FERGUSON, Mo. – As the remains of Michael Brown have been turned over to his family, several have offered and raised funding to help with the funeral arrangements. More than 2,900 people have donated to the Michael Brown Memorial Fund, which was established by Benjamin Crump, family attorney for Brown´s parents, on GoFundMe. The account has raised more than $66,100 with a goal of $80,000. Several of those who have donated have contributed small amounts such as $10 and $15. The largest has been two $2,000 donations from an anonymous source and Joy Jackson. A police officer fatally shot the

Michael Brown. Trayvon Martin. Worth more dead than alive.

And personal injury lawyer Benjamin Crump raced there to be in place for the big lawsuit against every agency and individual he can name.

Crump need a guilty verdict but doesn´t give a damn about justice. He gets his big loot from civil lawsuits with big settlements.

PS. Michael Brown was an aspiring rapper - the lyrics in one of his raps said something like his mother "didn´t give a damn" about him.

He bunked with friends and sometimes visited grandma. He was another young rolling stone like Trayvon Martin, whose wastrel parents were busy living their (other) lives to pay much attention to him. I imagine grandma was the only one who showed much care and attention.

I can imagine Benjamin Chump enlisting Leslie McSpadden (mother Brown), Sybrina Fulton, Reverends Sharpton and Jesse J., and sundry Crips and Bloods to form a touring show-- a modern version of Buffalo Bill´s Wild West.

Ebola is spreading at the rate of five new cases an hour in Sierra Leone, according to figures released as world leaders and experts on disease control gathered in London to discuss the outbreak. The figures from Save the Children showed there were 765 new cases last week in the west African country alone, but only 327 hospital beds to treat infected patients. The charity said the “terrifying” rate of the spread of the disease was outstripping medical supplies and threatened a breakdown of Sierra Leone’s already fragile health system. An investigation was underway Tuesday after Iraqi military pilots mistakenly gave food, water and ammunition to enemy ISIS militants instead of their own soldiers, a senior security official and a brigadier told NBC News. The supplies were supposed to help besieged Iraqi army officers and soldiers who had been fighting Islamist extremists for a week in Saglawyah and the village of Al-Sijar in the country’s western province of Anbar. “Some pilots, instead of dropping these supplies over the area of the Iraqi army, threw it over the area that is controlled by ISIS fighters,” said Hakim Al-Zamili, a Sadrist lawmaker

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) made fresh advances in both Syria and Iraq on Monday, in defiance of the escalating United States-led bombing campaign against the jihadist group. For almost two months now, Tomahawk missiles and F22 Raptor jet fighters have bombarded the bases, strategic assets and front-line positions of Isil jihadists. But the group’s encroachment on Baghdad is steadily progressing and it is close to seizing a key Kurdish village on the Syria-Turkey border. President Barack Obama has taken a lot of flack since his Sunday night “60 Minutes” interview, in which he blamed the intelligence community for his failure to tackle the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The Obama administration found itself scrambling on Tuesday to defend President Barack Obama for his lackluster 42% attendance record on daily intelligence briefings, a finding from a new report issued by the non-partisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI). President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus

HOUSTON, Texas -- Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was found not guilty today by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. This is the highest appellate court in Texas for criminal cases and thus brings DeLay’s political persecution to an end. The court upheld the ruling last year from the Texas 3rd Court of Appeals. That decision tossed out the convictions on money laundering and conspiracy charges. At that time Justice Melissa Goodwin wrote “The fundamental problem with the state´s case was its failure to prove proceeds of criminal activity,” according to a September 19th report on Breitbart News.
