Fightback against ISIS begins: Obama arms
Kurdish forces as they ´begin to take back
territory´ from Islamic fanatics – but refugee
crisis steps up as thousands flee into Syria

Daily Mail [UK], by Simon Tomlinson

The Obama administration has begun directly providing weapons to Kurdish forces who have started to make gains against Islamic militants in northern Iraq, senior U.S. officials said today. [Snip] U.S. air strikes have been key to redressing the balance over weekend, allowing Kurdish forces to retake two towns yesterday in one of their first victories since the uprising began in June. But the refugee crisis continues to escalate with thousands of Yazidis pouring across the border from Iraq into Syria after a week-long journey through blazing hot mountains. The U.S. officials wouldn´t say which U.S. agency is providing the arms or what

Arming the Kurds should give the Turks peace of mind.

How desperate life must be if the best option is to flee to Syria. As painful as life under Obama is, we have it good.

I think they may be overstating Obama´s commitment.

Obama´s in between a rock and a hard place (of his own making). He promised his wacko anti-war donors that he ended the Iraq war. If the donors pull back the entire Democrat funding mechanism for November will be in trouble.

The Kurds have been our only true and trusted allies in Iraq during either war.

The Turks have become as bad as most other rabid muslim countries under their current leader.

Yet, as always, Øvomit has kowtowed to the Turks while allowing the Kurds to suffer at the hands of radical islamic terrorist groups.

Until our leaders finally admit that radical islam is the problem, there will never be any true solution (except for full surrender, which you know a good muslim like Øvomit would just love to do...)

I have a lot of experience in airdrops. I would imagine that the drops were CDS (container delivery system). We have only had 3 or 4 decades to perfect that method. The only thing I can think is the load was misrigged. No excuse for that! Even if the drops were of another type the Air Force has spent an incredible amount of time to get this right. Something smells bad hers as in a million other places.

The strategy the Obama Muslim Outreach Administration is to act tough until the November elections are over, and then surrender as usual.

The Republican strategy should be to ignore his detours and pound away on the Latino and Terrorist invasion going on at our border. He is only trying to avoid any discussion of that farce going on now.

That and put signs on the fence that snipers are awaiting your arrival.

A British man convicted and jailed for Islamic terrorism in 1999 has, in a lengthy and indulgent feature with Sky News, blamed violent computer games for “dehumanised” young Britons going abroad to fight for the Islamic state. The twelve minute report – which showed at regular intervals yesterday on Sky News – features a number of recorded interviews with British Muslims expressing their opinions on the reasons for the radicalisation of young muslims. One, a rapper, blames ‘injustice’ and cites Muslims in the UK who are so distrustful of the government and media they don’t even believe the political executions
