Obama: Democrats aren’t

Washington Times, by Dave Boyer

Presumably with a straight face, President Obama said Monday night that Democratic leaders in Congress are “not ideological.” Speaking at a fundraiser for Senate Democrats while vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, Mr. Obama said people such as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Nevada Democrat, are not to blame for partisan gridlock. “If you look at the leadership of Democrats in both the House and the Senate, they’re not ideological, they’re not proposing radical solutions,” Mr. Obama said. “They are common sense. They are pragmatic. That’s how we got health care passed. That’s why we’ve been able to make progress on

Hello, my name is Barack Obama, and I´m a member of Pathological Liars Anonymous. In fact.. I´m the president of the organization!

I didn´t always lie. No, when I was a kid, I told the truth. But then one day, I got caught stealing money out of my mother´s purse. I lied. I told her it was homework - that my teacher told me to do it. And she got fired! Yeah, that´s what happened!

After that, lying was easy for me. I lied about my age and forged my birth certificate. I was thirteen at the time. Yeah.. I went to Vietnam, and I was injured catching a mortar shell in my teeth. And they made me a three-star general! And then I got a job in journalism, writing for the National Enquire.. er, Geographic! Yeah.. I was making twenty thousand a ye.. month! In fact, I won the Pulitzer Prize that year! Yeah, that´s the ticket. Then I won a Nobel Peace Prize. How did that happen.

Obama has turned the country into the Bill Murray classic, Groundhog Day. Every morning at 60 am, the alarm radio blares out "I´ve got you, babe" but with Obama singing rather than Sonny & Cher. We spend the entire day just like the day before, with Obama speeches, Obama attacks on normal people, Obama playing golf, Obama attending fund raisers, Obama proclaiming success where none exists and denying scandals we can see, Obama hosting an LGBT summit, Obama threatening to unconstitutionally offer amnesty to illegals, Obama gutting the military, Obama lying and distorting history, Obama blaming Bush, Obama toasting African dictators, Obama nominating another androgynous leftist, Obama welcoming the most recent NFL or NCAA champions, Obama uttering "Ahs, Ahs" in his long winded drivel, Obama touring a business that closes months later and Obama jetting off to a vacation at great taxpayer expense.

The next morning, at the exact same time, Obama shakes us awake with "I´ve got you, babe", and all of the above and more begins anew. It surely explains the current malaise in the country and the poor state of the world.

This punk must actually be a robot programmed to read statements that are known to evoke a positive reaction from his listeners. This robot could watch an Islamofascist terrorist cutting off the head of a baby and say to him that he is a great deliverer of peace in the world. The words may not mean anything to him, he just says them because he has been told they are "positive" comments. That they do not fit the circumstances is of no concern. He is also versed in what comments are negative and he has been told who to use them against.

It is an utterly disgusting abuse of American society. How could anyone be so delusional as this punk?

Obama administration attempts

The Obama administration sought Friday to tamp down fears of an Ebola outbreak within the U.S., making the case that America’s infrastructure and health care systems set it apart from the horrific scenes coming out of West Africa, even as a confirmed case in Dallas and recent scares in the nation’s capital prompt fears of a domestic problem. “The United States is prepared to deal with the crisis,” Lisa Monaco, homeland security adviser to President Obama, told reporters at a White House briefing on the response to the deadly virus. At the same time, officials said they understood the alarm

The U.S. economy is back on solid ground six years after the Great Recession, new data showed Friday, but President Obama and other Democrats are struggling to convince voters ahead of the midterm elections that they deserve the credit for the rebound. The government reported that the unemployment rate dropped to 5.9 percent in September, the lowest level since the dark days of the 2008 financial crisis. Job growth surged to 248,000 in what was the final snapshot of the nation’s labor market before voters head to the polls in November. Obama on Friday seized on the numbers, pleading with

The case has not been confirmed, but the number of similar incidents around the country and a confirmed Ebola patient in Dallas have spurred concerns about whether U.S. hospitals are as prepared to deal with the virus as federal officials insist they are. Since July, hospitals around the country have reported more than 100 cases involving Ebola-like symptoms to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, officials there said. MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker is casting himself as a turnaround artist, seeking re-election with a pitch to voters that he revamped the state’s spending and business climate in just four years. For a governor with presidential aspirations, it’s a case he’s likely preparing for a national audience as well — but first he’ll have to get through a tighter-than-expected re-election race against Democrat Mary Burke, a former state secretary of commerce. You can win midterm elections without a positive agenda. You can’t win presidential elections that way. It is therefore vitally important for Republicans to win the Senate in 2014. Here’s why. In midterms, it’s all right to be the party of no. The 2010 election, for example, was a referendum on the liberal overreach of the first two Obama years. Result? A Democratic “shellacking,” said President Obama. The massive stimulus, (the failed) cap-and-trade and Obamacare created a major backlash that cost Obama the House and, with it, the rest of his ideological agenda. It’s been blocked ever since. The confirmation Tuesday of the first Ebola case on U.S. soil emerges against a backdrop of increasing concern in America’s medical community that preparedness for a pandemic has stagnated or slipped in recent years because of tough economic times and increasing malaise since the 2001 anthrax threat. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, America’s premier disease fighter, offered the air of confidence in declaring that the first Ebola patient in Dallas was carefully contained. But earlier this year, it sounded less optimistic about the U.S. health system’s ability to fight a pandemic should a major disease outbreak occur.

The Ebola epidemic, says Dr Margaret Chan, director-general of the World Health Organisation (WHO), is now “the greatest peacetime challenge” since the Second World War.
