and
