´I Don´t Have a Gun!´ Witness
Says Michael Brown Yelled

NBC News, by Staff

The Missouri teen who was shot to death over the weekend told a police officer he was unarmed and begged him to stop shooting, said a friend who was with Michael Brown when he was killed. Dorian Johnson, 22, told msnbc the two were walking down the street in Ferguson when a police cruiser drove up to them. "His exact words were get the f--k on the sidewalk,” Johnson told msnbc in an off-camera interview. They responded that they were just walking back to Johnson´s house, but the officer slammed on his brakes so he was face-to-face with them. The

Comments:
NBC has already declared this as a racial incident, in spite of the officer´s race has "not been made public". But didn´t this (alleged) witness know? He says he was close enough to see the officer´s forearm muscles. Why not just ask him? Or perhaps the reporter DID ask, but the answer wasn´t quite acceptable? So many questions...

This from NBC, the same network that edited the tapes in the Trayvon Martin case to emphasize a non-existent racial component.

Yea, I believe this.

My understanding is that after the 6´3" 300lb Brown attacked the police officer, pushing him back into police car, beat on the officer (I´d like to see the photos) he went for the officer´s gun. The officer managed to get off a shot or two.

Then Brown exited the vehicle and attempted to leave. The officer tried to place him under arrest, Brown resisted and said something along the lines of "What are you going to do, shoot me? I don´t have a gu." and tried to leave. The dazed, thumped and shaken cop tried to prevent him and further shots were fired.

I don´t have total confidence this is entirely correct, either, but it makes more sense than what I´ve heard on the media.

My source is a sworn officer from a department about 20 miles away, so you can take that for what it´s worth.

From what I saw of the flash looting by the "angry" local black yutes, it seems that it would be hard to believe any story made up in this neighborhood. Most cars & or police are wired with audio/video today. Surely in this area there must be some "record" like this.

Most of hose black thugs didn´t even know Michael Brown, or care about him personally. They simply used the situation as another excuse to steal and vandalize. Of course, all the race-baiters and liberal politicians will exploit the death. Not that they care about Michael either, but it provides another excuse for them to politic and raise money.....

Unless there were many eye witnesses, or a good video tape, no one will ever know what really happened.

A number of months ago, in Dallas, there was an incident where a Cop shot an unarmed man. The police story was the man charged them. Little did they know a porch camera recorded the entire incident.

Lets just say the official story was diametrically opposed to the actual video.

The only reason cops should fear video taping is if they are violating the law. If they are not then the video will be the silent witness.

Yes, a police cruiser comes by, and the cop yells at two "youths" to get on the sidewalk. Because, you know, walking on the street is a problem. Then, when he opens the door, it "ricochets" off innocent little Mikey. Mikey then cowers, "don´t shoot me" and he is blasted away.

That sounds totally believable!

Something racial (how convenient)to dominate the msm´s headlines in place of ISIS and Hamas and the border crisis and the NSA (old news) and the VA scandal (even older) and Benghazi (who?) and Fast and Furious (say what??)
See how that works - scandal on top of crisis on top of scandal ´til it´s all old news (and it´s all Bush´s fault anyway.)
That´s how Obama got re-elected and Hillary will get elected.

How can even NBC put that trash on as news without puking. No disclaimer about the one-sidedness of the news -- it is almost like they were trying to start a riot.

If the drivers door was having a problem opening the officer must have gone across traffic to get in front of the guys. Where was any fact checking. I just can´t go any further. Trash put out by trash.
