Update: Father of 4 killed in
College Park gas station robbery

Atlanta Journal-Constitution, by Tammy Joyner

Original Article

Posted By:Hermoine, 8/18/2014 8:53:25 AM

A father of four has been identified as the man killed in a robbery at a College Park gas station Friday. Channel 2 Action News reported that family members of Torrez Rice identified him as the man who was robbed and gunned down at the gas station. Rice had just purchased a new car when he stopped at the gas station, according to Channel 2 reports.

Comments:
This just happened over the weekend in Atlanta. If you´ll notice, the race of the perpetrators is conveniently left out of the story, which means they were black. Had two white men killed Mr. Rice, it would be all over the national news with hashtags and statements about how "black life matters." Black life only seems to matter when a non-black person is the "perpetrator."

Be on the lookout for two old, slim, blond men.

Ignore all large young black ones - - they couldn´t possibly have done it.

#1 -- Comment uncalled for...it´s NOT a "black" thing, rather it is a CULTURAL thing, they´ve simply made race a part of it.

MS-13 and all the Latino gangs are going to be the next groups to destroy cities and drag down the culture.

The truth of the matter is the black community was much stronger, had a solid moral compass and was growing in economic stature before the Civil Rights Act imposed the gov´t on them to "help". And, there are 2 Black Americas...the one where the 1% like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton live and the one where the 99 percenters like Michael Brown lived. One world feeds off the other -- it´s a dysfunctional and sick relationship.

9&10 -- You missed my point entirely. The problem in the black community is not the color of their skin but the collective content of their character, i.e., a cultural problem. They have uplifted and glorified the criminal culture, the THUG culture. . .there are plenty of black people who reject this culture, unfortunately, those who live in predominately black communities embrace this culture. So yes, it is a cultural thing. I dare say that Thomas Sowell and Jesse Jackson do not adhere to the same cultural values, yet, their skin color and race are the same.

Actually # 8, there are three Black Americas. The 1 percenters, who profit and rule over the race industry, then the middle ground where you have black families following the rules and getting college degrees and supporting themselves, then you have the bottom 50% that are the Obamaphone, dependent class. We should be supporting the middle ground, instead, all our money goes to the bottom 50%.

A national coalition of plastic bag manufacturers immediately said it would seek a voter referendum to repeal the law, which is scheduled to take effect in July 2015. Under SB270, plastic bags will be phased out of large grocery stores starting next summer and convenience stores and pharmacies in 2016.
