Pirro: Indictment Of Rick Perry
´Is Pure Unadulterated Hogwash´

Breitbart TV, by Jeff Poor

On Saturday’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine” in her “Opening Statement” segment, host Jeanine Pirro slammed the indictment of Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) by a grand jury empaneled by Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, who Pirro described as a “drunk.” “A famous court of appeals judge once said a grand jury could indict a ham sandwich. Now, I believe in the rule of law, but I’m not going to sugar coat this one. The indictment of Texas Gov. Rick Perry for abuse of his veto power and coercion of a public servant is pure unadulterated hogwash. It makes DAs like

I love her! She sure doesn´t mince words. She should replace John Boehner as Speaker of the House. She would whip that place into shape! She had Joe Trippi on her show and even he was skeptical of these charges. This really could backfire on the Democrats. It shocked me when even David Axelrod immediately said it was "sketchy." I would have thought he would have cheered this indictment.

When this is all said and done this will backfire badly on the Democrats. It will not only make him a viable strong presidential contender but it will unmask, for many, the abject lawlessness of the Democratic party and liberals in general.

It will show Americans, beyond a shadow of doubt, that the Democrats and liberals have noting to offer Americans but more of the same failed Obama type government of self-serving antagonistic policies.

I love Judge Pirro! She tells it like it is. This indictment of Rick Perry shows just how desperate the Democrats are. They really know how things are going to be in DC once the Republicans start cleaning house which I hope starts in November.

Unfortunately, the Dems are able to get away with virtually anything as there is zero pushback from the Republican organization. If the GOP was a private company dependent on its media message for business it would have folded long, long ago.

Have anyone had experience with a county official who is convinced that his opponents are crooks and is determined to spend all his waking hours proving it to the world? By calculating the necessary miles driven in a county provided car and then unnecessary detours to visit the girl friend?

Because Austin is in Travis County, the county DA can do this to any official in state government or in any state regulated industry. That is what is going on here.

Secret Service overlooked agents´ deceit

The Secret Service regularly overlooked examples of agents lying in order to avoid undermining their credibility in court, sources say. The practice allowed agents to continue testifying in court against assailants or potential threats to the president, according to two sources familiar with the practice. At times over the last several years, when an officer’s or agent’s behavior was under review for a potential suspension, top managers would determine that the officer lied about some aspect of the case. But rather than charge them with providing inaccurate information, managers would find some alternative agreement to reduce their punishment, sources said. “It’s a complete culture

Frieden flatly rejects limiting commercial air traffic from Ebola-stricken African countries, claiming it would cripple their economies and recovery efforts. An Army intelligence bulletin is warning U.S. military personnel to be vigilant after Islamic State militants called on supporters to scour social media for addresses of their family members – and to “show up [at their homes] and slaughter them." The assessment, obtained by Fox News, came from the Army Threat Integration Center which issues early warnings of criminal and terrorist threats to Army posts worldwide. The advisory warns military personnel and their families about the Islamic State, or ISIS, calling on supporters to target their homes. While there is no independent intelligence to corroborate the ISIS threats, the bulletin recommends more than

As the Islamic State rose to become the terrorist mass that it is today, President Barack Obama ignored warnings and reportedly skipped about half of his presidential daily briefings. He downplayed the threat, calling ISIS “jayvee.” Those briefings that the president reportedly skipped included “specific” intelligence about ISIS and its capabilities even before the 2012 election. At that time, Obama was publicly campaigning on having “decimated” “core al Qaeda” and sent it “on the run.” So was Obama reading his briefings or not? It’s an important question that aims directly at how the president is performing his duties. Obama tossed

The quintessential question of Watergate was “what did the President know and when did he know it?” Obamagate, the vast scandal that encompasses an entire presidency, offers a preemptive answer. President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus
