Ferguson rioters harass, threaten reporters
Politico, by Byron Tau

FERGUSON, Missouri — Reporters trying to cover the renewed chaos in this town faced a new threat on Friday: the demonstrators themselves. Print, video and photo-journalists were all repeatedly and aggressively threatened and harassed when attempting to photograph or videotape any of the looting or property destruction. Many of the demonstrators expressed concern about being identified by police or told reporters that the looting was none of their concern. Police largely remained on the sidelines on Friday and into the dawn hours of Saturday morning as demonstrators descended on a number of businesses in Ferguson — pulling alcohol, lottery tickets, and

Just like in most perdomenently Black communities it looks like all the businesses, convenience and grocery stores, in Ferguson that interreact with the Black population are run by foreigners from the Middle East or Southwest Asia. Some of those businesses have been looted or burned down with the owners now guarding them armed with firearms.

One guy, a obvious foreigner, whose store was being looted last night said that he called the Ferguson police department for assistance and was told to call the St. Louis County police, who told him to call the Missouri State Highway Patrol. It look like all the booze in his store was stolen before any police arrived.

FTA - The Washington Post’s Wesley Lowery reported on Twitter that one looter “just threatened to pull knife” on him and other reporter outside a liquor store that was being cleaned of inventory.

One would think that Mr. Lowery is not welcome in Ferguson! Wonder if he would welcome the police escort in this situation? LOL!

This is what everyone KEEPS MISSING.

The big story here is not that the rioters are harassing people, it´s that the POLICE just stand off to the sidelines.

This is exactly what happened in the LA riots. My best friend is a cop, and used to work for a smaller city next to LA. He told me that LAPD likely told the officers that the problem was "too big" and to stand down unless there are gunshots, etc. In his town, the mayor and the police chief stated there would be no overflow looting from LA and all people breaking the law would be going to jail. They didn´t have an issues.

This should paint a clear picture for everyone. The police are NOT there to protect you. They are not going to go into dangerous situations. They are not firemen. They are there to pick up the pieces after the crime, or if lucky and a small scale, stop someone small before a crime. There are exceptions and levels of tolerance of course, but this is a nationwide problem.

If there is a major earthquake or disaster in your area, people WILL try to ransack your nice house and hurt you. It will happen. The only way to protect yourself is yourself. That means multiple firearms and lots of ammunition.

Take stuff like this as a warning. You don´t have to love in a bad neighborhood, the bad will come to you.

There´s millions of people in this country that are trigger happy to take matters in their own hands if Obama.Holder and the left continue to appease the worst people in this country and around the world.

The idea that people should be allowed to openly loot because of past grievances is a joke of a theory.

These rioters are mad at Obama more than anything else.He ran on wealth redistribution which is music to these people´s ears.Instead Obama has made the rich, uber rich, while everyone else´s standard of living has plunged 28%.

Instead of a booming economy to boost people´s income,he simply wants to steal it and shuffle it around that way.The people that have the spare money are Obama supporters and they´re not getting off it.

{Sigh....} Think back 10 years or so. How was your life? Were you upset about the war in Afghanistan and suddenly in Iraq too? Did loved ones in your family join up to go fight off the terrorists, so they wouldn´t come to our homeland? Were we not all brothers-in-arms, male-female, black-white-etc, older-younger....? Were American racial minorities even a smidgeon part of any angst you may have had?

How do you feel about racial minorities now?

Sometimes I feel like I´m being forced to transport back to a time I never lived in... a time I´m not sure ever even existed. Butt hose in charge of all our lives right now seem determined to undo everything good, and re-do it, their way, just so they can. No other good reason on earth. It´s like they regret not living through these things the first time - if there ever WAS a first time. If not, they´re creating it. Create the chaos, then decry it, then convince the fools that only they can fix it.

Liberal Left Democrat Progressive Fascist 101. I´ll just go to the range.

On Wednesday, the ex-CNN talk show host wrote his first story as editor-at-large for the Daily Mail. Piers predicts that now that President Obama went on “60 Minutes” and distanced himself from U.S. national intelligence agencies on the rapid spread of ISIS, he’s guaranteed himself leaks to the media for the remainder of his

Behind the rotten culture is arrogance. After uniformed officers failed to take out 42-year-old Omar J. Gonzalez when he hopped over the fence and ran into the White House, the Secret Service issued a statement saying the officers “showed restraint.” The statement provoked laughter among senior FBI officials. But in its arrogance, the Secret Service thought it could get away with issuing such an outrageous claim and the public would accept it.With similar hubris, the agency leaves the doors to the White Horse unlocked. The idea is that the vaunted Secret Service can handle any problem and can waive the

Accountability: Turns out the Secret Service — which has one job to do — let a knife-wielding intruder all the way into the East Room of the White House. Can´t anyone in government do anything right these days? Time was when the Secret Service seemed an exemplar of professionalism and dedication, an agency with a focused mission and largely immune from the bureaucratic bumbling inherent to big government. In recent years, it´s seemed more like Animal House. The intruder blew past one guard and was stopped only by an off-duty officer. And this was one of hundreds of apparent security breaches.

A Canadian member of the loathed Islamic State claimed the group is plotting an attack on New York City — and will one day fly its flag over the White House. Days before Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi warned of terrorist plots on subways in New York City and Paris, a video emerged showing an ISIS shill named Farah Shirdon widening the scope of the threat. “God willing, we will make some attacks in New York soon,” he said in a video interview with Vice News last week. “A lot of brothers are mobilizing there right now.” He vowed that U.S.-based fighters are “mobilizing for a brilliant attack.”

Qua speech, Barack Obama’s address Wednesday on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria was surprisingly terrible: a disorganized mess, insincere and unconvincing. To appreciate just how bad and bizarre it was, compare the president’s speech announcing a new air campaign in Iraq and Syria to Dwight Eisenhower’s 1958 statement on his decision to intervene in Lebanon with 14,000—14,000!—troops. The statement contains no chest-thumping about America’s leadership in science and medicine. No pivot to the auto industry and medical research. Eisenhower simply explained what had been done, and why.

President Barack Obama has taken a lot of flack since his Sunday night “60 Minutes” interview, in which he blamed the intelligence community for his failure to tackle the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus

HOUSTON, Texas -- Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was found not guilty today by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. This is the highest appellate court in Texas for criminal cases and thus brings DeLay’s political persecution to an end. The court upheld the ruling last year from the Texas 3rd Court of Appeals. That decision tossed out the convictions on money laundering and conspiracy charges. At that time Justice Melissa Goodwin wrote “The fundamental problem with the state´s case was its failure to prove proceeds of criminal activity,” according to a September 19th report on Breitbart News.
