HHS HealthCare.gov Official:
“Delete this email”

SharylAttkisson.com, by Sharyl Attkisson

An email obtained by Congress shows the top official for Healthcare.gov at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the Department of Health and Human Services, Marilyn Tavenner, instructed the agency’s top spokesman to “Please delete this email.”The instruction appears significant for several reasons: First, the email to be deleted included an exchange between key White House officials and CMS officials. Second, the email was dated October 5, 2013, five days into the disastrous launch of HealthCare.gov. Third, federal law requires federal officials to retain copies of –not delete– email exchanges. And fourth, the document to be deleted is

Why couldn´t the rest of the media personalities be as dogged as Sharyl Attkisson in going after scandal? Answer- Because they are not journalists, but rather propagandists for progressive causes. Sharyl was an anomaly, an honest investigative reporter, and therefore had to be canned.

If bureaucrats feel they must sneak around behind our backs hiding their illegal actions, why not just close their frigging agencies and devolve any essential functions to the states and cities? Most federal agencies exist in violation of the Constitution. Shut ´em down.

The Obama/Holder lawless slime has spread all over the current government.
I see not much hope unless Departments are disbanded and started over again with new employees..that is, Departments deemed necessary..others, like EPA and Dept. of Education..disband and bury them forevermore.

#4 - I think the lawless slime was already all over the fed bureaucracy and has been for many years. What has spread with the Obammunist and his minions, especially Holder, is the brazen refusal to hide it any more. They think it no longer matters what the general public thinks about it.

It´s called overreach. It´s called hubris.

And in November I hope what it will be called is a Republican Senate majority.

There appears to be no down side for federal officials when they flout FOI law to delay and obfuscate. Even in the relatively rare instances in which they are sued, they pay the legal bills with your tax dollars.

So the IRS is also involved in HHS and in Obamacare. I assume that withholding necessary treatment depends on whether or not you´re a conservative or a Republican. And why on earth would anything coming our of HHS or the IRS via the FOI act have to be redacted for a Congressional committee?

We cannot say we were not warned about such things twenty years ago and every day since then, when Rush Limbaugh told his audience that if the government gets control of America´s health care system, it´s over - for just these reasons. We should thank God it has not been fully implemented. Yet.

Sarah Palin´s death panel has a new wrinkle; now, we have proof that the IRS is involved in secretly colluding with HHS on Obamacare.

What will it take to murder this monster of a health care bill that has nothing to do with helping people with their health care and everything to do with getting rid of Republicans, either by IRS harassment or HHS political cleansing.

It´s hideous, just like the people running both Agencies.

What we see here is just the tip of the iceberg of the corruption and outright criminality that is Washington D.C. There really is no way of knowing when it started, but we do know that it has skyrocketed with Obozo and his cohorts. The question is "What are we, the citizens of this country, going to do about it?" Are we supposed to sit back and put up with it because we receive all kinds of goodies from the federal government or do we continue to relinquish our freedoms for a handful of silver? I´m really not in favor of that. I´m in doing whatever is needed to clean the swamp and start anew. If it takes another revolution, so be it.

Medics carrying out a vaccination programme in rebel-held northern Syria accidentally administered a muscle relaxant to up to 75 children, killing 15 of them, the opposition says. A preliminary investigation by the National Coalition found atracurium was given to the children instead of a solution used to mix measles vaccines. The packaging for the drug is said to be similar to that of the solution. All of the children who died on Tuesday were between six and 18 months old. Their parents initially accused the opposition health authorities of not storing the vaccines properly or using out-of-date medication The National

Are chimpanzees naturally violent to one another, or has the intrusion of humans into their environment made them aggressive? A new study, published Wednesday in Nature, is setting off a new round of debate around this question. The study’s authors argue that a review of all known cases when chimpanzees or bonobos in Africa killed members of their own species shows that violence is a natural part of chimp behavior and not the result of actions by humans that push chimp aggression to lethal attacks. The researchers say their analysis supports the idea that warlike violence in chimps is a natural behavior that

Perhaps the best way to think of this is to use President Obama’s own words. It appears the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” have struck up a truce with ISIS. That’s a problem, because Obama’s ISIS elimination plan requires the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” to fight against ISIS on the ground while we shoot at ISIS from the sky.
