The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has written to complain to the US Postmaster General, after receiving widespread reports that US post offices around America have been refusing to accept mail to Israel. In the last several days ADL reports that it has received complaints from Massachusetts, Michigan and New Jersey, revealing postal customers were incorrectly told that the US Postal Service is not accepting mail for Israel due to Operation Protective Edge in Gaza. "The postal employees have told these individuals that current USPS policy says that mail to Israel cannot be accepted because of the current crisis,” said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL

If this is true (and tgere is little rason to doubt it), then heads should roll. Fire all those who were part of it, including the supervisors who allowed it to happen. Let the Muslims know that they do not own any part of this country, not one single town or street.

Just think; If Muslim employees of the postal service can get away with this, think what is happening throughout or government that has been heavily infiltrated via liberal influence. They have posted Islamic people in every part of our government and they will take action ...very much like this. No one has to give them orders....they know what to do. When it comes time to push the button on this "Holy War", think of the danger this "fifth column" presents to our nation.

Just called our local post office to ask if the USPS will take packages addressed to Israel.

The clerk told me that they´ve been directed by their regional USPS supervisor to no longer accept packages addressed to Israel.

further in the article it is explained that the 36 hour US/Israel flight prohibition in July was the initial cause for this and that individual employees at local PO´s might not be aware that the restriction was lifted after 36 hours.

Now let me understand this situation. All mail to Israel from the U.S. is put on a U.S. mail plane and flown to Israel and there are little U.S. postal workers in Israel who sort it and deliver it because it is from America? I never knew.

So, as a common sense fixer type person, might I suggest that mail going to Israel be delivered to specified U.S. locations and to the waiting arms of an Israeli airplane(say an El Al cargo plane)? I would bet my last dime that El Al can take it from there and that U.S. mail would get delivered.

Pardon a second comment. Slap me silly, but is this Obamanation of an Administration afraid that mail going to Israel from people here in the U.S. might contain money or checks to friends and family in Israel, and said money/checks might be used to support Israel against its Muzzie enemies?

I am not kidding, plus if my little scenario is true, will our government begin tracking those who are mailing letters and packages to family and friends in Israel? That would be a Nazi-like tactic, but with this bunch in DC I would not be surprised.

Why should this regime not sequester some mail? After all, they sequestered open air monuments so that even WW-II vets could not visit the memorial dedicated to their service.

Arutz Sheva [Israel], by Ari Soffer    Original Article

Kurdish fighters have issued an urgent call to arms amid warnings of an impending massacre by the Islamic State terrorist group in northern Syria. The Kurdish People´s Protection Unit (YPG) has been locked in a fierce battle with IS and other Islamist groups almost since the start of Syria´s civil war. Despite being relatively isolated and receiving no foreign aid from any states the YPG has proven perhaps the most effective force in pushing back against IS. But as the jihadis´ focus shifts to consolidating power in northern Syria the Kurds have found themselves under fiercer attack than ever.

The MEP asked all 59 MPs from Scottish constituencies to promise in writing not to take part in votes and debates in the Commons which have no impact on Scotland. Mr Farage wants the voluntary abstaining policy to last until a “wider constitutional settlement” is agreed upon so “the [Scottish] tail can’t continue wagging the dog any longer”. In a letter to the MPs he said: “Until this consensus is reached, there is the urgent need for Scottish MPs not to determine legislation on devolved matters in England. David Cameron dramatically played the patriotic card yesterday by accusing Ed Miliband of trampling on the rights of the English by blocking ‘home rule’ measures for England. In a move designed to upstage the Labour conference, which started on Friday, the Prime Minister raised the stakes in the bitter war of words that has raged since the Scottish referendum. Mr Cameron called on Mr Miliband to drop his opposition to Tory plans for ‘English votes for English laws’ to match devolved powers for Scotland, which have been promised now the Scots have voted to reject independence.

French fighter jets struck against the militant Islamic State group on Friday morning. The attack made France the first foreign country to publicly add military muscle to United States airstrikes against the terrorist group, which has drawn criticism around the world and in a unanimous UN Security Council resolution for its barbarity. French President Francois Hollande said the target was "entirely destroyed." Dozens of extremist fighters were also killed in the four strikes, according to Iraq´s military spokesman.

Western states defeated a Russian proposal on Friday to remove Syria´s alleged past nuclear activities from the agenda of meetings of the UN atomic agency, diplomats said. But in a vote that highlighted how polarizing the global political debate has become, China supported Russia´s initiative while only about half of the nations on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) board - 17 out of 35 - voted against. Western diplomats argued that Damascus should be kept under pressure to cooperate with the IAEA´s long-stalled inquiry, even though this has hardly advanced in the last three years as the country descended into bloodshed.
