Travis County DA Rosemary Lehmberg’s
Drinking Problem and Abuse of Power,
By the Staggering Numbers

PJ Media, by Bryan Preston

The indictment of Gov. Rick Perry by a grand jury in Travis County, Texas, is part of a power struggle that originates with a serious crime, albeit not one committed by Gov. Perry. That crime, as everyone knows by now, is drunk driving, and it was committed by Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg. When Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, Democrat, was arrested and charged with drunk driving on April 12, 2013, her blood alcohol level measured .23. That is just shy of three times the legal limit in Texas, which is .08. According to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage

Comments:
Mafioso have ways of eliminating the competition. So do very prominent Democrats. We can only hope this all-too-transparent gambit to set up White House 2016 favourably for the Democrat nominee (whoever she may be) will backfire, if it helps expose just how utterly corrupt the party of the Left actually is.

Michael McCrum- aptly named- is the Special Prosecutor who failed to get appointed as AG of San Antonio and abused his Prosecutorial position as Special Prosecutor to bring this baseless indictment.
It is notable that he was charged with contempt in January when he represented a drunk who KILLED two people and reportedly told the drug counselor to be unavailable for further questioning.
DA Rosemary Lemburgh had a BAC 3 times the legal limit and was driving the wrong way when the police stopped her from killing any innocent civilians.
She then proceeded to abuse and threaten the police officers on an eye opening tape.
Perry wanted her to resign as head of a Public Integrity unit- she refused.
He vetoed funding for the group.
This Dem Drunk is getting her revenge on a Governor who puts the Public Interest first.
Perry represents ALL Americans abused by this criminal thugocracy and it´s apparatchiks at the IRS, EPA, DOJ etc.
Americans must stand with Perry to rid our body politic of these Looters , Moochers and outright criminals like Lemburgh.

No it´s not, #3. Unless Governor Perry can get this thing removed very quickly, he won´t be able to run for President. Just imagine the Dem ads with jail bars across Perry´s face. Fortunately, Perry has a bit of time to see what he can do.

I almost feel like those black rioters in Ferguson. I want to take to the streets of Austin and trash the Travis County Offices.

The only statement necessary to any attack on Perry is ´Watch the videos!´

I disagree with #4. The videos clearly expose the attempt to besmirch Perry, and also his commitment to Justice and a willingness to take on anybody who so obviously violates their position and power.

Most people think the majority of Politicians are drunks and crooks anyway. Perry can forcefully say he will go after them, and here´s the proof. This will backfire on the Dems

As long as Perry doesn’t have a bunch of Spineless-Wussies advising him, he should be able to make great political hay out of this.

He stood up to an elected office holding despotic drunk, the senior law enforcement official in Travis County TX, and as a result, he was rebuked by a politically corrupt ‘Official-Entity’.

What better way to demonstrate to the American electorate his ability to make politically unpopular and difficult decisions, and in general, to simply lead as a CEO should.

And what better way to demonstrate how corrupt and vile Democrats have become these past 20/30 years!

As one of his fellow Texans once said shortly after 09.11.01, “Bring it ON”.

Along with his Border Security decision, it’s yet another reason to elect him as the next GOP presidential candidate!

As POTUS, he would stand up to the despots in DC, the UN and others around the world and give them fair warning that if they don’t Stand-Up-And-Fly Right and behave themselves, they would get slapped back to reality!

Christy and Bush couldn’t hold a candle to him.

Talk about backbones and genitalia. There’s a pair for you!

Her credit cards receipts show she purchased 23 gallons of vodka in a 15 month period. It is also worth noting that while the purchases were all from a single chain, they were rotated among the stores in that chain so the clerks at each store only saw come in every other month.

Pity Barack Obama. Our hapless chief executive must be suffering from a cognitive disorder the size of Alpha Centauri. The poor guy grew up on the anti-imperialist mouthings of lefty poet Frank Marshall Davis, schoolboy revolutionary Bill Ayers and later anti-Israel professor Rashid Khalidi, not to mention the well-known anti-American excrescences of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, and now he has to go to war — as an imperialist — against the very Third World people he was told again and again we colonized and destroyed. The old saying goes that a grand jury could indict a ham sandwich. In reality, it’s worse. Forget innocuous sandwiches, with or without Russian dressing. In Texas, at least in Austin’s Travis County, you can indict the state’s governor, Rick Perry, for doing the job any intelligent citizen would want him to do — trying to get rid of an absolutely atrocious public official. That official was District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, a dimwitted and abusive drunk driver who ran that county’s — wait for it — “Public Integrity Unit.” Perry threatened to veto funding for said unit as long as

People reading the title of this article should be excused for doing a double-take. To most of us the United Nations has been — especially in the last few decades — a debating society dedicated to the promulgation of anti-Semitism. It seems all the organization does is pass resolutions condemning Israel, that is when they’re not launching investigations of the same country via their Human Rights Council, a latter-day branch of the Wehrmacht, led by posturing Third World bigots, that usually meets at beachfront resorts. Even UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has been a tiny bit perturbed of late by

Barack Obama deliberately set out to lose the war in Iraq, and he did. He defied the advice of his joint chiefs of staff to secure America’s formidable military presence and keep 20,000 troops in country, and left Iraq to its own devices and the tender mercies of Iran. In doing so, he betrayed every American and Iraqi who gave his life to create a free Iraq and keep it out of the clutches of the terrorists. Iraq is now a war zone dominated by the terrorist forces of the Islamic State, whose rise Obama’s policies fostered. Both his secretaries

Impeachment is the constitutional remedy for public officials including presidents who break the law. For the remainder of Obama’s time in office, though, impeachment may as well have been written out of the Constitution. House Speaker John Boehner has been maneuvered into taking impeachment out of the U.S. system of governance by Obama’s scamming campaign tactics, along with a hyperpartisan media, today. Talk of impeachment was cooked up by a White House desperate for something to rally Democrats ahead of November’s elections, House Speaker John A. Boehner said Tuesday, flatly ruling out any action on the controversial suggestion. “We have

For President Obama, the color of a man’s skin is far more important than the content of his character. On the night when a police officer was shot in a Missouri town torn by racial strife, the president donned a shiny tuxedo to attend a ritzy black awards dinner, where he said police nationwide are to blame for community mistrust, even claiming that “most Americans” think the country is racist. Remember, when Ferguson exploded in racial rage in August, Mr. Obama chose not to curtail his 15-day vacation, spending day after day on the golf course in the white-skinned, white-wined, millionaire playground

Counter-terror investigators would be barred from undercover operations in mosques or other religious institutions unless there is reason to believe criminal activity is going on there, under a new policy expected within weeks. The new rules would ban profiling based on religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation and includes no exemption for national security investigations, the Los Angeles Times reports.
