Second Base – Mike Brown’s Mom
Lesley McSpadden Announces:
“All We Want Is An Arrest”…

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

Posted By:Emerson, 8/18/2014 9:12:23 PM

Right on cue Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks drag Lesley McSpadden, the mother of Mike Brown, in front of GMA to outline the next request/step in the scheme. In 2012 Benjamin Crump described getting the arrest as “getting to second base”. Second base is the arrest. “All we want is an arrest”. (Snip) Once they get to Second Base (The Arrest) a financial hurdle will have been removed, as the arrest will suffice for probable cause of a wrongful death claim. Third Base is positioning the trial which puts pressure on the insurance companies to settle prior to a verdict. Home Plate

Comments:
Home Plate is the settlement check from the insurance company(ies). The trial verdict is immaterial.

Carefully choreographed - actually formulaic - by Crump et al. It´s worked before, it will work again.

Gee, how funny. What civilized people who believe in the Constitution want is for the facts to be investigated and the appropriate outcome to happen.

But, hey, mob justice works so much better for some people...

I´m assuming they are demanding that the policeman involved in the shooting be arrested for being a white policeman. No one knows at this time if the policeman is guilty of anything or if he should even be arrested. No one knows what that charge might be but he must be arrested, put in jail and visited by all the inmates who have been given brass knuckles. These people are unbelievable. Their son is a thug and a good man protecting himself and the community has been judged and found guilty before we know any of the facts.

The mob and media think our justice system is a fast food operation, should have been an arrest, trial, and conviction already. Cool it. And since when does the federal government stick their noses into local investigations? What a circus and overreaction. Obama and Holder are total fools.

True justice would be determining Darren Wilson acted in self-defense, but the other miscreant, by virtue of engaging in a crime--strong arm theft--is culpable in the death because someone heard him encourage Michael to charge at the policeman.

Oh, yeah, citing the precedent of Trayvon Marin, the municipality, police department and their insurance company should delay any consideration of a "wrongful death settlement" until the investigation is completed.

In a nearly 300-page treatise on what´s wrong with Olive Garden and its management, investor Starboard Value suggests the Italian restaurant chain is being reckless with its unlimited breadsticks. The hedge fund notes the chain´s official policy is to bring out one breadstick per customer at a time, plus an extra for the table. But Starboard says servers bring out more than that, leading to waste — and cold breadsticks. This black victim they claim proves there was no racial animus attached to the attack.
